Anyway, what City crisis?  Grin  Fernandinho looks decent playing the center back role..
Fernandinho looked comfortable in defense with otamendi because Watford didn't have anything going their way when they went forward, they never for once put the city backline under pressure, except in the first 5 minutes of the game when otamendi's blushes were exposed in a one v one situation, city are unstoppable going forward, but until Laporte and Stones returns, there would always be a huge question mark over city's defense.

Yeah that's true.  But I still think he'll do a good job at CB.  And he's used to a tough defensive role with him being the first line if defense vs counter attacks when he was playing DM.

^  Yup.  She is tough.  And I don't really rate Grasso highly for some reason.  She's too pretty for MMA.  Cheesy

Here are the results:

6443  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BitcoinNews.com's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: September 22, 2019, 11:45:15 AM
^  Heh...  There's 4 more fixtures to go..  So 4 more chances to acquire more points.  Wink

I got a bad feeling for United this weekend and I could be the only one to get the whole three points for that match.  Lool.

... (and I still got my soft spot for Brendan Rodgers) ...

I assume you are a Swansea fan then? Grin

It is the only LFC manager I truly cannot digest, the only one in club's history without a single trophy after 3+ years in charge.

Regarding today's results - well, it is a truly disastrous round for me so far.

He lasted three years?  Felt like two...

*Checks the internetz*

Yup three.  Lol.

Loved him at Swansea, laughed at him at Liverpool.  No idea why, just felt he didn't belong there.  Kinda like Moyes at United.
6444  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: September 22, 2019, 11:34:15 AM
^  Forgot my exact picks but I'm pretty sure I already got two wrong.

Anyway, what City crisis?  Grin  Fernandinho looks decent playing the center back role and it's only fitting he be the captain week in, week out after Kompany.  He already had been captain when Kompany couldn't past season.

And...  Top 4 should be pretty interesting this year.  Lol.
6445  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: September 22, 2019, 11:28:57 AM
Honestly, I doubt that Barca will sack Valverde soon.
Yeah, I think they won't sack him because Messi and the key players in the dressing room really like him.

Are they playing badly or is just unluck matches? (sometimes happens they the ball doesn't want to enter for any reason)
This isn't bad luck, Barcelona are actually really fucking bad right now. Yesterday, they had +70% ball possession but only one shot on target even though they have the likes of Suarez, Griezmann, Messi, etc. I posted yesterday that this is the worst start of the league in over 25 years for Barcelona, that's pretty alarming.

Today: Sevilla vs Real Madrid

Some statistics: 9 out of the last 10 games between both teams ended with over 2.5 goals (6 wins Real, 4 wins Sevilla). Last time RM won at the Sanchez Pizjuan was in 2015 (FT 2-3). Sevilla at home this season: 1 draw. Real Madrid away this season: 1 draw, 1 win.

We need to win today no matter what, hopefully that loss against PSG this week was a wake-up call for Zidane and the players. If we win today, there's no doubt that it'll make things worse for Barcelona and I would love to see more of that " Barcelona crisis"  Wink

Oh it's def a wake up call.  Real's midfield is crappy and Zidane doesn't seem to have an idea on how the club should play...  Couple that with Perez holding back on his promise at the summer transfer window and you got a potential disaster of a season imo.

Anyway I root for them.  Hazaaard!

This weekend's main event is decent.  Rodriguez showed a lot of heart when he fought KZ.  Let's see if he shows the same vs Stephens (who's a badass).  It's a coin flip with both at 1.90 (last time I checked).  I think Stephens edges Rodriquez out tho.

And Esparza is a live dog.  IMHO.

6447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Small Cap Alts Speculation on: September 18, 2019, 01:19:06 PM
Top alts could be breaking out.  Some of them (ETH, XRP) are going way a over their monthly highs while BTC is stable at a tad over 10k USD it looks like.

Some of that action could trickle down to small cap alts...  Get ready!!!

^  Yeah they do now.  But I wish SWC had it available for the one and two point tables as well.  I don't really play that high and I would like to play at the stakes where I won't mind losing.  I'm a small fish.  Lol.

Announcing the beginning of UEFA Champions League.

The wait is almost over, Tuesday already is the game day. Get ready for the upcoming matches and choose the best possible betting odds. Have fun!

Did you guys prepare something extra for the Champions League group stage? I've seen your JackMate's promotion and it sure looks nice and alluring. Plans for anything similar in UCL?

Not group stage, but...

Lolol.  You had to reply to him again.  Did you change your mind and have something nice cooking for the KO stages on January?  Grin

Be careful making picks on these matches...  The CL tends to be unpredictable during the first couple of matches.  Trust me, I know.  Lololol.

^  And your club is?  Spurs?

hilarious...  I think it would be fun to post who supports which club for the CL at the first page or at least who they think could win the CL.  Grin
6452  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 17, 2019, 01:40:04 PM
^  It's gonna hard giving somebody more time if they're at the bottom of the table (and threatened to be relegated).  And they spent a ton on transfers ofr the past couple windows...

The Wolves execs should act fast imo.

De Gea signs new four-year deal with Man Utd

Just saw this news during the build up to Aston Villa vs West harm game, De Gea has already spent 8years at Manchester United don't think this was the right decision for him. Manchester United aren't on their best form recently meaning, the chances of them winning any trophy be it this season or next is unlikely. He would had been far better playing for a club ready for his talent during the next transfer window.

Haven't read the article to see the reason behind this decision but I don't buy into it. What's your take, was it the right decision or a mistake he'll regret sooner or later.

Yeah...  I wonder why tho.

It's more fun playing it HU anyway.

I really do not agree. 3H is more complex and therefore more interesting. There is no better feeling than sunrunning a 3H game and winning 600 pts in an hour hahaa !

True pineapple players always play 3H.  Cool

Whatever.  The tables are usually never three handed and some players I've seen sit out when it becomes three handed because they wanna play HU.

Why not open HU tables for all OFCP variants and for all stakes.  It's more fun playing it HU anyway.  Playing it three handed increases the variance.

^  Prolly having second thoughts after not doing well in the EPL pool...  I did too tbh.  Lol.  I already got like 5(?) losing side bets around the forum.  Lolol.
6456  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 16, 2019, 04:22:44 PM
I think the next EPL manager to be given the sack is...  Nuno Espirito Santo.  Such a disappointing start to their campaign.  And I don't think they'll be able to handle competing in the Europa League at the same time, being at the bottom of the EPL.

Lines for the sack race:  https://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/premier-league/next-manager-to-leave-post

Losing vs Norwich cost Pep a whole lot.  That's one must win match out.  Now they'll be hoping LFC would lose one too which is so unlikely.

Coutinho must be saying...  'Damn I blew it!'.  Grin

Liverpool could have a premier league loss(or consecutive draws) on the horizon too, don't be too naive, Lol. I mean haven't we seen it happen before ?

Offside: Looks like a few people still got 1.5 points off Everton's lose... Hehehe  Sad

I never said it's not gonna happen.  What I said was that it's highly unlikely Liverpool would lose those easy must win fixtures.

But we'll see...  It all becomes a bit clearer starting December.  Smiley

So...  Just 10 people officially in so far?  What happened to the rest?  Sad
