641  Economy / Speculation / Re: Current CRASH of 18/3-2015 on: March 19, 2015, 07:21:29 AM
I don't think it's over yet. That evolution drug scam site could cause a much bigger dent than what happened today. That would be 12,000,000 bucks; Enough to clear many buy walls. Then we have all these US Marshall sales and now Australia (I think it was Australia) selling off another 20k bitcoins. I see 150 as the bottom
642  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A Threat to Bitcoin? Facebook Rolls Out P2P Payments on Messenger on: March 19, 2015, 07:17:12 AM
This doesn't seem like big news. Speaking of this, what ever happened to the hyped Apple pay? It just disappeared.
643  Economy / Speculation / Re: I already sold all my coins... waiting to get back at $200 on: March 19, 2015, 07:15:28 AM
Maybe even lower, depending how fast it reaches 200.

You should have just shorted it in the first place instead of buying it straight up. You would have made about 25 bucks per coin profit. If you leveraged the amount and were able to get 1,000 bitcoins, you would have made 25k.
644  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is there a way to earn 50$ in a month from faucets ? on: March 18, 2015, 05:30:05 PM
You could earn more than 50 bucks a month, but it's more in the black hat area and will cost more to do. There was a program that did just what I'm talking about, but it got shutdown.
645  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: LTCgear.com, the best scrypt/scrypt n/X11 cloud mining service, Not paying!!! on: March 18, 2015, 05:27:44 PM
Year, thats right. Updates. Short Updates. New ETA. Bla bla bla. Fucking Bastard.

New ETA and the nagain 48h lock down...

Where do you see that? I see:

Quote
We are applying some updates - will be back in short time.

We all see that. He's making an assumption based on experience. It's a very likely scenario:
- there will be nothing in short time
- after that a new 'update' with an ETA
- probably a few more ETAs after that
- then the site will appear
- everyone will get the 48h lock again

Rinse and repeat...

Then it's an educated guess. It looked like a statement based on facts.

Doesn't take away the annoying waiting though.

Come on Flep, even your patience must be wearing super thin now Smiley

Here I am, still waiting to get my 3k back form Ltcgear. . .

I knew that Gen2 miners were too good to be true!
646  Other / Meta / Re: Airwolf spamming the securities sub-forum on: March 18, 2015, 10:01:46 AM
Just imagine how you would have felt after you lost 100+ btc from a once trusted company.

He is trying to prove something and people aren't listening. He's trying to speak louder in more threads since when he seems to try to contact Havelock or AMhash directly, they tell him all kinds of crap, thus, he resorts to the forum.
647  Other / Meta / Re: Banned on: March 18, 2015, 09:58:01 AM

The scammers are not banned from the forum, the spammer ... yes. As I said : Try to way 30 days an send an appeal to a forum administrator.

So if I get scammed anytime, I have no right to complain to the MOD and they aren't interested nor concerned about me getting scammed?

You would probably first post all the information from the scam in the scam accusations thread. Once it has enough evidence, they could probably ban the account of said scammer, then again, they could always create a new account and the scams come back.
648  Economy / Services / Re: A small survey for 0.005 BTC on: March 18, 2015, 09:56:23 AM
And your email address, if you put the real address.

So? What's he going to do with an email address? Most of it wil be picked up by your spam filters, if it isn't then you simply mark his emails as spam and soon enough they won't go into your inbox anymore.

Jeez guys, chill out.

It's called creating an email list. He can then monetize that list by adding in his own offers from websites he's an affiliate with.

In my opinion, 1.50 per lead is not bad, but then again, he may or may not send the money at all leading to many leads. I don't really see the problem of using a fake email if he'd do that or spam our email accounts.
649  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: pbmining customers UNITE on: March 17, 2015, 08:42:07 PM
Seems like every cloud mining stuff are ponzis. So far, only Genesis and CEX.io were something close to legitimate.

Now I say this because I lost a lot of money and a few bitcoins were lost on PBmining. I don't expect them to give me my money back after all these failed lawsuits, but I can only hope they will.
650  Other / Off-topic / Re: Facebook Messenger App for iOS Gains Money Transfer Feature on: March 17, 2015, 08:36:36 PM
I don't even know if any of my friends even use the Facebook messenger app after that privacy fiasco, let alone trust them now with my banking details.
651  Other / Meta / Re: ‌‌ ‌‌ on: March 17, 2015, 08:31:48 PM
The Thread(Topic ) in Auction section can't be deleted but can be in Digital goods.
If you want to delete posts ,you can make a Self-Moderated Topic.

