641  Economy / Economics / Re: The Thailand government will distribute money to its citizens. Economists critic on: November 12, 2023, 11:01:02 AM
If nothing else, this will give its citizen something to augment their income.
Also, instead of having those money in the pocket of few officials, at least give something to its people.
We don't know their long-term plan on this matter, but I guess, they will make a study on how it will impact their economy.
As we are not residing in their country, we don't know exactly what benefits it will give to its citizen, but for sure, people will be happy as it is free money.

It is not as simple as it looks, First of all as the restriction to the spending of the received amount next to it giving such an amount of money to the citizens can really lead to a major economic crisis and inflation, I'm not sure what type of experiment they want to conduct because the amount they are giving to the people is increased supply it will directly lead to the inflation whether there is the restriction to limits such as Petroleum products some other services which cant be afforded by this directly.

Still, it will greatly disturb local production and local product costs, etc. More to this OP this topic doesn't belong to the Bitcoin discussion session it should be moved to the economics.
642  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bull run best time to promote Bitcoin related affiliate programs? on: November 12, 2023, 09:45:58 AM
I feel that when Bitcoin is reaching peak prices, all news sites cover the news. As a result, lot of new users come to Bitcoin. As a result, this can be a good time to invest in promotion of crypto affiliate programs. The chances for conversions will be higher as Bitcoin popularity will already be in mind of people.

OP what kind of affiliate programs are you referring to?

Considering the Bull Run and the Halving event so close the market campaigns are gonna on the peek, those lefties are waiting for an opportunity to return back, TBH what they are expecting seems like not very likely to happen as most people still believe in some of the macro speculations that before moving forward to the ATH market will crash hard once too 26k to 22k and its only possible with an upset in the ETF approvals.

considering the topic's nature I do belive that business owner in the crypto industry do realize the fact that Pre-Bullrun market campaigns are more successful and more people get attractive due to the bullish sentiments and FOMO.

644  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Learn from my experience how to protect yourself from crypto scam on: November 11, 2023, 08:39:19 PM
What we have discussed here is mostly the old methods that scammers are using. These are some new types of scamming methods that I have encountered, and it was a totally new experience for me. If even a few people know about this type of scam method that scammers are using they can be more careful if any similar scenario occurs when they are exploring the internet.

Hmm, they work hard to trap people, they always approach different to trap different users from time to time, With this topic I've realized that one of the top forum members once created a thread describing how the off-scene characters blackmail such users to trap them and pay them few pennies.

That thread was also quite interesting because after that different users presented their perspectives on it, I'm sure such people are also part of a big group scamming people using their tactics.
645  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Learn from my experience how to protect yourself from crypto scam on: November 11, 2023, 05:57:46 PM
Hmm, interesting awareness thread. I found it more helpful to the newbies if they care about their safety and their asset's safety. I've encountered many such incidents in my journey where over-smart people tried to trap me, but their luck messed up with them, and fortunately, I survived.

Op's compilation is good, without any doubt if newbies go through the whole story and this thread they can really avoid making such blunders, I'm sure what we are discussing here, is not the first time this topic has been covered many times before. everyone gives their suggestion some of the newbies pick them and some of them don't.

Simply avoid sweet talks with strangers, don't share personal info, better protect your keys, avoid clicking unusual links, use antivirus (not necessary if you take care of above suggestions).
646  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Would you Like Your Pension Paid in Bitcoin? on: November 11, 2023, 05:50:08 PM
Haha, First of all, OP TBH I'm not a government employee and there are no pension sources as I'm a freelancer even in the future. This topic was quite hot in the previous Bull Run as well, where I think a multi-national company tried to plan to pay their employee's pensions in Bitcoins but that was just a statement never executed.

Bitcoin is payment mode and there's nothing to wonder about if even my salary is paid to me in Bitcoin, I'm still able to utilize it exception it should be accepted in the day-to-day marketplaces, I can even explore more compared to the fiat due to their boarder limitations. TBH if Op are you trying to express the pension in Bitcoin as an investment for the long term no doubt it will be greatly helpful even in the current regulatory circumstances.

On the other hand, if you are saying that pensions should be paid in Bitcoin so that people can spend as they always wanted to it will require developments in the Bitcoin ecosystem, especially in the regulation of Bitcoin acceptability. AFAIK a pension is paid for stable day-to-day living for senior citizens why they would be interested in making more out of it? Rather than considering the pension in Bitcoin better Prefer the salary here as young ones are more interested in breakthrough through their financial cycle.
647  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could the scalability of the Bitcoin Blockchain be enhanced without sacrificing on: November 11, 2023, 05:40:38 PM
Is it possible to enhance the Blockchain such that it can handle an infinite number of transactions every second without jeopardizing its decentralization and security?

Definitely, No.
To process the infinite transactions per second we need infinite resources as simple as 2 + 2. Try to catch the point the Infinity cant be achieved even if we cant predict the approach to Infinity.

