6401  Economy / Economics / Re: Most people dont even know what this is yet. on: September 27, 2017, 02:43:44 PM
I called around some stores to see if they accept BTC, no one has even heard of it except like 0.1% of people.  Wait till people actually find out this exists...
Yes they didint know what bitcoin is because it was not that purely legalized by the governmnt. But its okay because we are lucky that we found and we knew what bitcoin is. Because it helps us a lot especially when it comes to our financial need.

Well thats a fact, they didnt know yet bitcoin because it hasnt been introduced online or being advertised in the television which is for me is good, we can have time to mine bitcoin and do different services to have bitcoin to gain money, and if we have bitcoins already we can hold it until the time comes that bitcoin will raise its value as well as ours.

Well i think naturally people will be aware. Think about the growth of bitcoin from a couple of years back. Especially now that it's getting more and more attention. I've even seen it im the news with the dimen announcement and thr china ban.
6402  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin will control the world economy!!!!! is it true? on: September 27, 2017, 02:40:25 PM
Very unlikely, but will it play a major role in the future? This is very possible.

Right. Control over the economy isn't something that you can think of right now. Btc was shook when china announced that it's banning exchanges, and though btc steadied itself, the fact still remains that such an announcement has an effect on btc. So yeah it's unlikely to control the market with that much volatility
6403  Economy / Economics / Re: Is NOW the best time to buy or enter in bitcoin? on: September 27, 2017, 02:33:46 PM
The best time to buy was several years ago. The second best time is now.

Precisely, if we're reminiscing the start of bitcoin it was so lame and few got thousands of it for the cheapest price bitcoin has been and will never be at that range again. That is regrettable for some who knows bitcoin but just ignored it. Everyday is always a good day to invest in bitcoin but if the price is below 3000$ at now is the best day to buy.
We've been given quite a lot of chances this past few days where btc price is constant at below 3k. The issues with dimen and china actually gave us a chance to get in at a lower rate, so might as well take advantage of it.
6404  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you in the Christmas spirit? on: September 27, 2017, 01:45:52 PM
Really interesting to read this post in later 2017 after things have been raging throughout 2017.

It will be interesting to see how bitcoin does at the end of 2017 in reply to the end of 2016 and the unreal year that bitcoin has had in 2017.

Yeah perhaps during mid 2018 someone would again post in this thread with a comparison. Even those other threads that were made like a year or two ago, not much people then would've expected things to play out this way
6405  Economy / Economics / Re: Mental barrier stops from buying BTC on: September 26, 2017, 11:13:05 AM
Not so long ago we've all whitnessed bitcoin at price 2k usd per btc. Now it is 4k. Sometimes before buying BTC I have a strong feeling that the price will fall pretty soon and I hould wait a bit before buying. Usually it all ends bad. Anyone have the same problem? How are you dealing with it?

That's normal i think and i'm sure a lot of us have had that experience before.sometimes ypu have to trustnyour gut feel so youbwon't have any regrets in the end. Though you can't tell that to safe traders.
6406  Economy / Economics / Re: Some things to consider before starting a business on: September 26, 2017, 11:00:30 AM
Now we can see a lot of business opportunities that exist around us, be it pure online business or offline business that is go online. However, the number of business opportunities does not necessarily allow us to choose and run the business we want.

There are a few things we need to consider and start preparing the business prepares capital, the second prepares the workforce, the third is the provision of raw materials as well as the techniques in running the business, marketing the business optimally, then profit a business, risk a business, concerning business competition and pay attention to the latest business management is the facility and the fringe

For me, having a pretty decent capital and knowing and having a solid plan would be the most important. All else would follow asong as you know what you're doing. Having that knowledge would allow you also to make calculated risks that usually is needed especially when you're just starting up
6407  Economy / Economics / Re: I want to invest 1000 USD into crypto on: September 26, 2017, 10:57:19 AM
Alright, let's say I have a budget of 1000 USD and I want to invest it into cryptocurrency. Is it better to buy my own setup and mine or do cloud mining or should I buy some coins directly ? What cryptocurrency might be the best for long-term profit ? I am willing to lose that money (although I would be sad ofc) but I wanna somehow start with cryptos since I believe it has got a great future.

