6401  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Ledger Nano S - Get 50% off! on: May 21, 2020, 11:31:46 AM
If you do decide to try out testnet, hit me up for some tBTC (by PM) Wink
Hello @HCP, done with all the process I even add already adding bitcoin testnet. I will send you a PM as you promised for some tBTC  Grin it has two bitcoin types segwit and native segwit too. Usually what are you using?

Ive used only my mobile app using ledger live to do all steps.

Also check the correctness of all words after you generate them, better to be 100% sure than to have problems in the future -> Recovery Check.
Hello mate, done with the recovery check. I was nervous that when I choose the recovery phrase of 12 its not working, did it twice so my confusion, wth is the problem. Then I shifted again the process thru 24 phrase, to my suprise it work and confirm. So there is an option to choose a 12 and 18 phrase from the start as your seed phrase? On my mind I thought, it was a shorten version of the process cause its done manually but I got wrong for two consecutive trial for 12 phrase but when I tried the complete 24 it got accepted. Weird I hope Im right.

Hope you got it soon mate. As lonh you contact the DHL support on Philippines to locate and know the product status Im sure it will be immediately processed.

6405  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: High Bitcoin Transation!! on: May 21, 2020, 06:16:31 AM
This is the reason why I used ethereum. ETH has fast transaction speed than Bitcoin. Withdraw fee is less in ethereum.
You cant simply compared the fees of eth to bitcoin now, if you havent noticed bitcoin just recently concluded the halving and the miners are probably decreased by now so the mempool was saturated leaving a huge drop om hash rate. Well no arguement if eth transaction speed is faster since they are not calculating their fees based on transaction but using the gas limit system. But I believe bitcoin case of high transaction fee right now will drop sometime. But if you are familiar with the lightning network you can use that to have a cheaper transaction fee.
6406  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 💸BTCNEXT BROKER - TRADING WAR CONTEST WITH LUCRATIVE PRIZE POOL 💸 on: May 21, 2020, 06:02:46 AM
So the exchange basically provides $1000 each for each trading participant? Is that actually real money or fake  demo trading money?  I wonder what will happen if a trader decides to sell a coin way below the real price to deliberately make the organiser lose money.
Wish kyc isn't required, would have checked this out.
I dont know if you read it correctly. But they did mentioned that each registrant will be provided 1k demo trading money so means the one you will use is not actual or real money. They will just see how you can gain and make your asset grow using the money and thats how you gonna win the contest. So even the participants dump their asset its not gonna affect the platform real asset.

Also KYC part makes me doubt about it. But well see if the project exclude this requirement.
6407  Economy / Services / Re: [OPEN SLOTS] BestChange Signature Campaign on: May 20, 2020, 02:29:41 PM
One suggestion doesn't pick participants by seeing their merits, look at their post quality. Because earning merits is easy, just bust a bounty hunter or a scam ico project can give huge merits to anyone! So, don't fall in biased merit numbers. Good luck for the future.
Stay strong 💪
If you would refer to previous application merits are not required. But as you read the manager's post he is responsible for looking for quality poster and one way to know that is merits received. I know its not a good basis, but reality check its done by most manager here so adopting it would be a good method to screen applicants. Merits is awarded to a helpful, and quality post so bestchange can use this for easy finding a user that fits perfectly on this campaign.

Thanks bestchange for consistent payment every week.
6408  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 💸BTCNEXT BROKER - TRADING WAR CONTEST WITH LUCRATIVE PRIZE POOL 💸 on: May 20, 2020, 02:14:36 PM
This has a huge prizes. I would like to ask if the prizes here are gonna be in cryptocurrency? As I read your post, you mentioned the winners can monetized their prizes right. Does it mean it will be on fiat or equivalence on cryptocurrency like USDT or BTC just want to clarify so the readers of this post will find it clear on the composition of the said contest.

I think this is a good contest and can I ask if your platform has other trading types such as futures or margine trading. Or the contest depend on spot trading only? Like to know more about that.

6409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Safe Campaigns in the Altcoin sections to join. Dont waste your time with others on: May 20, 2020, 12:48:37 PM
I appreciate you for creating the list but it is sad and discouraging to see only 2 to 3 campaigns worth promoting and if we have a closer look at them even all these have either strict criteria or have small allocation of rewards, i never thought this big ico and bounty market will ever shrink to so low, i can just pray that market will be back to normal soon.
Im sorry if you feel that way. As you can noticed we are on the 2020 already a lot of things have changed since then in the bounty campaigns. We can be lucky that there are still some good campaigns lined up. Dont begged for its return, as if this is not a normal. Actually the market doing pretty good, if you are referring to 2017 bull run, then we just need to wait for it.

Personally, you should keep for your self good-looking projects before others because more people join the campaign, the lower reward you get.  Wink It is due to a stake system.
Just @Mpmaegbu mentioned dont be selfish at all dude. Im not even on altcoin campaign to start off.

Well this a good thread for bounty hunters  Roll Eyes , i will give you a merit OP. Sometimes we need threat like this to avoid trash project. Do you will update this thread OP? I really grateful if you update it. I already watch ARCS since a month ago, i will join ARCS next week.
Hello, with or without merit, I will update this, just stay tuned always here cause I am updating it if I spot a good one.

