Actually, no one knows. But for now, I think it will be too risky for China to accept Bitcoin as a currency. We can imagine that all anonymous BTC holders can use their Bitcoin as a legal currency of China if then, China accepts it as a currency. As you said those are shitcoins, It is not recommended choices for others, especially for beginners.
It seems those coins are only about pump-dump. It only brings advantages for a group of people who usually play the pump-dump on the crypto market.