When it comes to the Blockchain to achieve the triangle (Secure, Scalable & Decentralized) we have the L2 solutions on the Base-Chian It is not possible to achieve this triangle cheaply. I would like to quote and explain what I've learned a couple of days before in this section posted by the senior, to achieve better security you need to pay better.

You cant expect a secure environment for cheap.
648  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbies don't leave your coins in an exchange on: November 11, 2023, 05:06:52 AM
No matter how you warn people, they will never listen until they fall victim before they know the reason why people are discouraged from leaving their coins on exchange. Both newbies and even people that have been long in crypto space do leave their coin on exchange. If newbies are leaving coins on exchange, I do warn them and advise them, since I believe they don’t know the implication, but I get annoyed when I see people who have been in the crypto space do the same. They already have experience, so they shouldn’t be making the same mistake.

Experienced ones, pretend to be more conscious but in reality still, with their attitude they face serious losses, there was a thread last about indicating a case of the Account frozen by Binance and the Op was asking fo help from the serious to solve about the estimated amount was $500+ which refers that the users were not newborn at least this is wah ti think.

With the careless attitude the Op lost his funds now its 50/50 weather he recovers his funds but putting him into further investigations by the platform or the support team complete ignores his request, From million if they lose a customer it wont impact their overall reputation. Its Obvious that newbies will make mistakes as they are not aware of the conciqunces and they are not guided properly, or they ignore sometimes important suggestion by taking them lightly.
649  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Trading vs HODL - Personal Experience for Newbies on: November 10, 2023, 04:39:12 PM
And once again, Leverage is your biggest enemy. Even 2x leverage is dangerous.

I will so say this in addition that what's the essence of taking a leverage position that one will be regretting later when things doesn't work as we thought, isn't holding not good enough to have patience with till another circle unfolds for the bitcoin market pump as we expect from next year halving, those that have been a long time holders will realizes what they least expect as a profit during this period than hastily taking a leverage position together with the risk involved.

Leverage is not at all recommended for the longer trades, consider a scenario in which the market is moving sideways and the funding rate is against your trade it really sucks, I use to analyze the market from all potential perspectives but I'm not a leveraged trader.

Also, I use to recommend my fellows and the new ones to never even think about the leverage because in my view when you are trading the portfolio/capital is your wicket and when you play for a long game the wicket plays an important role because a journey cant be flat but when you are holding the wicket you can make good total score and if you play recklessly without caring about the wicket the outcome won't be promising and that will be what we call full destruction and depressed senrio.

This is the most likely scenario you will face while using the centralized platform to hold your funds, anyway, I'm sure counting Biannce's reputation I'm sure they would have mentioned the reason can you define it here to further assist you. I'm sure they are going to ask you for the KYC verification.

If there's nothing related to suspicious activity. Most of the platforms use this allegation to block the customer's account. If you think its a mistake you can file an appeal to the support team and for the next time better focus on not your key, not your funds. Get mature and focus on the self custody.

Trade Supreme Finance HYPES token on MEXC - 5 billion total supply

Trade Supreme Finance HYPES token currently listed on MEXC is a low cap gem, it is to be noted that HYPE is currently swapped to HYPES so the token listed on HTX is a different one. There is currently no price prediction for this token.

Buddy, it's not wise to recommend anyone an asset to trade with to anyone, there are a lot of such coins and tokens with better or worse tokenomics but their overall potential is zero. supply can not be considered as the only point to consider a token/coin tradeable.

To ensure safety better to study the project its vision their potential, and then study its fundamentals after making these necessary prerequisites you should analyze the community's strengths and sentiments, after all this you are ready to go.
652  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Low Liquidity Altcoins on: November 10, 2023, 01:43:53 PM
I understand that when trading with these coins you have to be careful because of the liquidity issue etc ... anyone with experience with trading these coins?

Do you want to trade with such coins?
As you've mentioned you realize the potential risks of liquidity issues etc, still you still want to gamble, make sure to realize that the gamble never works in the training world.

For gate.io they've restricted their KYC in many countries, as far as I know in my early days I did own an account on gate.io, the coin you've mentioned plsx is quite decent I haven't analyzed it but the volume seems to be promising. It's not bad at all, but another concern is the platform itself. I know gate.io possesses some of a decent reputation in the market but still, if FTX can do such shity businesses we cant really trust any of the centralized platforms, the benefit of the doubt can given to the Top names with their reputation.

655  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Angry at the high fees? That's what everyone predicted the future will be like! on: November 09, 2023, 08:03:31 PM

I'm not discussing the cause here!
What I'm trying to point out is what the future everyone was talking about looks like!

Miners will need to get paid for securing the network, this is a must, you can't pay all those miners 2 cents fee unless you want only the same level of security as Ethereum classic, so the whole thing is pretty simple, nobody will force you to do a thing but
- if in the future we will pay 1 cent per tx we would have one cent worth of bodyguard
- if in the future we want to have the same level of security as now, we have to pay twice the fees we're paying in the last few blocks!