Most cloud mining are scams so stay away from it. Mining with $1000 usd? Not sure if that is enough, the prices for mining items alone has risen tremendously, 5000 usd might be quite enough to get your own best items for the best prices. But, it is difficult to setup a mining rig because most of it are sold out or too expensive. I cannot see into the future, if I could I would buy 5000 BTC when it is cheap. So, the lesson is do your own research first before you get into cryptocurrency. Do not ever be a FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) and diversify you altcoin portfolio.
Investing 1000SD is not enough increase your budget up to 5000SD TO invest in the BTC And join the community of cryptocurrency investors by which you will gain huge profit dint get into the hands of scammers there is no such low investment nowadays the only major one is BTC and you should invest in it.

Well among the choices, safest would be to set up your own mining rig though ypu probably would have to shell out a few bucks more for a decent one. Cloud mining is waaaay too risky for me so probably not. I'd rather buy directly and then hold. For me that's what i'd likely do
6408  Economy / Economics / Re: 1Bitcoin as a gift from someone on: September 26, 2017, 10:53:24 AM
I will keep such a gift for a long time to get a good profit from the price increase. It's a good idea, but no one has given me bitcoin, despite the fact that I told many about this gift Sad
Yeah I will too keep that gift along with my other bitcoins collections so that I can make profit from it collectively. I will hold my bitcoins for a couple of years, so that its price reaches to a peak value where I can make a lot of money and huge profits from them.

Well you're going to be very fortunate and the person who'll give you that much bitcoin would have to be rich already to give you that much btc. Though if i have that many bitcoins, that would be a better gift that most since my gift accumulates value in time
6409  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin End World Poverty? on: September 26, 2017, 10:46:02 AM
I think it would be able to end world poverty in some ways if and only if everyone are going to know it and use it as an instrument to escape poverty. There are a lot of things that should be dealt with if we really want bitcoin to help solve poverty globally. Each nation should work on the legalization of bitcoin on their place so that everyone will have the chance to know bitcoin. By this way also, we are helping every individual shape the world.
It can not end world poverty, think about those really poor countries like Africa do you think bitcoin is the solution? No, it is not. Do all part of this world have gadgets and internet? No, they do not have it. Like what I said before they would rather buy foods to live than to buy those things.

your right.. it is impossible. Even we all knew that there are some various state and federal programs who help relieve indigence but still it will not end the poverty, nor even bitcoin cannot eradicate world poverty. Working in bitcoin is through internet therefore, for those poor people especially in poor countries are less fortunate, knowing that many of them are illiterate.
Yes I agree, the main factor of poverty is education, developed countries can be rich because the education level of all its citizens is better than the developing countries. the presence of bitcoin will not change much in poverty as long as the state does not pay attention to education issues.

Well bitcoin can support education if the person wants to. Bitcoin can generate a lot to fund educational programs but i think it's too early to think about that for now.
6410  Economy / Economics / Re: China banning bitcoin exchages, good or bad? on: September 26, 2017, 10:39:36 AM
China is a huge market of cryptocurrencies. Their banning of Bitcoin exchanges will definitely have a negative impact on the market. Market might experience a relatively large dump. But market as always will ultimately recover and will come back on track.
Yes there will be a negative impact on the cryptocurrencies of china and trade in digital currency will be effected as this decision will be suffered by the china and a lot of talks are being made to take off this decision because bitcoin are progression and in coming future all the business will be done in cryptocurrencies more likely in bitcoin so they should rethink on their decision

Right. And when it bounces back without the chinese, that means that btc has become stronger and had more solid support that it doesn't need the chinese market anymore no matter how big it is.
6411  Economy / Economics / Re: Someone from 2020 contacted me on: September 26, 2017, 10:37:18 AM
He sent me this pic:

Lol. That's a good one. Wouldn't it be nice to think about it though. That scenario would make a lot of people very happy including me of course. Something to look forward to? I wouldn't hold my hopes that high to avoid heartbreak though
6412  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin dead? on: September 26, 2017, 10:34:18 AM
price going up to 4k again!

It would likely just touch and go around that 4k area for quite some time until current issues are cleared. Though that's not bad at all. To think that we're still at this high rate with the major challenges btc faced the past week.
6413  Economy / Economics / Re: If you have a lot of bitcoin, should you spend it or save it? on: September 26, 2017, 10:07:06 AM
yes  if i have a lot of bitcoin maybe a part of it i,l spend for my daily needs..and some i,l save for it..be spend it wisely..or depends upon you..if you want to save for  future purpose and to earn more profit its very good idea. Kiss Roll Eyes Smiley

