I'm trying to bet GSW -2.5 games on your NBA special but I'm getting an error saying lines are suspended
pinnacle is still offering them and the odds are the same , so is this a bug or did you really suspend bets on these markets ?
Some markets may be temporarily suspended for several reasons. If possible please try another spreads (-1.5, -3.5, etc.. are working) or try this one again later. |

So it was a bug which affected these players payouts for their bets? Is this a common occurence and if not do you think it could happen again?  Because I know some sports bettors do not pay attention to their betslips and could overlook how much were actually paidout You know all those decimal places.  you should check every betslip after the games finish , this things happen sometimes I had wrong grading happening serveral times with other sites , but always got fixed after I reported it Our internal audits triggered wrong settlement alerts immediately after first wrong settled bet. That is the reason why we started working on the fix since minute 0 yeah in your case the site refunded all the accounts , but was talking about other sites this happened with me couple of times with other sites and nothing was fixed till I contacted support Oh, Understood. How long it will take to settle bet correctly or add on rest balance?
The missing balances were credited on all affected accounts. We're sorry for the inconvenience. So it was a bug which affected these players payouts for their bets? Is this a common occurence and if not do you think it could happen again? Because I know some sports bettors do not pay attention to their betslips and could overlook how much were actually paidout You know all those decimal places. This was a single occurrence that affected bets during few hours because of a deploy that implemented new features. The bug was quickly detected and fixed, additionally all affected accounts were credited with the missing balance (not only the complaints!) |

it seems there is a miss grading happening in your site , I had 0.013 BTC on Borussia Monchengladbach to win at X1.934
in my account statement it's showing credit 0.006071 , so how is that possible ? my payout should be double of what you paid me
Hello, We are analyzing this report, and will get back to you ASAP with more info another wrong grading just happened with me , Leeds United -0.25 0.0065 BTC bet @X2.10 system paid me out 0.003575 and this should be double payout as well , should I create a new ticket ? EDIT : I created another ticket just in case , since 2/2 of my bets today got wrong graded I believe there is a bug in your system There was a bug that affected all bets settled on the last hours. The minimum payout is 0.005BTC but it's the total sum of all referral's earnings, not individual winnings from a specific referral.
When you cashout it deducts referral's balance from every referral, and credits your main account.
oh ok , thought it's 0.005 BTC for every single referral it's better this way but still annoying when you refer just one referral and he is really betting small ( that's my case  ) Try referring to more people (friends, family, etc) you will see that it'll be very profitable for you. Not only our conversion rate is very high, as also referrals will not expire from your account. Last but not least, we share almost half of our referral's revenue with affiliates (1% of losing bets / winning bets do not carry negative rev-share) |

as I see you pay affiliate 1% of what referrals lose , but also I found out that minimum payout is 0.005 BTC which means the referral should have 0.5 BTC in lost betslips right ?
if so can you please change it cause the average btc gambler never reach this number and usually only serious bettors reach these numbers
