641  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [China's fakeness] Before and after on: February 09, 2017, 03:12:59 PM
It cannot be denied that Chinese authorities dislike BTC and do not want it to get out of hand in their country. This is also true in many Western societies, politicians control the source of "money", it is their source of power and they know this. They will protect it at all cost if there is a great enough threat.
642  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin for the rich, not the poor - We are talking about the miners fees on: February 09, 2017, 03:11:30 PM
There are lots of alt coins out there atm that could fill your needs. This is true is almost every aspect of society, and is what it is. I don't believe it to be an evil thing.
643  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you hate muslems? on: February 02, 2017, 02:10:22 PM
Of course not. There are many great Muslims out there, the problem is those who practice Sharia law. Look it up, its shameful and disgusting.
644  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Tens Of Thousands Of Brits Take To The Streets To Protest Trump’s Travel Ban on: February 02, 2017, 02:08:41 PM
The funny thing is, it doesn't include the top 6 most populated Muslim nations, yet is being branded as a "Muslim" ban. Also, it is Obama's list, not Trumps. This is just more hyped up hysteria from the dying MSM.
645  Other / Politics & Society / Re: No Help from Islamic Nations. on: February 02, 2017, 02:07:32 PM
Yet the West is expected to blindly take mass quantities of un-vetted refugees into its borders. Its the definition of insanity.
646  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you believe in god? on: February 02, 2017, 02:06:37 PM
Why not? There isn't much risk in doing so. Hedge your bets I always say.
647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the altcoin era over ? on: February 02, 2017, 02:06:03 PM
I personally believe it is not and new, better innovations are yet to come.
648  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is there an increased number of newbies wanting to create a new altcoin? on: February 02, 2017, 02:05:31 PM
They are hoping to "get rich quick", pump and dump.
649  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: February 02, 2017, 02:03:48 PM
The age old question on the Bitcoin talk forums. The answer as many have already stated, is obvious. Both. Yet I would add one more to the basket, silver.
650  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: February 02, 2017, 02:03:02 PM
Paper money is destined for the same place that it always ends up. The dustbin of history. There has never been a fiat currency that has stood the test of time, whereas gold and silver have.
651  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: As it turns out, Craig Wright actually is Satoshi! on: February 02, 2017, 02:01:14 PM
This is the story that never dies! How many Satoshi are there? Am I Satoshi, are you Satoshi, who knows these days.
652  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: February 02, 2017, 01:59:54 PM
Sell services and goods that people want / need. This has always been my favorite method. Unless your willing to go really big, then mining is a hard venture to get into these days. Its not like how it was in the early days.
653  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 2017: Now it happens on: February 02, 2017, 01:58:53 PM
I honestly believe Bitcoin is already there as being generally accepted by MANY online merchants. There is still a long way to go and yes, I also believe their is a lot of growth still for many high quality altcoins.
654  Economy / Economics / Re: Make money from money on: January 24, 2017, 03:25:33 PM
You need a realistic short term and long term goals. Wake up and envision yourself already completing that goal. Believe it or not, this is incredibly powerful in eventually fulfilling whatever you desire in your life, not just in your business. "Think and grow rich".
655  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin dead? on: January 24, 2017, 03:23:54 PM
Doesn't look like its dead yet, this old cat just keeps on ticking.
656  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What bitcoin related businesses do you own? on: January 24, 2017, 03:23:18 PM
Specifically and only bitcoin related businesses are more rare than in the early days. BUT there are countless people representing businesses that accept Bitcoin as a form of payment. Which is a great thing.
657  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why gun is easily available in US? on: December 15, 2016, 04:24:09 PM
It's so hard to get gun in other developed countries. People even afraid to carry gun in there. But why government of US makes it easy to buy, carry or sell guns? Is it good for the nation or people living there? They mayn't get freedom while walking in dreary places. Isn't it? I even scared of word gun.  Grin

A gun itself is not evil, just as a knife is not evil. The user can be evil, but not the inanimate object. I would rather good honest people have guns. Studies prove, in places where the ownership of guns are highest, crimes are lowest.
658  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Jim Rickards - They're Going To Lock Down The System on: December 15, 2016, 04:20:52 PM
It will be a mess. Bitcoin will be the answer as long as the UN doesn't lock down the Internet. We all need to learn how to trade bitcoins, directly, through our handhelds, without the Internet being needed. What are the apps that allow us to do this?

Bitcoiners will become rich, as more and more of the people who haven't even heard of Bitcoin now, will flock to bitcoiners after the crash, to have their transactions made.

Cool

The elite class that currently runs the show will do everything they can to ensure that Bitcoin doesn't become a predominate choice by the masses in a crisis. Fortunately, they are losing their grip as we are seeing all over the world. I still believe that a diversification of physical gold and silver, plus bitcoins is prudent in these uncertain times.
659  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How Donald Trump's Economic Plans Will Lead the Fed to Reverse Course on Policy on: December 15, 2016, 04:18:35 PM
I have to agree. So many naysayers and the man isn't in office yet. Lets wait and see what happens.
And then what to do? When he comes into the oval office it will be too late to think. We now need to develop a plan to counter this clown. I hope that in Congress, not all are crazy as he

He was elected and will be confirmed in 4 days. Stop reading the mainstream media and do your own research. You will live. We will live. And yes, there are checks and balances in the country -- the executive branch really doesn't have much power.

Signed,
Political Science Major   Wink

Every election, you hear the same stories. It is the end of the world, the sky is falling! There are systems in place as you mentioned.
660  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used for Good? on: December 15, 2016, 04:17:05 PM
Bitcoin already is used for a lot of good, and just like cash, it can of course be used for bad things. This in itself, doesn't make bitcoin bad, but the user.