Again, nobody will be forcing you to do so, but....the are consequences if not! Grin

But look at the bright side, most of us will be dead and buried by that time!

Well, first of all, thank you, for bringing this here, as per Odhu I also think in the same way that the network congestion is due to the Ordinals, which is a fact as well, but I was compleltly ignoring the security concerns. The way you explained really changed my mindset, for good security what we need is to pay back better.

At the same time over time, it will inflate as well, No one forcing those who care to be willing to pay, and those who do not want to can move on.

To the end on the bright side, it's beautiful.
656  Local / Other languages/locations / Re: Pakistan on: November 09, 2023, 04:29:45 PM

Umer Bhai, 2021 k bull run mein ADA or DOT ne bht acha perform kia tha or unki price kai guna br gai thi. Laikin 2022-2023 mein dono coins ki perormamce ne apny investors ko bht mayoos kia ha. DOT ki hype bht thi or last year eska ek bht bra staking event Binance pe hoa tha  jub DOT ki price $20 thi. Us mein bht investment hoi thi  mgr ek saal k baad bi investots ko ulta loss hee hoa ku k DOT ki price $4 se bi neechy aa gai thi.

Esi trh ADA ka bi koi notable project nhi ha jis ne market mein koi headlines bnai ho, or esky network pe bi bht congestion ha baz dafa ek transaction ko complete hony men 2/3 lug jaty han. En dono projects ka slogan tha k wo Ethereum ko kill keren gay. Ethereum toh kill hoa ulta yeh khud hee kill ho gai. Let's see k es new partnership k baad en dono ki performace kasi rehti ha.

Hmm, ye too ha magr still main kafii hopeful hun insee, hype banee ma time nai lagta and their longer-term. image is more stable compared to others.

The theme/narrative of next bull run could be based on the following sectors of cryptocurrencies market.

1- Layer2 coins
2- Artificial Intelligence coins
3- Real World Assets Coins

This is my perspective based on my experience and understanding of market dynamics. It might not work as expected. Therefore, make your own research before putting in your hard earned money.

Hmm, Achaa prespective haa, AI can be but its 50/50, L2 as well fro real world assets tokenization I'm sure the'll bring something extraordinary.

So In my views...

Bitcoin's overall Ecosystem, all DEXs, and Dapps will be the main highlight of this cycle. (Highest probability)
L2 is overhyped but still most likely they'll shine again (Moderate chances)
Gaming can be another surprising narrative (low chances)
Also, keep an eye on the Liquid Staking sector and storage sector.

Main te TG ma bi poccha tha kisi ka pass koi update hoo ADA & DOT ki partnership ki kisi session ka lia too mujhe please inform karee. As I have some limit orders on both I'll re-adjust them accordingly.

Han g, ADA aur DOT ki shadi hogi hy, app more details k liey ain links p click kerian.

Ahh.. It hurts, anyway I'll be careful before asking next time.

658  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hot take: Your crypto portfolio should have more than just Bitcoin. on: November 09, 2023, 04:13:56 PM
OP, this section should only discuss Bitcoin  Grin, I know you are trying to compare but I'm sure it will suit the Altcoin section.

For the diversification and Volatility, I would like say just that, by only having Bitcoin you are more secure in the crypto industry, with alts it's not at all reliability and risk management it will be only a more risky scenario. Let me explain Bitcoin is considered the most reliable one, when you mention that volatility volatility is not only based on the market price an asset will be considered more asset it lacks transparency and with a maximum of the alts you'll face transparency or supply control issues.

Bitcoin is far more reliable, when it comes to diversification it is a good thing for better financial planning and asset management but when you are only in alts with a diversified portfolio you are in a reliable scenario, with Bitcoin if you only hold Bitcoins, the risks in more controlled range, when we look on the long scale.

The hype and recent market price appreciation ne'er decide the reliability, but History also does, of the narrative, potential does, sentiments does, adoption rate does, utility does, transparency does, decentralization does, the community does and Regulation does.

In the realm of decentralization, transparency, community engagement, narrative strength, widespread adoption, regulatory compliance, and overall potential, Bitcoin stands unrivaled. It outshines any other asset class when considering these crucial aspects collectively. There's hardly a contender that can match Bitcoin's prowess in these key dimensions.

The taste of learning from their own mistakes is much more pleasing compared to the so-called unexperienced learnings Wink, TBH those who care don't need any sort of reminder. I've SEEN SUCH Stubborns haha.

For newbies with a self-custody reminder I want to make them that it's not that simple make sure to realize the network fees, if you are holding for the short term with a lower capital it's is not worth it to move coins to the self custody better prefer a reputed exchange where, you've bought them. In the other case where you are accumulating for a longer timespan, you can consider the self custoday and its more likely recomennded.
