and he's a prove that one can have all the billions and still not get peace or happiness. I might be wrong though but what's your opinion?
no you are not wrong at all

maybe money can give us some short term happiness when we buy something or get to go somewhere but at the end of the day money or anything material thing is not the real treasure of our lives

real happiness comes from within with or without millions of money

Yes, he is not wrong when he says that money does not guarantee our happiness and that story is an example. But as everyone said, between choosing to be rich but not happy and poor but also not happy, which would you choose?

Also, I don't think you will be happy if you don't have money. How happy will you be when you cannot meet your daily needs? How happy will you be when your children are equal to their friends? You can't take care of your parents...you won't be able to do anything in this society without money, how can you be happy? Money cannot buy happiness, but certainly when you have a lot of money, you can maintain the happiness you have, or at least it is a hundred times better than when you are poor but also unhappy.
642  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Silver undervalued? on: June 27, 2024, 11:55:18 AM
It is true that until gold disappears from the market or is out of reach of the common man, the price of silver will not increase. About 20 years ago I bought gold and silver of the same value, and now that gold is giving me 20 times more than what I bought it for, and silver only twice, although I have very little gold and silver, but still the price of silver is not that much in 20 years. The higher the demand for the commodity, the higher the value of the commodity.

Bitcoin also has a lot of demand and has become more valuable and now Bitcoin is almost out of the reach of the common people, so is gold. Also, 15-20 years ago, the price of gold was not so high that even a poor person could buy it, but now even a normal rich person can't buy gold and in the future, I think gold will be beyond the reach of common people. This is why many people are buying gold instead of investing in Bitcoin because they feel that gold will pay them more in the future than Bitcoin.

Silver might not give you large returns over the long term, but at least, it's stable enough to help protect yourself against inflation. Gold and BTC will always yield greater results. This is because of their limited supply and high demand across mainstream markets.

I see Silver as the equivalent of Litecoin in the crypto space. It doesn't rise that much in value, but it's considered a store of value just like Gold. People can get into Silver if they find themselves unable to purchase Gold. Silver did reach $50 an ounce two times in the past (AFAIK). Who's to say history won't repeat itself again? Cheesy

But I think if someone can afford silver then they can also afford gold, so why don't we buy gold in the first place when it can bring more benefits than silver? Gold is completely superior in both fighting inflation and providing better returns so there is no reason for us to buy silver. So I think those who invest in silver instead of gold because they have their own calculations and maybe they expect silver to give higher returns than gold.

Similarly, if bitcoin and litecoin gave the same returns then no one would invest in litecoin, they would invest in LTC simply because they expected it to give better returns than bitcoin.
643  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or Gold on: June 26, 2024, 08:25:25 AM
If I remember correctly, there are dozens of similar topics on the forum and if you look hard enough , you will see that most will choose and give advice to choose bitcoin because we are in the bitcoin forum and we are all bitcoin investors .
Gold is a safe and very good asset but when it comes to investments, most people only think about profits and with bitcoin being a more profitable investment there is no reason for people to choose gold without choosing bitcoin . So , I will also choose bitcoin , but if you have a lot of money and want to minimize risk , diversification is necessary and you should not put all your eggs in one basket .
644  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Winklevoss "Gemini" twins donate $2m to support Trump on: June 26, 2024, 08:11:40 AM
~

I think this goes too far. As far as I have been following things that Trump said, he has mentioned crypto a couple of times for strategic reasons to gain some more votes as it could become very close, but I believe that many of the Bitcoin people are still skeptical whether he will fully stand behind the Bitcoin industry once he gets elected. I am not convinced to be honest. There wasn't all that much talk about it from his side. He just brought it up a couple of times, but more like a side topic.

The donation itself, well it could be meant in a manipulative way that Trump now makes very clear statements about Bitcoin and its future in the United States. He may think that more money might flow in for his election campaign. We will see how Trump will either honor this donation or just leave it as it is.

