Hombre, tener una confirmación instantánea sería la bomba…

La idea de las confirmaciones es que sea un poco complicado hacerlas para que tengan valor, sino yo te podria hacer 120 confirmaciones en 10 segundos, pero serían falsas.

650  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] BitcoinStatus.org - Check if the main Bitcoin websites are up on: April 26, 2013, 07:27:18 PM
I have updated the website adding more Bitcoin websites, increasing loading speed and fixing some bugs.

Some new features suggested by users:
Quote
json version
add bitcoin.clarkmoody.com
cache the response
update your online status every 60 seconds
adding bitcoinium.com as well.
List the websites down the page instead of across on one line. It's easier to follow.
add vircurex.com
add campbx.com
Bitcoin stack exchange community.
The character encoding of the HTML document was not declared

Featuring a new JSON public API (also suggested by a user).
The website is has been fully coded by me and is available without ads. If you like this service considering donating some coins to the address listed in the website.

I like it, keep up the good work!

It's like pingdom just for bitcoin sites. I donated a little because I think it looks good.

Suggestion, can you make it a Bookmarklet like "BIPS Send Bitcoin" so you can add it to your bookmark bar, click it and have a modal window popup.

Thank you very much, I am a average student and this donation help me to pay the website hosting.

In the next update I will implement your suggestion.
655  Economy / Service Announcements / [ANN] BitcoinStatus.org - Check if the main Bitcoin websites are up on: April 23, 2013, 06:51:34 AM
Bitcoin community has recently been suffering Denial of Service attacks, many important sites as MtGox, Blockchain.info or Bitcoinity have been down for several hours.
Using BitcoinStatus.org you can check instantly if 10 Bitcoin Websites are up or down. Also the website checks if they have been down any time in the last hour.

In the back-end, a server checks this 10 websites every 60 seconds and return a status icon.

The website is has been fully coded by me and is available without ads.

657  Economy / Service Announcements / [ANN] Bitcoin Diamond Chain Game, earn 25%, starting at 0.01 BTC on: April 22, 2013, 03:07:31 PM
http://diamond.chaingames.net/ - [ANN] Bitcoin Diamond Chain Game, earn 25%, starting at 0.01 BTC

The rules
To be the next owner of the Diamond, the current price is 0 bitcoins. After your purchase, the Diamonds worth will increase by 50% (0 bitcoins).

You will stay the owner until the next Diamond buyer purchases it for 0 bitcoins. We then will send 0 bitcoins back to you. That means a 25% (0 btc) profit for you.

However, the Diamond resets randomly. The odds of it reseting are 10%, so your winning odds are 90%. Should your purchase trigger a reset, you'll lose your stake and the Diamonds price goes back to 0.01 bitcoins. Please read FAQ for specific details.

What is this?

The bitcoin Diamond is an entertaining game, advertising opportunity, and a psychological experiment. You can think of it as a self-sustaining speculative bubble.

Why should I buy the Diamond?

Who wouldn't want the Diamond? Not only do you get free advertising and profit when the next buyer comes in, but you'll look cool doin it too.

How/when does the price increase?

Each time the Diamond changes owners its worth increases by 50%, rounded to 6 decimal places.

Why does the Diamond reset at all?

If it never reset, the price would go up forever. While this can be awesome to see, it would leave one gigantic loser at the end of the chain. Like any other speculative bubble, the Diamond has to collapse at some point.

When does the Diamond reset?

The Diamond resets in a completely random manner and can't be influenced in any way. We take your transaction hash and a secret string to create another hash: hmac_sha512(secret,txhash) (using txhash as data and secret as key). If the decimal of the first two bytes of this hash are less than 6554 then you reset the gem. The secret changes every day, current server time is . Secrets will be released after a day has been over for at least 24 hours. Here's the list of past secrets.

Buy the Diamond and earn 25%

Yes, I'm under ddos, I'm doing what I can.

Hooray it's back. You are a legend. I'm guessing your donations don't cover the $200 a month for CloudFlare?

With a free account in cloudflare you can also mitigate some DDOS.
659  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.info - Bitcoin Block explorer & Currency Statistics on: April 21, 2013, 12:26:10 PM
Please Blockchain.info redirect HTTP to HTTPS always like Bitcointalk and MtGox do.
Also in the wallet login page warn users to check the green bar in the url.

Put a warning up about enabling 2 factor auth - I lost 1.2 BTC due to a "It would take a desktop PC about 175 years to crack your password" password. (http://howsecureismypassword.net)

Dont test your password at these kind of sites. Just plain stupid to enter it somewhere online to test the strengt ...
The website uses only Javascript.