Well not many people would ve foolish enough to spend a lot of btcs just because they have many. The fact that they have that much btc means that they know it's value and that would make them a bit wiser with spending. I don't mind spending btcs if i have that much but of course i'm going to be thinking longterm
6414  Economy / Economics / Re: The panic seller irony on: September 26, 2017, 10:03:45 AM
I've heard panic sell repeatedly, most of them received considerable losses. I think we should make a wiser decision in the future.
There is no such type of thing to get loss in sales if price become less one should hold and wait for the right moment and then sale at high to get his profit. Only thing that is required is to manage time and be patient. Good time will come though and bitcoin is the only thing where percentage of loss is very so doesn’t need to worry about it and invest more...
I disagree. It depends on how reliable the coin you're holding is. Panic selling sometimes cam save you money if you're dealing with less trusted and manipulated coins. That happened a lot already to me with lesser known coins that i gambled with
6415  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin successfully defeated China on: September 26, 2017, 09:57:19 AM
The price is starting to be good at $3,800 and basically this means that we are able to overcome the Chinese drama's and FUDs of Jamie Dimon.

Bitcoin did overcome but I won't consider that it is successfully defeated China. There's no competition with China or something like that.

It's just their gov't tries to regulate bitcoin.

The issue with jp morgan is probably over but the chinese fiasco i think isn't over just yet. There are still exchanges running and people trading there and the government hasn't cracked down on everything yet but bitcoin has shown resiliency so whatever happens in china likely won't have that big effect of btc anymore
6416  Economy / Economics / Re: China will become Super Power ? on: September 26, 2017, 09:53:14 AM
China is already a superpower as far as I am concerned. They produce a majority of the world's product. Without China, companies like Walmart, Amazon, etc. would be nothing. They are built on the backbone of Chinese supply. Add this to the fact their economy is growing at a faster rate than any other nation and it is quite clear they are a superpower. Maybe not militarily, but from an overall perspective for sure.
China's economy is indeed one of the strongest in the world. The question is whether they will manage to keep their economy at least for a few decades?

Well the chinese government shows it wants to have full control over pretty much anything so strengthening its economy as well as their military is probably on top of their priorities. They'll be among the top economies in thr world for decades
6417  Economy / Economics / Re: why is it so hard to buy bitcoin on: September 26, 2017, 09:34:49 AM
I have not really bought any bitcoin in a while, i have been mostly trading this last year.  but i have been trying to buy today from localbitcoins and bittylicious and it has been a real challenge.  they want photos of me holding cards on localbitcoins and on bitty they need about 4 different forms of id, what is going on.

this is seriously restrictive to anyone wanting to get into bitcoin,  like its meant to be pseudonymous but if the gate ways into bitcoin dont allow that people will be put off.    Huh
Everyday, the value of the bitcoin is rising and it is the reason why it is now hard to buy bitcoins today. We should now buy many bitcoins today and we need to hold it and sell it in the future.

That hasn't happened to me yet though. Buy bitcoins from exchange sites like polo, bittrex and yobit. They don't really require you to send anything. Though yeah for you local wallet i think it's pretty strict. I had to go through several verification process. But that's not actually a bad thing since its for our own security anyways
6418  Economy / Economics / Re: Why the world really needs virtual currencies on: September 26, 2017, 06:38:38 AM
The world needs virtual currencies because we are now living in a kind of world that uses the technology all the time so virtual currencies is more convenient and easy to use for us.
We are now in new generation, it's a computer era and we can make lots of transactions using this that's why we need virtual currencies today. Using this virtual currencies making our life more comfortable than before and we can used this technology anytime. It helps us to save time, and those time we save is a big enough to used in performing another task.
Its not really needed as in the level of fiat where you can't survive a day without it. Virtual currency loosens up our reliance for fiat but it can't be the same way around. We still can live without virtual currencies but i don't think its a necessity for most of us
6419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if all coins disappear?? on: September 25, 2017, 10:53:53 AM
Simple. Most of us who've invested a lot, both time and money in btc and altcoins, would all end up screwed and broke. I personally would have to or be forced to find a day job if that happens and then pay taxes, mingle with unwanted people and all those things i don't want to encounter in a day job.
6420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Please share your EXIT strategy... on: September 25, 2017, 10:51:05 AM
I am new and jumped all in...what I lack is exit strategy.

Not a full EXIT but to secure some of your "gains" to real earnings.  OR...where/how to convert to cash when you expect a major dive so you can re-purchase when it is low.

Anyone have good tips when and how you do it?

Well i don't entirely "exit" all my coins since i've known to keep some in exchanges. Well btc that is. Usually i wait for profit to go to 5-10% and then i observe. That 5-10% profit would be a gauge ifbi'm going to sell some or not