By the way, in a couple of days there is the first TV duel between Trump and Biden. I wonder if the topic will be brought up there.
I agree with you that Mr. Trump only mentioned supporting cryptocurrency in a few statements, he never spent much time seriously discussing it. But we also need to know that the cryptocurrency industry is still not a field with a large number of participants, or plays an important role in the economy of a country like the US. It is just an emerging trend and is gradually becoming popular. It cannot be more important than other issues such as promoting the economy, immigration, war...other painful problems in society. So we don't need to be too picky about why he doesn't hold any dedicated discussions on cryptocurrencies.

I feel that Mr. Trump's strategy is to attract and win the trust of minority voters in society, and cryptocurrency is one of them. Just because we are crypto investors we feel dissatisfied but for other voters, they care about other things rather than focusing on crypto like us.

While I don't know how serious this source is, it does state that:

Quote
Cryptocurrency awareness and ownership rates have increased to record levels: 40% of American adults now own crypto, up from 30% in 2023. This could be as many as 93 million people.

Now this is mostly discussing ownership and there is of course much more to Bitcoin than that, like the infrastructure and especially the mining industry, but I guess there is a good number of people that would like a president with a favorable stance on Bitcoin. Given how close the last election was between Trump and Biden, I wouldn't underestimate the effect of getting Bitcoin people on board. But in order for that to happen, I think Trump's stance so far has been too weak and it doesn't make the impression that he is ultimately serious about it.

This could still change though in the next few months. But I wouldn't be shocked if Biden loosens his position a bit to somewhat neutralize Trump's position. At least in terms of communication. As far as I know the Biden administration was trying to pass some laws that were clearly against it.

If this result is correct, I will be quite surprised that the Biden administration is ignoring and has so far not had any impact on this group of voters when they make up 40% of the US population. Although not all 40% of these voters will trust and support Mr. Trump, it is clear that Mr. Trump's public support of cryptocurrency will have a significant impact on this group of voters, while Mr. Biden completely completely ignored.

Meanwhile, I found another result and there is a big difference from what you found. Only 15% of Americans participate and invest in cryptocurrency. Therefore, I still maintain my opinion, the issues that American voters are concerned about today are inflation, economic crisis and war rather than cryptocurrencies.

645  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you know that bitcoin has spread all over the world. on: June 26, 2024, 07:45:22 AM
I also come from a 3rd world country and what I feel is that bitcoin is growing in those countries more than in developed countries. Because as you know, life there is extremely difficult due to inflation, and government corruption...people are always looking for solutions to escape those bad things so they will easily approach and accept bitcoins.
But there are still people's misunderstandings about bitcoin. Because people's lives are poor and ignorant, many people may fall into fraudulent projects labeled bitcoin, thereby having misconceptions about bitcoin.

You can also see that the most active boards on the forum come from third world countries rather than developed countries.
Even inflation and corruption are big problem for third world countries, how can they own Bitcoin if they're poor in the first place? Bitcoin doesn't solve their issues because they didn't earn much money and they will loss when they send their coins.

The reason why many users from third world countries are more active than developed countries because signature campaign, if the forum completely ban signature, I believe only users from developed countries can maintain their consistency.

They are poor, but that does not mean they are so poor that they cannot meet their living needs and do not have money to invest. Poverty here means that they cannot have a high income and a better life than developed countries, not that they are so poor that they have no food . Additionally, if you regularly watch the news , you will see that countries with high inflation are also more likely to accept and use cryptocurrencies than developed countries despite government bans.

I just took our forum as a small example, and if you use other social media platforms , you will also see the rate of cryptocurrency usage and participation from 3rd world countries still very high .

646  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Premier League 2023/2024 Discussion Thread ⚽ on: June 24, 2024, 05:49:49 PM

We all expected that with the help of Ten Hag, we will see Manchester United perform well this season. But this season also Ten Hag was unsuccessful as usual. And throughout the season we have seen erratic performances from Manchester United. Manchester United had a lot of talented players in their squad. However, we do not see any improvement in Manchester United's performance. Our expectations were higher from a team as renowned as Manchester United.

