Great turn of events for holders, however the rate the whole market is rising at is unprecedented. I worry that too much money has flowed into crypto too fast, and we will see a huge pullback before nem has had a chance to really take off into moon territory, which would erase many of the gains we've made.
Not nems fault, everyone else's. 17k Bitcoin, $350+ litecoin, $800+ dash and $500+ ether is not sustainable imo. I wonder what things will look like in a month.
I hope the Chinese really use the hell out of nem in Feb to keep us from falling into the abyss.
Anyone know if the wechat availability will make it easy for the Chinese to directly purchase nem for yuan?
If not, and it seems like they can already send money with Chinese currency, what motivation do the Chinese have to use nem to do what they can already do with fiat?

Bitcoin has grown up over $16000 now and it actually a high level for small investors. I think that you can also consider choose ETH for long term investment despite it does not have the quick growth speed like bitcoin

Last year when bitcoin was under 1000 everyone said a 3000 bitcoin was unrealistic and would never happen. Don't ever listen to anyone say that eth can't hit 2000 next year! That's only a 4 x gain which is NOTHING in this market. It can go much much higher very fast. If you've been in this space as long as me you'd know better than to say it can't happen. Get use to it, these coins always go even higher than the wildest expectations.

Maybe you gust schould chill. Why is everybody going crazy when the altcoins are dumping. Wenn the BTC is on a strong pump, the most people are selling their altcoins to pump eveything they got in BTC to earn more, to reinvest in altcoins I'm not worried about this one dump, but the long term bear market vs btc is what hurts. Looking at the charts now it looks like this could end up being a 1-2 year alt bearmarket vs bitcoin. If you have real money invested and have lost 10-20 bitcoins because you got stuck holding Alts waiting for a change, it's normal to worry. |

Altcoins are dying and some will be dead. Bitcoin murdered them and now I want to murder my self.
Have some patience. Alts always bounce back. People have been saying that for 6 months as it continues to fall. If you zoom out on the charts you can see that Alts have lost all the gains they had made vs bitcoin earlier this year. It looks like we're going right back in to a flat vs bitcoin like it was in 2015-2016. Zoom all the way out on the daily charts. Does it look like Alts will rise vs bitcoin? |
