641  Other / Archival / Re: Everyone is following the same strategy on: May 04, 2021, 04:05:23 AM

Yes everyone follows the same strategy buy low and sell high. And they don't even care about candlesticks. When they hold, it means they are just there waiting but are already on the sell order to be filled which these sellers must have bought at a cheaper price.

Who wants to sell when the price goes high?  The answer, the ones who want to take profit. They could be the traders who learned pretty well in hopping from one coin to another.

Obviously everyone wants to make a profit and doesn't want to suffer a loss, this is the law in trading, if he wants to lose it is better to be a donor for people who really need help, obviously it is more noble to do that.

it seems that nothing will differentiate when it comes to any trading strategy including crypto, buy when the price drops and sell when the price is appropriate to receive profit (don't be greedy), because sometimes you always want to find the biggest profit. because human behavior is sometimes excessive so that it is not controlled, instead it does not receive what is expected.
indeed here the most determining factor is psychological. we are afraid to cut losses, and tend to be greedy when we have made a profit, which in the end burns and self-regret begins. I am sure that people who feel like that will certainly find it difficult to survive in the crypto world
642  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin vs Agriculture on: May 03, 2021, 07:17:14 AM
Does it mean farmers cannot use bitcoin to improve their peasant or plantation farm?

You can use it as mean of exchange. To by and sell farm products. Problem is that Bitcoin have high fees and solution for Bitcoin high fees is not that helpful. Hopefully eventually second layer solutions will be widely used and you will be able to use it in your farming life.  Right now Bitcoin for you can be only as a speculation. You can speculate with its value. It worked very well for many so far. Question is for how long.
not only the agricultural sector, other sectors may also experience the same thing. We can imagine that with a large fee, each transaction will require additional fees, indeed on the one hand, with bitcoin the payment will be faster, but with a large fee, I think it is not suitable at this time.
643  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: simple technique of selling high and buying low. on: May 02, 2021, 01:43:45 PM
profit taking will involve a trader to buy low and sell high. it sounds simple but it isnt. if not properly mastered you might miss a time to sell and a time to buy back and intervals to do this buying and selling. share your skills and techniques that can be used to achieve this.
The main indicator I often use for profit taking is usually RSI once price reach over 70 overbought region I sell and take profits or attimes when I had already earned the profit based on my risk to reward ratio I closed my trade, while I also  buy at oversold zone though  I  always watch out for candlestick patterns or Price Action before buying all these techniques requires constant practising especially when buying at dip or the peak the trader has to be extra careful to avoid massive losses or price draw down.
indicators do help us in determining attitudes, but we also have to remember that every indicator is not always correct. therefore we must react if the market does not go according to plan. the thing that often happens is when the price has gone out of our framework area, we don't dare to cut loss
644  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: You could die from trading. on: May 02, 2021, 01:40:28 PM
indeed as a trader full of pressure as you describe. if we still feel uncomfortable, then there is still something wrong with us. we must be able to enjoy trading, loss / profit is a common thing in trading. Moreover, until our capital runs out, I think it is a gamble, won't we be able to cut losses if the market moves not according to plan and breaks from the previously made framework?
645  Economy / Economics / Re: What's Next? After Bitcoin Passes The 60K Mark...... on: May 01, 2021, 08:48:20 AM
for those who are not familiar with Bitcoin, maybe they don't realize that Bitcoin is helpful enough to support daily life, such as short-term traders who are able to target to get a profit.  In some countries, Bitcoin is so popular that many shops accept Bitcoin payments.  Even in a pandemic era like now most governments recommend choosing to transact digitally, gradually if Bitcoin is widely used for positive activities there will be alternatives that allow transactions using Bitcoin in some countries that have not fully accepted Bitcoin.
It's going up to that point.

As you point out about the pandemic, it's really recommended to go with digital transactions and bitcoin is the one that will be on that option per se.

