641  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation on: June 07, 2017, 02:43:04 PM
Wierd.Big volumes on Poloniex.Lots of news about coin, and still it doesnt grow)
At least me and many others would like to know WHY

Ripple is being used with big banks and I don't think they would want the prices to go higher but rather they need it to remain lower to cover the costs of their operations, as if the price goes high they may go in losses and you know? Banks would never want that.
642  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Jump in Litecoin value on: June 07, 2017, 02:27:57 PM
Those are nothing but either someone trying to play hard with the alt, or it must be a bug on the exchange itself and you must have asked the support guys itself or the admins regarding the matter. I had been trading alts at polo and seen such bugs, notified mods and had them fixed.
643  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I have 1 BTC!!! Give me just one alt coin! for 3 months on: June 03, 2017, 02:57:42 PM
Try trading into different alts as waiting 3 months just for max returns would be foolish, but increasing your portfolio by trading different coins is smart. I saw today that many coins on Polo including DGB got pumped, and most of them had their wallets disabled and I have got an insider information that when such wallets are disabled, pumpers pump those coins because they don't have the fear of getting themselves dumped due to deposits being completely banned at that time. If you are a long-term speculation, I would say NXC is the best coin you should put your 1 btc bet at, because its market cap is nothing and has great potential to rise in price very soon once they launch the game and it will be launching next month itself.
644  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: if bitcoin dies, what alt would you go for? on: June 03, 2017, 02:51:18 PM
Alts seem nothing but something which could be bubbled up hard once a group of some monopolistic people needs money, and will burst the bubble upon those innocent traders who don't even know what they are getting trapped for. Still if the question remains same, I would say that I won't believe in anything else because if bitcoins could die, why not these alts can?
645  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: POSWallet is insanely undervalued and will go to $1+ on: June 03, 2017, 02:41:26 PM
does the owner of POSWallet have a real Facebook or Linkedin account?

Every altcoin has now gone a pump - dump scheme only no matter what purpose it is created for, and to justify my words I can clearly say that you should read each and everything written in OP very clearly. It says that it has the potential to go up and whales are accumulating it for lower, right? Why would they do that? To pump it and once buyers get in, dump on them. Where's the purpose here?
646  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt coins worth buying on: May 21, 2017, 06:55:28 PM
Most alts that you will find on the exchanges are just getting pumped and nothing much to see there as many are already at their peak currently and that too without any specific reasons as to why they should remain there. If you want to invest in some real coin, I think ETH is the best choice as many other coins are using it as a service for its smart contracts part and it is also the fastest and currently the cheapest bitcoin competitor.
647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: We're in a bubble on: May 21, 2017, 06:48:52 PM
Why don't you see that much usage? When users are growing on a daily basis, don't you think you should consider media as well as many things that are happening in Bitcoin world that's attracting more and more potential users daily who are actively getting added to trading too? People who are already addicted to trading must be taking it as a chick that's giving a golden egg daily, and you think that we are in a bubble? I feel we are pumping slowly and yes, it will burst but not that hard that we used to see before.
648  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you see alts have chances against Bitcoins? on: May 21, 2017, 06:36:29 PM
If you would just look at xem, it has solved the problems that bitcon cant solved. try reading and researching xem(new economy movement) you will know that it has potential to rise. it already rose 10,000% since 2014 so this means that it has a lot of potential to be one of the trusted coin in the future.
Yeah theere are many coins which are very good to invest at the moment and there are more than 50% of the coin existing on the marketcap are better than Bitcooin. In the future, we will see many coins rising and become a good force against Bitcoin

