Edit: Well, haven't been able to submit a withdraw in btc yet, but managed to at least put in a buy order for BATs. not that its gonna matter a whole lot xD
I had the same problem with BTC and couldn't withdraw. So I bought as much batcoin as I could. If it helps you sleep better Batcoin was easy to withdraw and I had no problems. That makes me feel MUCH better - only Batcoin (16mil) and MYR (7200) remain in my account there, in that cesspool. Guys, we CANNOT pump the coin there, they are scum. Now we really DO need Cryptsy... I dont mean to flame but I wont take those as real reasons, there is no problem with the way the coin works right now, fork and change the coin to fix the lack of miners/investors is a mistake because this is not a scrypt problem. This is only my personal opinion based on what I have seen so far and my discussions about forks and healty coins with pool operators and developers on IRC. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, I respect that. Whatever direction the dev takes I will try and keep prosper.prominer.org as solid as it have been the last months, by the way go check out the next Prosper Day promo, it's nuts!  WE in no way think that you would flame and we appreciate your opinion being one of our supporters and providing a superb mining pool for the miners of prospercoin. To address you question. We would like to be pre-emptive and protect prospercoin from future problems we believe in prophylactic's. Due to the up-rise in gridseed, Asics and FPGA's we would like to take a forward stance in protecting the coin for the future. Why now well 2 reasons and still they are under discussion until it is decided 100% to happen. 1. With the low miner usage changing the coin now will not harm or be as much of a problem as could be in the future! 2. We asked the users and they said to do it quickly. The problem we see at the moment is this we kind of agree why change the coin when it is not broken.? What to change the coin to if we agree to change it? X11 is open to FPGA adaptation in the near future so would be out of one problem we are trying to avoid and back into it in a few months time. We are not trying to raise numbers or make it look better for markets etc as this is a long term project as always been stated. Time will create value as will the projects we implement. So what to change to Scrypt -n - Scypt jane or stay the same??? To be honest and this is my thought and putting it out there i think soon new types of ANTI ASIC algo's will be on the market soon and i would like to wait a little to see what is developed in the near future. In Mean put forward scrypt n i let the users know and they said apply it quickly....If we change the coin we want to only do it once with minimal fuss.. To users miners investors pool owners and exchanges.. We appreciate counter arguments and discussion about this.. Whatever we do will be with as much agreement from the users miners and pool owners as possible. @triggermage - I am just seeing a algo change as a great preventative measure against the coming ASICs, and enjoying the idea of cheaper electicity costs. That inspires me to support the upgrade. @itsallpc - if you think better algos will come out well enough before the ASICs, I certainly agree that we should wait. Excuse me but what are the reasons for forking the coin?
Be aware that scrypt-n, altough it works, is not suported by MPOS. I am really interested on the technical reasons for why change the coin algo, community choice is not a technical reason.
Prospercoin has a total of 60mh on the whole network. With x11 it will boost to 180mh + less cost on electricity + higher price on the market due to a higher hashrate. How would you not want this change when there's no better change then this. The technical reasons are abundant, but with ASICs coming in soon, what more reason do you need? Ahead of the curve, or miss the boat... |

Did you also consider any of the alternatives like scrypt-jane or x11?
We did and we chose scrypt-n to make it as easy as possible for miners and newbie miners. Newbie miners can use guiminer with vertminer included to make it easier. Nice, can do. The PRC official page has Nov 25 as the date on the second post - seems strange. Feb 25, maybe?  |

Just some information, this guy jumps from coin to coin on a daily basis, this is nothing but a premine that will be dumped when reaching an exchange.
His signature changes on daily basis and he writtes in different coin threads just as often, just a heads up to those that see this guy for the first time.
Not sure if he will dump, but the rest I can agree on (jumping coins every other day and changing signature etc). He loves every coin, as long as it's going up, up up. When coin is not going how he want it to see, he goes to another coin. Can I blame him for doing that? No > he is just looking to maximinze his profit. Nothing wrong with that. BUT, i rather go with a coin which has a steady developer that not jump coins every day. Therefor Im not steppin into this one, since I think this coin will die as soon as Placebo has sold his interest in this coin and nothing will be done after that. ^^^ Do not listen to these childish retards. They are both angry because Klondike has not taken off. To be honest I'm pissed about that too, but Placebo is not to blame. I hope Citizen coin will be a great success. +1! Some KDC people were so nice to me about Citizen coin, i was planning to donate some euros for the trip to New York, but i don't know anymore... first of all i do have the right to invest in several coins, don't I? Second, i have right right to change my signature, don't I? Third, why should i not post any messages on other threads? Fourth, if i didn't check other threads then there was no altoutlet.com or a few other sites. I'm not a dedicated person to Klondike coin, i'm a person that want to make sure that my investment returns money, and if i'm investing money in several coins then i help those several coins.

I'll keep updating it. I don't know why people think bee is good - it will be totally mined within a year, and is already WAY flooded. No amount of 'developments' will stop that HUGE mistake. He has an Big meeting on the 29th about casino etc with 500 businessmen and expats.
We will now start working on the scrypt -n code for prospercoin we will announce the code ready 5th of april after that everyone will have 7 days to update their wallets to scrypt-n wallets.
On the 12th of April scrypt-n will go live. We wish to take our time to test test and more test before we send code live this is why the 12th has been chosen we have listened and we are implementing for you quickly as per user request.

Prospercoin is not a straight copy of litecoin YES it uses litecoin code that has been adapted to include prosperdays etc. The coin in the future once we get everything going and ready will be used to help a childrens foundation in Cambodia and other charitable organizations. Prospercoin has dropped at the moment and well if you look at the whole crypto market you will see due to an massive increase in coins most coins are dropping in value.
