6401  Other / Off-topic / Re: If this were to happen.. Could it be the end? on: November 18, 2013, 11:09:51 PM
No.  Prices can go down however that doesn't mean we are back to "square one".  Square one was genesis block and almost nobody mining, nobody knowing about Bitcoin, no where to buy or sell them.

If Satoshi were to dump 1M BTC on the market overnight that would be stupid.  Why do you think Satoshi is stupid?  Still even if he did the price would go lower, other people would buy and in the long run Bitcoin would be stronger.  1M BTC now in the hands of thousands of more users.

As far as I could tell, nobody here knows satoshi in real life.  So it's relying on judgement only for thinking if satoshi was stupid or not.  How do we know he didn't start bitcoins as a hit and run operation?  5 years, and now he's a multi-millionare.  Not bad, eh?

Look, I'm not saying that this is true.  I don't beleive it is.  But I just wanted to bring this idea up, to see what others have to say.
6402  Economy / Lending / Re: Loan of 0.04 BTC needed in an effort to start BTC Info/BTC Gambling Review Site on: November 18, 2013, 10:58:37 PM
The loan wasn't in bitcoin, I was able to get 350 $ in US dollars.

I don't know how I'd show proof of that

Hey newbie, you are seriously filling your excuses with some serious bull.
Please get out of the lending section, go to this stranger for the extra 0.04 BTC.
6403  Other / Off-topic / If this were to happen.. Could it be the end? on: November 18, 2013, 10:57:45 PM
Ok, so:  bitcoin hits $1000 USD/1 bitcoin.  We are all happy, thinking it'll be the next big thing, waiting for it to hit 100,000 USD or something.  What if satoshi swoops in and sells some of his bitcoin?  He has like, 1 million or something.  If he were to do that, wouldn't we just be back at square 1?
6404  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How long till the end of the USDollar? on: November 18, 2013, 10:50:33 PM
Considering that the US is currently trillions of dollars in debt, I would think 5 years, ot 50 years, or 500 years.  It would depend on how the government is handling things.
6405  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Petition to stop minecraft server. on: November 18, 2013, 10:47:20 PM
I don't believe so, when you have 30 children earning BTC on a server where you control the earnings is the case I described.

thanks.

Ageist bastard.

6407  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitSaloon are closing down on: November 18, 2013, 10:37:57 PM
CasinoBitco.in would be a much better option

Says an incredibly corrupted source Smiley

from someone who has no proof of such..

CasinoBitco.in or satoshibet would be a much better option based on the fact BitSaloon offered sports betting and only provably fair games. The clients would be more familiar and comfortable with proven legitimate games.

I always found bit777 as the most reliable source of entertaining casino, and even peerbet is fun to play.
I tested personally the withdraw from bit777 and it worked perfectly. They even solved some issue about some promos there was going on.
Provably fair, Bit777 is provably fair, even without the client/server seed in evidence. I know, but if they wanted to scam people with a non provably fair website they would not be still here with many happy customers. and I'm one of them. In my review I did some time ago(before my blog was hacked) Bit777 had  5+/5 stars because they deserve it.

My opinions exactly.  aksplace, it doesn't seem like you have any proof either, you're just giving your own biased opinion.  You are saying your review site is rating games also by the opinions of the users of that site.
Have you actually asked some players on bit777 and peerbet about what they think about it?
If not, aren't you just misleading the bitcoin community?
6408  Economy / Services / Re: 30 GH/s Mining contract for six months! on: November 18, 2013, 10:28:42 PM
Hi newbie, how do we know you will keep your word and mine for me for 100 years?
Bullshit.  How do I know if you are even going to keep your world for mining for half a year?
6409  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Sent money to bitcoin address...recipient address on blockchain.info says 0 BTC on: November 18, 2013, 10:27:11 PM
to transfer bitcoins out of mtgox you need to have a verified account. this means sending them id and such.

A question I have, do you need ID verification to withdraw BITCOINS???
6410  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Guys what should I do? Coinbase is ignoring me. They ripped me $50k... on: November 18, 2013, 10:26:29 PM
I hate coinbase.  A friend of mine who lives in the US, also lost his coins.  If coinbase sees the price increase, they do't do shit and say it's a "high security' issue.  I feel bad for you man.

I sold 3.5 coins that went up £300 in 3 days... I'm kicking myself!

I lost 4 BTC gambling on just-dice, and another 1.5 bitcoin buying stuff off bitmit - this was when the btc price was <$200 x_x
6413  Economy / Lending / Re: New idea for safe loans! on: November 18, 2013, 10:21:40 PM
I think the most secure idea were, to integrate into bitcointalk.org the verified secure certificate. Then the people, which would try to trade, have to upload the valid certificate. Upon the process, the cyber crime authorities - which country of course has them - will be notified. The user will be then brought before justice to judge him for the crime.

lol.
6414  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Humblebundle Games. Only 85 % off price. Mega promotions! on: November 18, 2013, 10:21:09 PM
So let me get this straight, say humble bundle was $10, we pay you $1.5, and you donate $10 USD to them, then we get the games?

Would it be possible to purchase all of your own town shares to prevent any other users from getting the 10% tax?  Tongue

Unfortunately is not possible Smiley

Shares is a good way for people with a deep gold pocket for have additional resource, but first focus on build your town production Wink
But it's possible to buy each other shares, right?

I figured out how to search for town shares if  you know user name of player. It's under inventory, financial news, town shares there is search box.

OP, what is your user name in the game?
Yeah, purchase all his shares.   Cheesy

The OP's current shares have stabilized long ago, you guys probably won't get anything out of it, trust me.
Most high levels or high leveled investors have a stable share price.