I think they are only getting pumped and most of them are just pump-dump shit and nothing too much invest-worthy and only a few have chances over bitcoins as a competitor but I still don't see any taking its place any sooner than a decade or two as Bitcoin has conquered the markets due to its superiority and will rule the markets as well as hearts of people for many more years.
649  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin should be decentralized even further on: May 21, 2017, 03:59:12 PM
These companies are not just taking all the decisions, but they have also been covering too much hash rate that is not at all a good part here. Such companies having huge hash rates are now taking advantage of the price that they are getting for their mining work and pies that they get from their mining. I don't think that small miners may be getting fair shares for all their efforts they put in mining through buying these expensive hardware from the same companies.
650  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is HODL? on: May 21, 2017, 01:29:35 PM
HODL is used for "hold" - it's a term that was invented by a psycho who did a typo and it became famous.
Whenever people talk here about holding their coins, they would rather say "hodl your bitcoins".
651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think Ethereum could break $1000 as well? on: May 20, 2017, 03:02:48 PM
Markets are speculative here, and it was always said that Bitcoins could never reach $1000 ever again after it crashed but it did. So if that could happen, anything can. Still, ETH has a long way to reach such a high price but yes, it really deserves to reach such levels because it's been a strong competitor for Bitcoins and I see no reasons for it not to be there.
652  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation on: May 20, 2017, 02:38:41 PM
On the charts today (30 mins),  I see Ripple has already broken Resistance level 2 and if it reaches and breaks the third level at 18900 sats and the candle ends there itself, then I see no reasons for XRP to remain low but could go and make more highs for the day. Have been trading into it since the last 2 days, and I can clearly see that weak hands are now out and a possible pump is waiting for us.
653  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cybercrooks Look For Bitcoin Alternative on: May 20, 2017, 02:26:26 PM
Not just limited to the privacy part, but there are many other things that should be taken into consideration like high miners' fee and transaction confirmation times which are a lot better in alts if compared to bitcoins, so not just those "crooks" but many others are now moving into other alts to handle their transactions in a more better way.
654  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ethereum-Wallet.net A Scam? on: May 17, 2017, 08:46:17 PM
I am having my RLC tokens in an address whose private key is being managed by them, don't know whether I did good or not. Should I now consider myself scammed or are they going to send me my tokens? Has anybody used them to get their RLC tokens in their ethereum-wallet.net wallet? I was stupid enough to trust them for this, now really don't know what should I do. Sad
655  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It's freaking 2017 - Do you own 1 BTC? on: May 11, 2017, 03:14:57 PM
I had 10 BTC when the price was $30 and I sold them for $200.  Lips sealed
Now I regret why did I do it? I hate myself for the same seeing Bitcoins reaching 10x currently and I don't even have 0.1 BTC with me, trying to accumulate few to trade and earn more.
656  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: About SMAS bans. on: April 28, 2017, 09:12:36 AM
No one is forced to follow the SMAS list but we do encourage managers to consider it. Only 2 actual list are out there far as i know. My list and Laudas list. If you are placed on either list then we will both reject you if we are managing a campaign and you apply.

Even I want everything in the interest of forum and I love the work you do to categorize spammers and put them in a list different from the ones who are good in their posting. But, some of those "spammers" might actually not be "spammers" and may show some signs of improvement. That's what I have been asking from the start that if such signs are seen, can't a user be given a chance from another manager of SMAS campaign itself on their own consent? Smiley
657  Economy / Service Discussion / About SMAS bans. on: April 28, 2017, 08:02:53 AM
Hi managers and moderators,
I want to let you know that I am extremely grateful with all the work you guys do, from managing signatures and forums to banning users who try to take disadvantage of such things through spamming. But what I don't understand is, if one moderator has banned someone and put them on their list, then others won't give them a chance because the union of 3 and more (who decide to follow SMAS list) are together. That is completely understandable. But then, if that's the case, what if one of these 3 and/or more sees any signs of improvement in the quality of posts that that entity (who requests for an unban after a month) has made? Can't they give a chance to that person once more to prove that they have improved whether a bit or much better than before? I know that there's no point in making such a list, but then, if all of these managers follow their rules, can't such rule be made to give some relief to users too? I am highly thankful to the moderators who have found such a great initiative to throw out the worst and take in the best ones, but shouldn't those genuine posters be given another chance through any of the moderators, even being on anyone's list (after one month has passed already)? This is just an urge / a request to the managers and no such hard feelings are there, hope I won't see some harsh replies. Smiley

Hi Lauda, I am sorry I am posting this here as I don't know whether you read my PM or not. I hope this is the right place to ask for an unban. I saw that you banned me last month when I was in your Bitmixer campaign, I guess it's over a month now. I want to know if I can ask for an unban now or not? I am sorry if it's still early. Hope I have improved a bit.
660  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Reason Bitcoin will always be #1 on: April 20, 2017, 08:28:18 PM
The name for Bitcoin shouldn't get changed because most people will get confused when they leave Bitcoin alone for years and see a whole new coin name lingering within their computer files.

Well, who said about the name change here? We are talking about a reason here I think.
Bitcoin will always be #1 because being a parent crypto, it gave birth to many alts and they have been following it into both its success as well as failure as the development part seems more intensified in each of the alts that are trying to compete Bitcoins.
