644  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] ePay.info, Micropayments and Faucets (API available) on: December 05, 2015, 04:55:26 PM
Great News!

We have some exciting news to share our new service!

Today we are releasing the new service of ePay.info features, the Faucet API (https://faucet.epay.info), it’s available for all users now.
Most users are probably familiar with the ePay.info services. We were very proud to introduce our new service “Faucet API”.

Let's take a specific look at the new features

We have all heard about Bitcoin faucets and used one too.
Do you plan to run the faucet yourself? having a faucet and hoping for the best is probably not going to work so well, we know running
a Bitcoin faucet can be amazing fun and you can earn additional money, but it's not easy as you think, you need tons of traffic, security
concerns, developers, automating payments, sending each payment out on its own etc, or would you rather rely upon the services of a
professional?, You can have all of these together with ePay.info.
If you want  to have your faucet up and running, ePay.info offers you helpful hints, if you are hoping to profit and not just break even, you
need to consider the faucet as being an investment it’s high profitable business and marketing aspects of the site. If you have not done this
before, ePay.info suggest you contact us, we helping to have your own faucet.

We believe in making simple, flexible tools that help users with new features

Thank you for your continuous support ePay.info

Hi

At the time of writing this topic we were doing emergency maintenance on server #2 that caused some users to be not shown balance or transaction history.
Maintenance was concluded under 30 minutes and services was backup normally.

Auto registration login was removed with the request of users so you won't login to another account accidentally.

If you still can't login to your account just email me and i will handle your problem personally.
send mail to: shanoon@epay.info

I myself have left this rotator a long time ago, but (just trying to give an optimist idea) maybe the mistake is on freecryptocoin? Maybe your satoshi hadn't been clarified by them? Since its a huge amount, maybe they need some time to gather the exact amount and, thus, the balance is not shown on your finalized balance because it is yet to be sent by the faucet provider? Have you tried contacting them?

Hi
It is sad yo hear that you have left us.
What was your reason to leave?
send me an email and i will handle your problem personally.

Hi
We have announced on the day that the bug occurred and caused some users on our server #4 are shown wrong amount of balance.
The bug was caused during installation the new Highest Paying extra reward feature and was patched hours after happening.
as ePay's core is written to be fully automated and no human interaction would be allowed on the user's account, system it self has fixed the balances quickly.
It was unfortunate that this happened and we already have placed counter measures in place to prevent this from ever happening.
We value our customers and to teach the other personal a hard lesson,  two people were fired whom had part in causing this problem.

ePay has paid more than 400 BTC within the last year and do not wish to ruin its hard gained reputation because  of 100,000 satoshies.
If you believe that your balance was removed by a mistake open a ticket with the subject of "Mistake in removing balance" under  Bitcoin category.

Hey guys,

I hope this is not the wrong section to post it.

2 Days ago i discovered epay and started doing faucets.
Today, 4 hours ago, i had like 65.000 Satoshi.

Then.. like 30 mins ago.. i logged in again.. and everything was gone.. 0 btc..
No cashout history, no transaction history.. it even says "You visited 0 out of 19 faucets".

Already opened a Ticket.. but they didnt awnser yet..

Is epay scam?
Does someone of you have experienced the same as me?

Hi
I'm not a regular epay user, but I certainly had few satoshis in my few addresses.
After watching your post I checked my balance and found them to be empty.
Epay doesn't seem to have a thread in the forum as well now. AFAIK they had one when they were just starting.
They might be doing a little renovation but emptying user balance without informing is not a professional move at all.
So all I can say now is stay away from their faucet.

Hi
it is sad to hear that you have lost your balance, Could you please send me your BTC address so i can check it?

My ePay account can't be accessed, so I think we'll have to assume they are having a database problem. It happened before when they were doing some site work. Let's not worry yet.

Hi
There was a small (about 15 minutes ) weekly maintenance last night but now all should be good.
If you can't access your account please send me you BTC address.

No problem, i know how it works, now, a lot of times INSTANT PAYMENT don't work. So I have left it automatic, so far so good, and your faucets pays a lot, wow.
Hi

Instant payout is complete and smart and automated section.
It detects the link between epay and blockchain, your performance on faucets and some other parameters to verify that you are the true owner of the balance then allow a withdrawal.
652  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: epay. Securing accounts and tickets. on: September 26, 2015, 05:44:32 AM
Cry

I keep getting the same error messages about having an Invalid BTC address when i attempt to secure my account.

Also the ticket section doesn't seem to work so I can't get thru to them for help.

Is this a legitimate site? Since nobody on their end is contactable.

Hi

Could you please explain what kind of problem are you encountering with the ticket section?
All ticket will be answered usually within 24-48 hours depending on its majority.
Our algorithm on validating the BTC address has never been wrong in the last year we also check your address with blockchain api to confirm it.

So far ePay.info has paid more than 260 BTC and i believe that is confirmation on our honestly.

Please contact info@epay.info with subject of  : Bitcointalk #1190633 to investigate your problem regarding securing.

Hey, I decide to try and signing up to epay today and realize that I will be charged some fees if i withdraw with any method, is it correct? Is there any way to withdraw without being charged?

Hi,
You are charged with the fee to pay the bitcoin fee.
ePay is and will be always free of charge.

Umm... my withdrawal to Xapo from September 14th has not yet been confirmed. It was sent to my Xapo address, but its status is still pending.. Can you help me?
Hi,
The confirmation problem was for the bitcoin network.
The latest payout transactions has got confirmation about 80 blocks ago.

It's confirmed today. Thank you for your concern and response, I really appreciate it.

Your welcome and thank you for your understanding.
656  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: epay a definite scam or what? on: September 18, 2015, 05:25:34 PM
Hi,
Our records are open for public.
So far from the beginning we have paid about ~300 btc.
If you encounter Er10 or Er15 that means connection between ePay and blockchain api is not stable enough to attempt a transaction.
this section is fully automated and is managed by completely non human robot and algorithm to ensure no money loss or human errors.
