on skype chat he shows and knows that the account will get screwed and he no longer care about it. I doubt if he has given his account to someone as collateral.

Since james.lent has posted and confirmed the bitcoin id / skype id is of same person. What do you understand now? and what do you have to say? care to read each and everything again for your own better understanding, perhaps if you do, you will be convinced that people are getting scammed by this bitcointalk user kozan, and moderator should come in to action.

To my understanding, what he is trying to do is keep his bitcointalk account clean by refusing to accept that it was he himself on skype, and who else would do so other than scammer ? I myself is new to the forum, and being scammed by him (kozan-btc), and looking for what action can be taken by moderator against him, and what would be done at most to keep the community clean from scammers, I have seen 3 peoples complaining about him (including me).

you didn't check his trust / feedback, post your story separately with complete details so moderators can take proper action.

I myself, being scammed, have put everything in detail, with proofs, and references, do we still have something left for justifications and explanations ?

How do you know ,"It should be made known that this Kozan is not the old Kozan, account was sold to someone else in recent months" ?

I trusted that person since he make sense about post count / hero member, if he purchased that account, I think he has cashed it out for more than what he paid it for.

And I don't think he will come here explaining things and giving justifications.

He is trying to run away, simply blocking skype contacts and everything..

Kozan Kozan is the nick, it could be anything, look for the second line , next to Skype (highlighted in green) this shows skype id

I don't know but I guess Avirunes has some connection to him, he seems to be supporting him, while he is clearly a scammer, and scamming.  Kozan Kozan is the name, not the skype id. as james.lent said the id is kozan-btc try adding that skype id yourself, and see what names does it shows up in your list, it would be Kozan Kozan, and the seller,"Kozan" is trying to deny and run away with his id as clean, as well as all the money. I can certainly proof that he is the same person.

Dont go collateral, since he has used his account for scamming, and now already have negative trust score, he no longer cares for his account, and it's not worth.

Further, I myself have first hand experience of being scammed, so you better don't do any dealing untill resolution of my problem, and someone else who has also posted being scammed by him.

just read the forum, don't deal with him unless you dont want your money

I paid him 0.1 BTC for google cloud accounts (40x) while dealing for vccs which I needed for google cloud account, he offered me to create and deliver google cloud accounts within 24 hours, but never delivered, and now asking another 0.1 BTC without even sending 1 account

1- Once redeem you have 90 days to use credit. Once you have coupon, redeem it ASAP, no claim after 3 days, so buy when you want to use it.
2- PM for discount, usually not given, but if bought in bulk, or anything else, might consider on case to case basis.

I would advise everyone to stay away for number of reasons

1- He looks like a new member.
2- No details provided, however, google themselves clearly mention procedure for adsense account, which requires website, than how is he bypassing? perhaps a loophole, or a bug? but whenever it's fixed, all accounts created by that way would be scrutinized, perhaps banned as well.
3- You cannot check safety of google adsense account ever, in first stage you will need atleast 3 to 4 months, further, they can always check/scrutinize account, and ban it, taking away all your adsense earning, so it's extremely high risk thing to go for!