You could even ask me how I managed to make a thread with no name!

That really caught my attention to open the thread in first place.
Alt+255 Huh

I believe the code was 250D. There are lots of invisible ASCII, but this one takes the cake for me.
652  Other / Meta / Re: BANNED - Can i know the reason? on: March 17, 2015, 07:41:37 PM
When I looked back on the first two pages, most of the posts are in fact spam and one liners. I can see how you got banned now.
653  Other / Off-topic / Regeneron Pharmaceuticals on: March 17, 2015, 07:34:11 PM
Regeneron has been rated a Market Perform. They have done tests for their cholesterol reducing drug, and the tests came out with positive results.

I expect the rally for price will keep on moving higher and into the 500 dollar range with a new possible low at 440.

With this, either you could go long right now, or short it since it just reached this all time high and could return to the original at any moment.

What are your thoughts for Regeneron? Long or short?

I choose long and short.
654  Other / Meta / Re: Trust on: March 17, 2015, 06:50:16 PM
Scammers are theif's, using deception, for personal gain.

I have no link to scam buster's, so assumed this was VODS scam ring?

If my above statement is true, then scambusters are also sacmmers, and hence theivin bastards.

Well, VOD doesn't do anything. All he does is scam bust. I don't even see him offering services for his rep. He's respected by members for keeping them away from scammers, and hated even more by scammers because he catches them before they try to scam.

655  Other / Meta / Re: Banned on: March 17, 2015, 06:41:30 PM
I suspect that the member posting here is the alt of Possum577, who was spamming his signature and eventually got banned for all his one liners. Ironically, he's here accusing me of spamming my signature.

I suspected it was him after he told me about my sig, since I replied in one of his threads where he asked how to make 25 btc. He said he was annoyed by people who just posted because they wanted sig payment, and that's exactly how he worded it here as well.

The last time Possum577 was online was yesterday, but he hasn't made a post since Friday.
656  Other / Meta / Re: ‌‌ on: March 17, 2015, 06:36:09 PM
Where did you create threads? You can't delete threads in certain boards.

Are you sure that you can't delete threads only in certain boards?
You can delete threads only if nobody has seen them.
No. That's not a correct. There are certain boards in which deletion of posts is not allowed, like Auction section, digital goods and a few others. However you can delete your posts in majority of the sections.
This has really nothing to do with if anyone has seen the post or not.

You are wrong, the OP was referring about topics not the posts. Maybe he has tried to delete a topic created by him and he failed, I think you cannot delete a topic where someone has replied to it.

This is exactly what i'm talking about. Of course you could delete posts! I just can't delete the topic.
657  Other / Meta / I can't delete my own topics! on: March 17, 2015, 08:56:43 AM
I can't delete my own topics!

Here's what this is for then:

Ask me questions and I will try to answer them the best of my ability.

You could even ask me how I managed to make a thread with no name!

moderator note: removed blank topic
658  Economy / Speculation / Re: I have USD 2000 to invest. Should I buy Bitcoins or gold? on: March 17, 2015, 08:24:29 AM
Gold is a better investment if you're in it for the long term. With bitcoin, I could only recommend short term as the price is everchanging. One day, you could see prices spike past 500, and the day after, you could be in for a loss. With this said, it is your choice.
659  Economy / Lending / Re: 3.5K BTC Loan needed, offering 30% Interest, loan duration 2 weeks... on: March 17, 2015, 08:16:12 AM
Newbie asking for BTC3500 loan and giving a 30 percent interest for just 2 weeks. Probably a scam (but I say probably, not must, but probably here means 99.99%).

I see this more of a troll.

They can't get 3.5k btc even if they were a legendary.

No collateral, no loan!
660  Other / Meta / Re: Banned on: March 17, 2015, 08:11:46 AM
So this entire thread was basically a troll to you? You can say what you want; I was trying to help you and you ignored it. They're going to tell you exactly what I just said. The truth hurts.

EDIT: One more reply.