There's more for bitcoin to cross such high prices and we'll never know how high it would be and the vast adoption keeps coming.
Yes, no one will know until how widespread adoption will be, maybe only the whales will. and what is certain is that currently more and more large companies are adopting it, and giving massive influence to all circles. and after that we will see whether this condition will increase again or in fact in 2019 it will happen again
646  Economy / Economics / Re: Government policies help to grow the price of bitcoin on: May 01, 2021, 08:42:47 AM
This shows what they really fear from bitcoin, they are not afraid of bitcoin becoming a valuable asset, they are not scared of bitcoin becoming a store of value and displacing gold as the main form of protecting your wealth, what they are really scared about bitcoin is of bitcoin behaving like a currency and that eventually displaces their own fiat currencies and they lose all the power those fiat currencies confer to them and as such they lose the tight control of the economy they have now.
You can't be afraid of bitcoin as a competitor to your fiat currency in only two cases. First, when your fiat currency is the world's reserve currency and therefore the additional amount of liquidity can not significantly affect the monetary policy of your state. In the second case, you have such a weak and uncontrolled economy that the monetary policy of your state has no influence on economic processes. Therefore, I fully understand the concerns and even prohibitions of many states on the use of bitcoin as a means of payment, and not as a financial or property asset.
I think the main factor of the government that helps the development of bitcoin is that currently it is not so badly prohibited from using it, even though it is not a means of payment. at least bitcoin is in the market, which is parallel to stocks, even many investors leave stocks to switch to crypto currency
647  Economy / Economics / Re: Tesla still an unprofitable automaker on: May 01, 2021, 08:38:19 AM
It is entirely possible that Tesla will become profitable not because of their car sales business but as holders of bitcoin, also we must understand that even if Tesla is not profitable now the value of something not only depends on its past and present it also depends on its future, and stockholders are looking at the future of Tesla and they think there is a lot of potential there and they do not want to miss it, in the worst case scenario they earn some money and drop the stock in the future, but in the best case scenario they are holding the next Microsoft or Apple and they become insanely rich because of it.

Just because Bitcoin added $100 million plus to the Tesla balance sheet for this quarter, I don't expect this to happen every time. Right now Bitcoin is going through a bullish phase and Tesla is also benefitting from it. But my question is what will happen once the bullish phase ends and a correction occurs. Instead of a net gain from Bitcoin sales, Tesla will be showing a net loss. And this may be unpalatable for many Tesla investors.
indeed when the bearish season arrives, Tesla will be confused about looking for profit, but for me all of this has been taken into account Tesla, when they are still minimal in electric car turnover, they are looking for other fields to support the implementation of their main business which initially requires a large turnover.
648  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the Best Time to sell ? on: April 30, 2021, 03:13:49 AM
The best time to sell is when you've made a profit, and when the price goes up, don't be trapped in the hope that the price will continue to go up to make a sale because that expectation will sometimes reverse the situation.
trading only relies on short profits and if it is profitable there is nothing wrong with selling it without expecting a higher profit but selling too late when the price drops back suddenly.

I think this should be enough. Set certain goals for yourself, then, when they are achieved, fix a profit, at least without a loss, in order to minimize risks as much as possible.
If everything goes well, set new goals, because the old ones have already been achieved, and upon reaching new ones, fix the profit again, regardless of what happens to the instrument further.

I think the cutprofit was done when it was approaching takeprofit. so that we can be consistent with the framework that has been made. Sometimes we get a little profit, it feels like we want to sell, and when we lose a lot, we actually hold. diseases like this that must be avoided
649  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why you don't need to HODL or trade Bitcoin on: April 30, 2021, 03:06:04 AM
From the little experience am having I really believe in holding bitcoin more than trading it. bitcoin have pumped massively for the past few months now and lots of people have been regretting why they didn't buy and hold bitcoin and some people have being saying bitcoin price is too high and they are expecting a dump which I believe is a true bitcoin. Is not going to dump