Manchester United has appointed a new coach. It cannot be said for sure whether this team will do well in the next season. Manchester United's overall condition is now weak. Major changes must be made within the party. And Manchester United need experienced players.
I know that Erik ten Hag will stay with Manchester United for one more season according to transfer market information. You say Manchester United have changed their manager this season but I haven't heard any news about it till now. Manchester United were not satisfied with the performance of the current manager and wanted to remove him from the job but due to the lack of a good quality manager, they have relied on this manager for one more season. If there is a new strategy to be implemented, then Erik ten Hag will definitely want to apply that strategy to succeed. If Erik ten Hag can do well next season, Manchester United may extend his contract.

Manchester United is most probably going to go into the next season having the coach that they have right now, Ten Hag. So far the coach has not been approached or said anything about being fired from the managerial position of Manchester United. I talked to even though he was able to win the FA Cup, he is still going to be fired. But I guess the FA Cup saved his career.

They are actually good quality coaches. Those are just not available. A few weeks ago I heard that Zidane was interested in managing Manchester United. What happened to that? If he was interested himself and Manchester United did not approach him, I have to say Manchester United authority is just dumb.

Anyway, Fabrizio Romano confirmed that MU wants to bring Ruud Van Nistelrooy to Old Trafford. Last week Burnley posted they are trying to appoint Ruud Van Nistelrooy as their head coach, maybe that deal will not happen if Ruud Van decides to accept Ten Hag's offer to become part of Old Trafford and join Ten Hag’s coaching staff. Returning of Ruud Van will add another twist  Smiley

Mason GreenWood case is a very different story, he was reported to have been bullying his girlfriend and even video evidences were shown but the court had ruled that he wasn’t guilty of his charges and he is even now with the lady after she had his child. Yes many would have wanted Manchester United to bring him back to the team but they had their own personal investigation and thought it would be wise for him to go elsewhere to avoid the public eyes away from Manchester United. To me it was the perfect plan and gracefully it worked out for Greenwood. After a stellar performance at Getafe it was reported that Erik Ten Hag would love to have him at the club with the right wing still much vacant but some factions of staffs and fans still are yet to be convinced about the whole thing and that’s why the board are reluctant to keep him.

My opinion is they the boy be allowed to leave because ten environment already is discriminating him already, if he stays he would have more of this to deal with which might hinder his career. My advice is for him to move elsewhere outside England as this will allow to stay away from this saga. But if he remains with Manchester United the stigma will be still use against him by either fans that don’t want him to stay or by away fans to distract him

The player was going through a lot. I expected the club to actually do something more to help the player in this situation. But the club was actually busy saving its own self image. I cannot say that the club did the wrong thing. But I can definitely say that the player needed help and it would have been great if the club actually helped him. And we have seen a lot of these cases actually come forward. This thing has reached a certain point where I instantly think that the person, the male who has actually been alleged to do the offense has actually done nothing and he is actually the victim.

There is a reason why a lot of clubs should not and do not listen to the fans. Because the fans do not always know what is best for the club. At the same time, people are always going to be divided into two about any certain thing.
648  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: June 24, 2024, 05:01:05 PM
I guess that Vincent Kompany will be make the same as Xabi Alonso did in Leverkusen last season.
What Alonso and the players did at Leverkusen was unique and will be not coming so fast again.
For sure Kompany is and will be under pressure and its not easy at Munich.
I think that he will be not long there as a coach.
I don't think he has to do the same thing as what Xabi did, because they definitely have different ways to improve the team's performance. Moreover, their situation is also different, it could be said that with a squad that is not luxurious, Xabi can show a good performance with Leverkusen and if we compare it with the squad that Vincent Kompany has now, we will definitely see that the Bayern Munich squad is better than Leverkusen.
If you look at it on paper, Vincent Kompany's task should be easier with the existing squad, but again this cannot be seen from paper alone, but we have to look at the quality of strategy a coach has.