6410  Other / Off-topic / Re: Protect your personal data: How hackers steal your data. on: May 20, 2020, 12:25:10 PM
* Do not connect on free WiFi if you are going to have bank transactions
* Never connect on free WiFi that you cannot trust.
This happened mostly on people who are relying on public free wifi. There are so many cases that bank details were stolen and they have no idea how is that possible knowing they dont give their details. Typical example of this is on the airport which users doesnt have load or balance to access internet. They will login on different available public wifi on the panel. Surely some of these have malicious malware that could trigger the stealing of data.

Just dont ever connect to any of it but register on your own mobile internet.

Spit it out, what are you getting at? BTC failed at $10K twice so it must fail a third time? Smiley
Most likely it is what he meant.

BTC cant escape 9.8k level so even with another rally he wanted to know if we have a chance to pass on 10k, but since the third chance has been used up. It doesnt mean we cant achieved the tail for once. There is no limit on probability and that's the thing here, the third attempt could be same result but one or two attempt could always make a difference even with 0.00001%

At least the support is strong by the way and thats enough to achieve it sometime as we are in distant proximity on breaking out.
6413  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: about whales entering and leaving exchange on: May 20, 2020, 10:31:41 AM
I found in a post here few days ago a website called whale-alert.io where one of the data's i can get is transactions of large amount of BTC to an exchange.
This website or even the bot featured of whale alert only concern with certain amount of BTC there is none information aside from its value and quantity were shown as its not prohobited and will never be of course for every whales protection too.

I don't really trust the message like that. If you don't know if the news is real or not, then you can skip away, and only analyze more at the market. If 100btc is on the way to exchange, you don't have to worry because that does not always make the market will go down.
They are coders and programmers to set certain parameters to alert about certain amount of BTC so most likely its true. Its actually helpful on delieneating the possible movement or the dumps or pumps that could happened but not entirely right Ive noticed the movement but I do hope they also include most major exchanges and not only famous one so we can see a much bigger holdings of whales moving funds either its BTC, usdt or any other top altcoins.
6414  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the best advice for Bitcoin ATH investors ?? on: May 20, 2020, 10:17:29 AM
What advice can you give those who buy Bitcoin at 19k in 2018? Because I still have friend who got in at that time, now he doesn't have the mind to sell and take his loss, what is the best advice to pass unto someone in this situation??
Firt of all does your friend accept a recommendation that be needed again another funds to leverage his loss or he just want a suggestion to cope up with to divert his loss?

Suggestions
  • The first thing is hold wait and relax until it goes back to 19k
  • Used his bought BTC on platform that has staking rewards/lendingor any sort of payment plan that has interest.
  • Trade and ride the TA and FA until you got your capital back

These are my suggestions without adding any funds. But the first one is the best idea especially for beginners. I presume that your friend just drag down to invest due to fomo.

6417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Help new ICO project on: May 19, 2020, 12:27:36 PM
May anyone tell my why it's not right? Because I think it's not possible to make an ICO with low budget because all website wanna bitcoin for listing or smth like that. Does anyone have any idea how to perform website and ICO without huge budget?
Its possible actually. You dont even need an ICO if the project has a good concept. There are investors who are interested on backing up unique and outside the box idea, however the misconception of ICO always lead to fear that its just one of another premium scam ICO.

There are good projects that dont need ICO, well it sucks that blockchain related project need funds but thats how it works. Not really huge budget is needed for making a good exposure on social media cause its free to create one right?

Better focus on showing their progress on github, there are few developers that can see it through and hook it on a huge fish investors but that is a rare find. But insisting on ICO without much progress or displaying any sign of accomplishment wouldnt not hit the ground running.
6418  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐉CoinDragon.com 🐉- Provably the best crypto gambling in the world!💰 on: May 19, 2020, 12:19:49 PM
Great if you are enjoying it here, but it is a bit strange if you get logged out on its own as I have never experienced it so far unless you mean to say that you are logged out whenever you close your browser.
Yeah maybe the answered found on coindragon response. As I sometime leave the coindragon site and move on another tabs. Should not be lost right? Cause you are technically active but not playing any.

Thank you as always for the feedback!
We indeed have an auto log-out function in place (meaning that you are automatically logged out after X time of inactivity) but are considering changing this. Most probably this has been the cause of your log-out:s
Im not technically in active as I was using other website just letting it on while on other tabs. But this is just a minor issue. What so hard to relog again right? Maybe it will affect the chances to win on freebies week as you needed to relog again and someone send in the answer already. Haha but not a priority.
6419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The bests bounty campaigns in the Altcoin section to join right now. on: May 18, 2020, 01:34:24 PM
I think you didn’t deep analyzed regarding these bounty campaigns. I have seen @cryptoaddictchie already created best one. Your topic name should be change bounty+signature campaigns. Everyone can't participate in the Gold Stable coin campaign, you can apply but you accepted or not it’s will depend on the BM selection.
Thanks for appreciating my thread mate but it is not right to let down someone for his initiative to share and effortly make a helpful thing for the hunters. Lets not judge the person so quickly, actually I did appreciate OP's work regarsing this thread. We all can noticed the resemblance of our thread but he did mentioned that he just inspired through my post. Lets just not drag someone to shame cause I can feel that some maybe he just did it for merits. But lets see how long he can work on it. Im sure OP will be delighted to update us on every bounty too.