Holding is the best option if you wanted to keep your funds safely and of course, it is less risky than trading. However, holding will matter also depending on the market status. Like buying at $10k and hold it until now, you even get a multifold gain but it never happens all the time, and why? Because not all holders are willing to wait, most holders will sell their Bitcoin when they saw that they are already profiting.
I think psychological factors are very influential in this. Maybe at first you had the intention to invest, but when you see that the price has gone up and the profits are visible, it seems as if you don't have the power to sell and take the cut profit
650  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: beginner trader: Are trading signals and bots worth it? on: April 30, 2021, 03:02:00 AM
In order for crypto signals to work, you must understand one thing. Crypto signals give you information that, with some degree of probability, may or may not come true. Most often, it comes true, but often it does not come true. That is, for 100% of signals, the bottom of which will be only 60% positive. But which of these 60% are the same signals you will not know, therefore, in order to make money on crypto signals, you will need to make the widest possible coverage, that is, try to use all the information that you are given to enter each signal.
Has it really works on you mate? Coz I was in the doubts and never have the interest to try this kind of services. Maybe, if there is someone who could confirm that is legit, that is possible that it gains some attention but seeing there are only a few tells that, it finds to be just a trick. Or maybe they don't know how to use this or are new to trading.

But as you have said, it finds a lot of works needed to do which makes new traders aren't able to cope up. And if this is true, I'm for sure it never gives interest to traders as they like an easy way as possible.

Yes, it works, especially on an uptrend. A good group of signals is something like scalping, they tell you which coins will grow by 5-20% and you fix the profit in parts, 50% orders for 5% growth, 30% of the deposit for 10% growth, and so on. They tell you what coins, but not when. Thus, you need to wait, you can place an order today, and it will work in a month. I've never had enough patience. In general, I consider a group to be good if 60% of its signals hit the target, and the remaining 40% are closed by stop loss.
60-40 is already a good result for me. means we can still make money from trading activities. but sometimes for beginner traders they ignore stop losses, because they feel heavy hearted to do so. and in the end they failed in trading
651  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing only for the rich? Think again on: April 29, 2021, 06:57:45 AM
I think investment can be made by various groups, not just the rich. precisely with investment can help someone's welfare in the future. and of course, if we are good at reading investment opportunities, it will certainly be faster to become people who have financial freedom
652  Economy / Economics / Re: Are some too blind to see? on: April 29, 2021, 06:53:08 AM
Every major company that takes a drastic step, do it for two reasons, to make profit or to meet their vision. I think for Tesla, it's the latter because Tesla is having Musk who has no less money, I doubt they will do it for cheap little profits. Although, the second primary reason is definitely profits but I think that's just collateral profit.
Whales like Tesla would naturally seek personal gain. and I think this is a clever step, where in just a moment Tesla can reap fantastic profits, and I think that's what we should imitate. I think this is a good step for cryptocurrency, where companies have started using it so that in the future it can grow

655  Economy / Economics / Re: Covid virus 2021 on: April 27, 2021, 07:38:34 AM
Yes, India is at its worst destruction. Everywhere it is termed as second wave of covid-19, here it is mentioned as tsunami of covid-19. The deaths were happening as it happened during the tsunami. No precautions were taken, and that's the major reason for such a worst situation. The government is keen in winning election and organizing election rallies. Several footages show the death of covid-19 patients. Such things should not happen to anyone, because they know they're dying and none were able to do anything other than cry.

Most of the rich people of the country were taking private jets and flying to different countries. The private jet for rent has increased during this time, and rich one are ready to pay anything.

Everyone is blaming the election commission, but I don't think that they have done anything wrong. The worst situation is being reported from the states of Maharashtra and Delhi, where there was no elections. In states where elections were conducted, the situation seems to be under control (Kerala, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Assam.etc). And regarding the celebrities, most of them have by now escaped to countries such as Maldives and the UAE. These people are mostly deaf to the suffering of ordinary Indians.
The case in India reminds us of the importance of adhering to health protocols. Cultural rituals that occur in the Ganges are proof that we must be aware of this virus. many people do not believe it, but for those who have experienced it, I think will have another story