I am honestly very doubtful about Kompany. If I remember correctly, Xabi Alonso was able to improve the Leverkusen team a lot even in the 2022/23 season. And this season we all know what he did with Leverkusen. on the other hand when we look at the managerial career of Kompany, just in this season he has actually taken his team to the relegation. I just don't understand how Bayern Munich actually brought in a coach that has taken his team to the relegation.

Kompany definitely has an easier task compared to Alonso. That's because he has a great squad. Maybe he will be able to implement good tactics with this really good squad. Only time will tell. But I am honestly very skeptical.

Bayern Munich who failed this season of course they will try to rise by buying some new players who can restore their status as the rulers of the Bundesliga, indeed currently Kompany is an inexperienced coach, but to be honest we don't know what he can do later to restore Bayer Munich dominance in the league, besides that we also used to think of Alonso as an inexperienced coach but can actually bring Leverkusen It's been great this season, so maybe Kompany will be able to do that in the future as well.
I am a little doubtful about the status of their coach because as far as I can see Kompany has not shown his best abilities at the club he previously held. Being the coach of a big club like Bayern Munich definitely comes with a lot of pressure, especially as there are lots of star players, so Kompany's job will be much more difficult. Other pressures from fans and management will definitely demand more where he must be able to provide the best for the club.

Xabi Alonso doesn't have much freedom because he already knows the player's character and he also understands the condition of the player he can rely on. Leverkusen is still Bayern Munich's competitor next season and I am quite sure that Xabi Alonso is far superior to Kompany in terms of tactics and strategy.

At the end of the day, can we actually not say that it is a fair battle between Leverkusen and Bayern Munich? Think about it, Leverkusen does not have a great squad like Bayern Munich. But they have a great coach. On the other hand, the coach of Bayern Munich is not someone who has proven himself in the past. But they have a very good squad. They have striker Harry Kane, who was the highest scorer in the Bundesliga in this season. So I think actually that advantage is with Bayern Munich. Problem is they are just inconsistent even against weak opponents. And it does not matter which team or which club it is, if they are inconsistent, they are not winning anything.

What you need to know not all players who arrive in new team will not perform, Mbappe is one of many players that don't need any adaption, other player is. Mbappe will be same, he will score many goals for Real Madrid, other players might nervous because we all know Mbappe is one of the best players in this generation.

Mbappe might able become top scorer in the next season.
even though mbape is a strong attacker, you can't say that he wouldn't have to work on blending into the team in the early games with real Madrid. We will have to look out for how he will be able to blend well with vinicious starting from the dressing room and if they can cooperate together. If he plays an individual football and expect all team members to play to his own rhythm without learning how to adapt to the teams kind of play, it's going to cause chaos at the attack.  But the good thing is that mabapes personally will suite the likes of vinicius and Rodrygo play pattern and that's going to help build up a massive attack.

The issue I'm noticing is that Jude Bellingham seems to be struggling in the Euros maybe because he's not used to the people he's pairing with or something is going on with him but in general, he's playing bellow is capacity and we've not really seen the performance of mbape and vini at both euros and Copa America but I just hope that they will give fans the best of play from next season and wouldn't play like the England team that has bunch of players but couldn't get good results from the use of the players.

Maybe the coach that he is playing under is not being able to utilize him properly. Not everyone is Carlo Ancelotti. We have seen a lot of players not play that good for his national team but play very well for the club. Maybe that is something which is happening with Mbappe. And him not playing well in the euro also does not mean he's not going to play well with Real Madrid.

If we talk about Mbappé, I think he’s not going to have any problems adapting to the Carlo Ancelotti system. He is a good player. Probably the best in the world right now. The only thing that might be a little tricky is that the midfield of Real Madrid is going to change very soon. Kroos has retired and Luka Modrić is also going to retire soon. Maybe Ancelotti will not have the great quality that we have seen recently.

