6421  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Doggy take over — Elon Musk? on: February 09, 2021, 04:18:46 PM
It's easy, there will be another massive pump for Dogecoin if that's the case. Every time Elon tweets about Doge, the reaction of the market is enormous and welcoming.
Shall he tweet that picture then that's already known that it's about Dogecoin and definitely the traders would pump it too based on what he has tweeted.
6422  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Cash out fees on: February 09, 2021, 09:30:29 AM
It's been a long time since I didn't used Coinbase but with some groups that I've been reading, they all complain about the fees. If you're from the US, you'll have to deal with high fees that they'll charge you. That's what I've read from the US citizens that were using Coinbase.
And an additional link source for Coinbase Pro that indicates withdrawals and deposits.

6423  Economy / Economics / Re: What are the potential side effects of corporations selling fake crypto? on: February 09, 2021, 08:15:31 AM
I'm not fully aware and only have limited information about Paypal's term related to Crypto but it is for real that you can't withdraw it?
Yes. A lot of reviewers did that already and proved that you can't withdraw the bitcoin's you hold onto your account in PayPal.

What's the purpose of buying BTC on Paypal if users can't able to withdraw it?
It's just them taking advantage of the situation and making it appealing to users and letting them have it virtually but not own entirely. Check their rules and agreement which I'll quote below.

Can I transfer Cryptocurrency into and out of PayPal?
Currently, you can only hold the Cryptocurrency that you buy on PayPal in your account. Additionally, the Cryptocurrency in your account cannot be transferred to other accounts on or off PayPal.
6424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Can you still get rich from Crypto? on: February 09, 2021, 06:58:18 AM
One of the most popular ways is to get paid by watching TV & sharing videos  from providers such as Netflix, YouTube caliber sites, HBO GO, Netflix, and Prime Video. You can easily reward and earn without any effort.
I like this idea, any chance that you know platforms that are looking for taskers to do this task? not the platform/project that you have mentioned. I like it more if it's legit and has been paying their taskers for a long time. I haven't heard that there's such as this kind of platform where you get paid to watch. I guess it's a dream job by everyone if there's something like this and you just have to review the movies or series that they're about to show and sell to the market.

Btw, To OP it looks like you are advertising a scam project based on your trust rating this is not a good way to become rich seriously.
Yeah, that's an obvious one.
6425  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will you sell all your coins in Bull market? on: February 08, 2021, 11:46:07 PM
At the present market situation I would've sold everything. This is not by plan, due to situation. The covid-19 shutdown has made a great impact over the living. This has caused drastic changes, and the same made me sell the holdings to meet life needs. Somehow the market was bullish when most of the market were in the declining trend. This has caused me sell bitcoin with happiness than hesitation.
Good answer. If the situation of yours is that bad, you have the option to use it and sell everything. But don't do that, if you can still keep some and leave a remaining bitcoin for your future holds, it's the better thing that you can do. Yes, the price seems to be high and favorable to sell right now. You take the profit but it's already proven that the longer it goes, there will be more price hikes for bitcoin and I'm sure that you don't want to miss that, I'm telling it because I've learned from my mistake.
6426  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Have I lost my Bitcoin??? on: February 08, 2021, 11:10:28 PM
Thanks for all the replies, and so soon. However, I now feel a complete twerp as I gave you all duff info! I actually purchased the Bitcoins from 'Coinify', but my wallet is with 'Blockchain.com', and it is them whom I am having problems logging on to, as they do not send a password reminder, and are instead asking me for my '12 word Secret Private Key Recovery Phrase'!!! Well, if I can't remember my password, I'm definitely not remembering that!

They give me one other option; to reset my '2FA device'. No idea what that does, but have sent a request anyway, and await a response and see what happens. They say it could take up to 2 weeks. What a palava!  Tongue

Thanks again for your help!
Best of luck, if you can't remember those important details then hopefully that they'll give you a good result if ever they'll try to investigate in your case and allows you to access your blockchain.com wallet. I've seen many people going back to that wallet because of the recent bull run and they're all dealing with hardship and problem just as yours. But still, good luck and hopefully you can get it back.
6427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I Feel Confuse !!! on: February 08, 2021, 10:40:21 PM
Is that token you're about to send worth to be used with high gas fees? if there's no volume for that token, you shouldn't effort sending that elsewhere just to save time and fees as well. But if you have to and there's quite sum of money you'll get upon the transfer, always be prepared and check: https://ethgasstation.info/
To calculate the fees, I think 146 gwei is quite lower at this time unlike 200+ that I've seen last few days ago.

