Earthcoin c’est quoi?

Earthcoin: une innovation technologique.

Earthcoin (EAC) est une crypto-monnaie (cryptocurrency) sa date de naissance devrait se situer autour du 20 Décembre 2013.

Earthcoin s’appuie sur une technologie “open source” (protocole libre)  basé sur un réseau “peer-to-peer” (de pair à pair) sans aucune autorité centrale donc entièrement décentralisé.

Ce protocole agit comme un livre de compte mais aussi comme un système de transfert et de vérification de propriété permettant par exemple d’effectuer des transactions quasi- instantanés, a des cout proches de zéro à quiconque dans le monde, les lois mathématiques de la cryptologie sécurisant le réseau et permettant aux individus de contrôler leurs propres finances. Earthcoin dispose de temps de confirmation et de transaction très rapide, plus rapides que son prédécesseur le Litecoin.

Earthcoin: un projet, une vision d’avenir.

I'll acknowledge that we do. We've been working on reaching out to retailers to see if they might be interested. Earthazaar is actually part of our plan -- think of it as an alternative to eBay where you can accept Earthcoin as payment.

TROUBLESHOOTING

A few users who are upgrading may experience a “fatal error” when launching.  You may have to remove your blockchain cache and resync your blockchain.  This may take awhile.  Only attempt the following you receive this type of error.

Notes for linux:
* remove your local blockchain cache
* rm -f ~/.earthcoin/blk*.dat
* rm -rf ~/.earthcoin/database

Notes for mac:
* remove your local blockchain cache
* rm -f ~/Library/Application\ Support/EarthCoin/blk*.dat
* rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/EarthCoin/database