Whatever that has happened has happened, I think even Ryan Giggs had some weird case same as this one but the club backed him up, Yeah?
Why is it so different with Mason Greenwood?

I think it’s because, at that time, the situation was different. At that time people had to think about the money that was being generated. And at that time people also kind of worshiped good players. I am not saying that they don’t do it now. Another reason was that people probably felt the need to protect Ryan Giggs. But now that society has become femcentric (not sure if I am saying this correctly or not). The feminist ideas and feminism as a whole have almost destroyed many essential things about society. That’s why whenever any of these allegations come up, it doesn’t matter if the man is in the right or wrong, he doesn’t even have to be proven guilty, he is instantly shamed and his career is in jeopardy instantly.

Godspeed to Nacho Fernandez as he'll be joining one of these Saudi Arabian Premier League Clubs..

I was a little sad to hear that he did not renew the contract with Real Madrid. But it was actually a good decision for him. He is quite old and now he needs the money. I support him and any other player trying to get as much money as they can before they eventually end their career.

Well how did you find out about bitcoin and this forum? The members of this forum alone can tell you just how much bitcoin has spread all over the world. We have multiple boards in here of different languages which should have told you how globally popular is bitcoin.
Quote
I was so surprised seen two of my customers discussing about bitcoin in the local market

It's official. The Gemini exchange founders (the Winklevoss twins) have donated $2 million (USD) to help support Trump's campaign. Read all about it here: https://www.reuters.com/world/us/gemini-founders-donate-1-mln-bitcoin-trump-2024-06-20/

I guess the crypto industry now views Trump as the ideal presidental candidate to help spur its growth across America. If everyone unites, Biden won't stand a chance in getting re-elected as President of the United States. The "heavy-handed" regulations towards the crypto/Blockchain industry might've angered industry players against Biden and his Democratic Party. Could Trump's support of Bitcoin be enough to propel him to the White House? Only time will tell.

What do you think about this donation? Will it make a huge difference on Trump's re-election campaign? If not, why? Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much. Smiley

653  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: business ideas related to or involving Bitcoin on: June 23, 2024, 07:48:39 AM
Since you say something more connected to Bitcoin, how about like a Bitcoin education center? You could offer workshops and courses and probably one-on-one training on Bitcoin (how it works, what to do, what not to do, etc). I haven’t thought so indepth about it but maybe you can think about it and work with it. It mustn’t be something huge too. It could be in your store and you don’t have to actually call it an education center. You could print handouts to give to some customers too.

Teaching bitcoin to others is a good idea but to do that you need to have enough knowledge, experience or even deep expertise to be able to teach others and take their money. You can't take advantage of people's ignorance and give them knowledge about bitcoin when you yourself don't have too much knowledge about bitcoin. Not to mention, knowledge about bitcoin is not too difficult to find on the internet and everything is free. So if you want to open a center or a class to teach about bitcoin, there is nothing wrong but you need to provide them with knowledge commensurate with the amount of money they pay you. Education may sound simple but it is no simpler than business related to bitcoin.
654  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I am begining on a short term investment. on: June 23, 2024, 07:41:16 AM
As a beginner to this bitcoin market, I have understood that long term investing and holding is most beneficial to investors that short term holding.
But I being a beginner, I might not be affordable to hold too long because I have read about investors holding their coins for over 4 years.
Although I might be reprogrammed to long term investment in the future but I need to be practically convinced in reality based on what the market hold for Investors on long term and short terms.
As being speculated of all cryptocurrencies, they are all volatile so I am set to take my profits whenever I can and then the outcome potentials while I am Investing in this bitcoin industry would determine if I will have to hold for long. I don't think I will listen to all that advices of holding longer. We are only here to make profits and face our today's challenges and also prepares for future challenges. So I don't think that investors on the short term goals are at the wrong side because the Speculation of long term holding is excessively making it feel like short term Investors are on the wrong decision

Nobody is saying that short term investment cannot be profitable for you but the chances of making that huge sum of money you’re anticipating to get when you put your money into bitcoin can only be realized if you keep them for a long term. The market is volatile and moves to any direction it wishes at anytime, but it is certain that after some certain period of time, a time will come that it will be on the upward trajectory that will be beneficial for all. That period doesn’t last long and it’s the bull period.