thats what am thinking here. is it worth to pay high gas fees for the token that he needs to get out? because if not, better wait for the timing that eth network is not so busy. but if he can't wait, then he can always send more eth to his wallet. that is, if he is willing to pay the high gas fees.
He didn't replied to this thread and he hadn't been online since yesterday. If the few is unacceptable, they always have the choice not to choose to pay the recommended.
You're right that they can wait until the network becomes lite and can pay the fees that it shows at the cheapest that it can.
6428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best way to learn and keep up to date on the best alt coins? on: February 08, 2021, 10:10:22 PM
As you know, Musk is also on twitter and his tweets are really making the markets move.
With his fortune, why does he make those tweets? I can not explain his reasons.
I cannot answer you whatever on his mind but I can give my opinion why he seems to be like that. He's for the technology and he can see that there's a lot of potential for bitcoin and to the entire cryptocurrency market. He's rich, right and why he won't stop tweeting about Doge or bitcoin? I think he's just enjoying it and testing how much power he has to make the market move with his every single tweet. But you know what, his company Tesla just purchased $1.5B worth of bitcoin and likely to accept payments in bitcoin.
6429  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The ADA moved the XRP to number 5 in the cryptocurrency capitalization rankings. on: February 08, 2021, 09:31:16 PM
If you want to expect for XRP to go back to the top spot, it's okay to hope for that. Well, those coins next to Ethereum are in tough competition.
It doesn't matter to me if it goes back or not but as long as you keep your coins with any of those and it's gaining traction. That's the important part of being an investor and a holder.
6430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: MEW is safe? on: February 07, 2021, 11:22:04 PM
Mew wallet is very good wallet for storing token. They support swap options also there.
Worst side is that it does not support dapp browser. I have list one nft there.
I wouldn't keep it for storing tokens. I'll still choose hardware wallets over it or those desktop apps that token has. But if the amount isn't a lot you can keep it, as long as you're keeping any of those:
  • private keys
  • mnemonic phrase
  • keystore file

The strategy depends how you'll keep and maintain those. I've seen several posts about they've lost those and they can no longer access their funds sitting on their MEW account/wallet.
6431  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best way to learn and keep up to date on the best alt coins? on: February 07, 2021, 10:41:06 PM
Be active on "crypto Twitter". Sometimes you can spot early hype of specific altcoins and make good trades off them. Just take note that a lot of those "cRyPtO iNfLuEnCeRs" on Twitter shill a lot of coins, and which ones end up pumping are pretty hit or miss.
I agree about Twitter. There are tons of tweets that you can see with plain explanation to which is about to get the attention. As you know, Musk is also on twitter and his tweets are really making the markets move.
And there's no other way of making yourself updated by being active in other platforms too like in the forum and actively reading market news through several crypto news media platforms.

6433  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New to crypto on: February 07, 2021, 09:22:24 PM
Welcome!
If you're feeling like that, you're not the one that feel it. Even us, people who were somehow quite in the market for a few years thought of that years ago. But to say that you're not yet late. It is only you that's thinking like that but in reality, there's more to grow to the market if you're wanting to invest or learn more about it. But you have already said that it's pointless because there are too many altcoins. Well, if you're just starting and you have that thought, you will really have hard time to think positive.
6434  Economy / Exchanges / Re: I'm looking for a New Trading Site on: February 07, 2021, 08:42:42 PM
Binance.us if you're from the US. AFAIK, you'll be having a 2 BTC withdrawal limit per day.  And not only that, it's a reputable exchange that you can trust.
Whilst Coinbase, it has too many complains from the users if that's part of your choice.
6435  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Bitcoin is going cross $40k again? on: February 06, 2021, 10:53:15 PM

I have only this for you today:  Grin Bitcoin $40,246.30 (7.08%)

41k already  Wink
A better question would be: when a new ATH, when moon, when lambo?
The charts are looking like we're about to explode this week into a new high. We'll probably stop somewhere between 50k and 60k.
That happened in less than a month.  Tongue
But I like that question either, when we're going to see the moon again to have our lambos. There's not that much lambo boys that I've seen unlike 2017, they're everywhere.
Yeah, things have changed a lot. Not just with the market but also with the lambo community. $50k-$60k, yeah, they are likely and might go $100k eoy.
6436  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Quick Trading Pattern Guide for Newbie traders on: February 06, 2021, 09:55:23 PM
BTW, I don't understand the chart, it would be better if OP includes some explanations and of course, the source where this chart comes from.
It's the patterns that most of the technical analysis that you can see. They're only following any of those patterns depending on what it looks like to be in the market. They are indicators whether you'll hold or you'll keep buying until there's a pattern that will be opposed to what you think.
They are guides in the market but not all the time they are perfect but at least you get to guide yourself if you're trading for short term or long term or wants to have an idea where the market is going.
6437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about exchanging your bitcoin for stablecoins? on: February 06, 2021, 05:57:13 PM
Ask yourself, why you have to do that? are you a day trader and just want to convert it from time to time? or you're just taking profit and keeping it on stable coins and will wait for the day that it will have a proper dump so you can buy again those bitcoins at a lower price.
Recommended or not, it is you that will determine this strategy if you really want to do it. There is no one that will stop you from doing so, if it's effective to you then you have to follow your gut. But if you're like me that just want to hold it and keep it as is, I like it more if I do that.
6438  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrencies and inflation on: February 06, 2021, 05:16:20 PM
You have many options. The first that I'm about to suggest is from Ledger.
https://www.ledger.com/staking

Next is from Abra. In Abra, it's not just the stable coins that you can earn but they also offer bitcoin, ethereum and other crypto. They are the same like crypto.com and nexo that has identical offer.

6439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoins are more friendly with Bitcoin? on: February 06, 2021, 04:12:41 PM
which ones will be used in combination with Bitcoin in the digital future ahead of us?
Sometimes they are correlated with bitcoin's price increase and sometimes not. But just for my personal opinion, I'll go ahead and say that these coins are the ones that's a good combination for bitcoin to have if you're for the investment.
- Ethereum
- Litecoin
- Dogecoin

IP's from DPRK and Iran shall not be able to reach our website..
Okay thank you. That makes sense to me and I've understood why it's not on the list.

The ones from the Grey List, shouldn't be able to use our Swap.
Just for the reference of others and might ask where is the reference.