656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is BCH, BSV more profitable than Ethereum? on: January 18, 2020, 04:00:17 AM
This is really a question without any base. ETH is now 2nd market cap coin + they have some real use cases. Where's the use of BCH and BSV? Nothing almost. How can you expect it to be more profitable? You have to calculate the risk both these coin have also. Only high price isn't the indicator of more profit.
In my opinion, the product is an important key in the long term continuity of a coin. I don't think that a coin without product will only excel for a moment. although eth is reduced demand is not like the time of ico season, but the quality is still needed, proved to still rank second in cryptocurrency
657  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you prefer to hold for more than a year? on: January 18, 2020, 03:56:24 AM
I think bitcoin remains the first choice, maybe I can invest more than half the capital that I have, and the rest I invest in some altcoin like ethereum, binance or ltc. I think altcoin is safe for the long term, because its movements are still in line with the movements of bitcoin

658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in multiple altcoins on: January 17, 2020, 04:03:12 AM
well that can be a good idea..
make sure you are selling after making x2 x3 in one of them, and buy another one
this x3 adds up to a good amount

in other hand if you diversify your portfolio too much
it will be more difficult to track and research the projects
I think investing in many altcoins can bring a lot of risks in investing and in my opinion should only invest some good coins like ETH, BNB, EOS, TRON because these are 4 coins that increase in price together when Bitcoin increased.

By all means must earn a return on this investment and always consider carefully before making decisions because every mistake will affect your assets.
right, don't invest too much on lots of altcoins, besides we are hard to pay attention to developments, of course there will be altcoins in free fall, therefore I agree to choose some potential altcoins that follow the bitcoin movement to reduce risk

659  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: token supply on: January 17, 2020, 03:56:58 AM
sometimes I think if you look at the amount of token supply in such a large amount that trillions and trillions after the project runs several months or years, the token will be burned, what for if you make tokens with a large supply, but will be burned, ...?

 Roll Eyes
I think that is kind of strategy to attract investor. Not resist that burning token usually make developer can pump their token and who actually pump it is users who believe that it can be pumped because less supply and will make a lot of demands.  Grin
if the tokens circulating are still small, I think burning tokens will only have a momentary effect if there are no products needed by many people. when the news comes token will be burned will certainly attract investors to buy it so prices rise due to reduced supply, after the price surges there will be many investors selling it, and here the team's task is to keep growing

660  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Death of ICOs on: January 16, 2020, 03:25:26 AM
I think 2017 killed the Ico hype because of many people entering the crypto world and with that a lot of scams trying to profit of those people with Ico's.
It used to be the way to launch a project and it worked really good till many scammers came, I was lucky to find some good Ico's back in the day Like Lisk and Waves but that time is over.

Now a days you have the IEO's but im a bit sceptical about them does anyone have some examples of IEO's that worked out well?
I think the Exhanges have a great responsibility to really protect their customers maybe that is a good thing.
But I can also see some negative consequences, lets say Binance lets his customers invest in a Scam, that would be really bad for Binance and for their customers.
The comparison of IEO and ICO will lead to choosing the IEO, there was no such luxury by the investors. The investors have the first priorities as the security and their eligibility criteria are not the same. The smart investors prefer to spend money and time with the reliable projects in IEOs. Binance IEOs can't be a scam, maybe there are other cases that we have not heard about it, in my opinion.
of course, investors will be more comfortable using IEO and will recommend projects to use IEO rather than ICO. especially a good project to be listed on a good exchange as well as to sell IEO. Investors will prefer it from ICO, which may not be the attention of investors now.

Yes, because it has a high chance to be listed on exchange that's why this one gather more game but I am more selective and only participating on top tier exchange since it's so risky to join on low level exchange since we don't know if they will became successful or not. And also many investors got traumatize by the scamming effect of ICO's that's why I think the ICO will fade soon.
by participating in top-level exchanges, we at least reduce our risk for fraudulent projects. indeed in the current situation we must be selective to choose projects, so many fraud projects so projects with listings on large exchanges mean they are serious about developing it, related to the cost that is not small