Between the bear season and bull season, a lot of changes happen when bitcoin can go up or come down within a short period, those are the times some short time investors get their profits from the investment and due to the high risk of volatility and been in the bearish period, that is why it has been advise to stick to long term investment rather than the short time the will make your investment worthless.

And no one is saying OP is wrong in choosing short-term investments, but we need to admit that long-term investments bring more benefits. We have heard many stories about people becoming rich through bitcoin but most of them are long term investors, there are no stories about people becoming rich or making huge profits by investing short-term investment in bitcoin.
Or like in recent days, bitcoin's fluctuations have a wide range and from statistics we can see that hundreds of millions of dollars are liquidated every time bitcoin fluctuates.

I also know many traders but I don't see anyone making profits in recent days. Of course, long-term investors cannot make profits with the current market situation either, but at least they don't lose money and their money is still intact. Short-term investing sounds attractive because we can make money immediately, but things don't work like that, short-term investing is like a trap for the market to take our money faster.

Didn’t Mason Greenwood have a lot of problems with Erik ten Hag? He also expressed his feelings about leaving Old Trafford if I recall correctly. So I think it is going to be good for Manchester United because they will be able to sell him.
This is false

The only reason that he was dropped out of the main squad was because he was charged with sexual assault offence from his ex girlfriend thus the club dropped him to save their public image. He had nothing to do with Ten Hag and obviously if Manchester United ever put him in the main squad again, Ten Hag would obviously be using him as his lineup

Back then he was one of the top choices for Ten Hag though but given that the club want to save their reputation, he might be sold to another club

Wait so if a player from the squad gets just alleged, not proven to be guilty, just alleged to have sexually assaulted his girlfriend, the club has to make sure that he does not stay in the club to save their reputation? But when they have some PR stuff being done with iShowSpeed that does not hurt the club? Does that increase the reputation? Maybe I am just too old but that’s not how it should work. Maybe I am wrong but if a player is going through a rough time, the club should help him in my opinion. By the way, was he just alleged or proven to be guilty? I thought he was just alleged, no?

This is all Greenwood's fault, he has hurt his own career by doing things he should have avoided. This made the coach and the team disappointed with him because whether he liked it or not, it tarnished his name, so Manchester United also considered that. In my opinion, this is a wise thing, because apart from appearance, a player's brush must also be maintained, both on and off the field. And Greenwood must be responsible for what he did.
I think any team would do the same thing if their players committed off-field offenses that required them to be punished. Because the team itself will definitely save their reputation. This is a very natural thing for them to do, because a team will prioritize their reputation. Now it's better for them to let him go if a team is interested in bringing him in, because at Manchester United he doesn't contribute any more now.

I understand very well why the club did this. But I am surprised that nobody is seeing any problems with this. So any woman can actually come out and say that a famous football player has committed sexual assault on her and his career will be over even if he is not Guilty? The charges against Mason Greenwood were dropped. Does that mean he was guilty? I don’t think the judges actually found him to be guilty.

<snip>
If it's not good , how can it become popular and gradually have more people invest in it? Clearly, the popularity of bitcoin shows that it is a good asset and worth considering for investment.
Before gaining popularity like now, Bitcoin was only valued with Pizza. Who would have thought Bitcoin could be as great as it is now with a price above $ 60,000 / 1 BTC. If it were not for the strong efforts in protecting Bitcoin made by people who believe in Bitcoin, maybe Bitcoin would not have gained popularity like it is today.
When it is popular because of its advantages, it is worthy of being used as a future plan to enjoy wealth for those who use Bitcoin as an investment asset.
In the 15 years of bitcoin's existence and development, it is not a too long or too short period of time, but it is enough to prove that bitcoin is very trustworthy and worthy of our trust in it. Therefore, we should not only be grateful to those who created bitcoin, but also grateful to those who have supported and trusted bitcoin over the past 15 years because thanks to them, bitcoin could become as popular as it is today . And for me, before learning or researching anything, I always consider the popularity factor because if it is not good, it will certainly not receive the trust of the crowd . Therefore, popularity can be a reliable measure for us to rely on when learning about bitcoin.

For those who are participating in the market and are planning to invest in bitcoin these days, what they should learn about bitcoin are the pros and cons that it can bring them, and the use cases bitcoin...from there they can decide whether to invest or not, IMO.

There is no obligation to give investment advice to others and there is no need to do so if you don't want to get into trouble.

But what OP is talking about is should we give investment ideas to others when we don't have money to invest in bitcoin. And you have supported this idea but in my opinion it shouldn't be like that.

But when it comes to finances, we need to prepare and maybe we should provide education to our children and closest family about investing. This aims to provide independence for them so that when they are ready to invest, they have the correct knowledge. Honestly, I have never given investment advice to anyone and I don't do that not because I don't have the knowledge but because I don't want to face problems when they experience losses due to mistakes they have made.
Regarding financial education, if you want to educate your children or relatives about finances. That's an extremely good thing and I support it. But you cannot teach them knowledge that you have only learned online and have never experienced. If we want to teach someone about finances then we at least have some experience and success with it.
You have never given advice to anyone but why do you support OP giving investment ideas to others when he has never even invested in bitcoin?

If we have never been involved in bitcoin investment, it is impossible for us to provide education to other people because we have no direct experience that we can provide. But make no mistake, sometimes listening to investment advice from other people is also useful as long as we can verify the truth. There are people who are good at giving advice but they don't carry it out and that is the function of verifying something before implementing it.

That's what I'm trying to say, if we have never invested in bitcoin then giving ideas or giving advice to others is not right and a bad idea. Personally, I wouldn't listen to advice from people who have no experience and are only theoretical.

If everyone just stick to the rule of buy low and sell high, then there's no one end up at loss. That's how the pioneers here work out on their investment plan and look at them now, most of them have succeeded and are living life comfortably.

However, if you miss buying at the dips, then buy still even when the price is quite high. After all, you don't sell at a loss price, as long as you intend to hold longer and sell only when there are impressive profits around.
I agree that as long as we don't sell bitcoin at a low price we won't lose money, but is buying bitcoin when the price is already high a wise idea? Like the people who rushed to buy bitcoin when it was priced at $69k during the 2021 bull cycle. They won't lose money if they hold until now , but is it worth it when they spend 4 years holding without making a profit? Meanwhile, those with better investment strategies made significant profits when bitcoin was priced at $69K in 2024.

We should buy bitcoin at any time but we also need to pay attention to the timing , I mean if we are in the bull season and bitcoin has increased too much then we should wait instead of buying right then . But now we are preparing to enter a new cycle and the cow season has not yet begun , so buying at this price is reasonable.
I would say that it is not a wise idea to buy JUST at a high price, but if you keep buying it constantly then it may happen to be at some high peaks at times as well, while sometimes it may not be. So, I would say that we are going to end up with some good results at times and some bad ones at times.

For example if you bought at 20k and 30k and 40k, but also bought at 70k, then it means that you are doing fine, there isn't really anything to worry about, we should be considering the situation as normal as it gets. Obviously this isn't really that simple, we should consider the situation to be just about DCA, and for that to mean something, we need to have a constant source of income that we can spare some money to buy consistently.

If you are implementing a weekly/monthly DCA strategy and are determined to hold for the long term, you can even buy without looking at the price. But if you only have a certain amount of money and want to invest in bitcoin, you need to consider and analyze carefully before making a buying decision to avoid buying at too high a price. Not all investors have the conditions and ability to DCA for a long time . If all investors had a stable income and implemented the DCA strategy regularly, we would not have losers in the market. Therefore , it is necessary to have a specific investment plan and that depends on each person.

Juventus has so many players who are over 30 years old. This needs to change immediately. They need to evolve into a more dynamic team to fight harder for Serie A titles. Football is changing and dynamic teams are one step ahead now.  Smiley

Motta is a young manager which is a plus for Juventus about this topic. I wouldn't expect him to prefer old player signings much. His system would also be different from Allegri probably. But before anything else, they need new transfers like I said before. If they sign midfielders who can contribute much more to scoring, it isn't too difficult for them to stay in the title competition until the final moments.
Well, if Juventus does not add more players to their team, I don't think they will find it difficult to win their games next season. Juventus still has more strong players available to win their games, because their players over the age of 30 are not more than those under the age of 30. Juventus can only get players that will improve their performance because they are unable to maintain their winning ways. We saw how they performed last season, with an excellent start but a poor ending. Even when they won the Coppa Italiana over Atalanta, I believe they were lucky to win the cup because their performance was not strong enough to beat Atalanta at the end of the season

If a coach does not want to work with old players, it is fine. In general of the younger players are, the better they should perform and the less they are prone to injuries. So it is a good thing to work with young players. But then he will lack experience in the field. The best idea is to have a squad that is balanced. Not too many young players and not too many old players.

Thiago Motta should add more players to the team. And I think they are doing the right decision by bringing in midfield players so that the supplies from the midfield to the attack are better. Because they have definitely not scored enough goals in the last season. At least not enough to compete for the title.

This could be the very reason why they lost as well. People think that Juventus suddenly became bad when they were at the top of the list and yet they do not see why. It is obvious why, because we are talking about a team that is filled with old players, which makes it very hard for them to have a win when all these players start to grow tired.

They start the season great, but gradually become more and more tired, and that shows in the results as well. They need a younger setup, at least younger bench, so that they could end up with some subs during the games that could help them. If they keep this old age situation going, then I am pretty sure that we are going to see them not do all that well, they will be pretty bad.

Having old players is not a big problem if they are performing. Just look at the Real Madrid squad from the last few seasons. The Whites had almost half of the main squad that was literally in the mid 30s. The problem is, Juventus has been facing a lot of issues recently. And at the same time, the older generation is not performing that well. Just look at the ban of Paul Pogba and the point deduction that Juventus got in the season before this one.

Ultimately, I agree that they have to bring in new players preferably younger ones.

No, No. Never! Such a thing did not happen. When Erik Ten Hag cake in as a player, Mason Greenwood was already punishment in prison already. U don't know why you'll say something you have no idea about just to slander a coach you don't like, this is bad and it tells a whole lot bout you.
It's like there's no need to wait for the coach making a decision to place Mason Greenwood on the bench or dump him to another team, because what Greenwood has done has been assessed by the public and it has already left a bad image that makes it difficult for Greenwood to just play in the Premier League.

Man United might reject the offer if they feel there are other teams who are also interested in Greenwood. However, if the opposite happens, then Man United could accept the offer because they don't have much of a budget to prepare for the upcoming season so a transfer deal related to Greenwood could provide fresh funding for Man United.

@Oluwa-btc, Bro, you said,

. And after that, you said I have no idea about what I am talking about. I can’t even take this seriously at all.

About the player having scandals with his girlfriend, that is something which is relatively common actually. The problem is, doesn’t matter what the outcome is of the case, the player will have to suffer. They slander your name as soon as you are alleged.

@punk.zink Yes, that’s true. Manchester United does need some extra funds right now. That is going to help them bringing in some new players. Because the ones that they have actually brought in are not performing well. Well, I think even if some of them are actually performing well, the performance of Antony seems to catch the eye of the people a lot. People look at his failure a lot more. I also think they are supposed to be because 95 million is not a small amount of money.
