But sometimes, those gamers who put all their time playing just wants to kill time and enjoy wasting money without any goals at all.
No, they aren't killing time after choosing to get into the professional scene. Professional e-sports players are like athletes that dedicated most of their time and life to the chosen sport. Do you think those sports athletes are just killing time and enjoy wasting money without any goals?
You are looking to them as if e-sports pro scene is just all about killing time.
6442  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best altcoins for buy now on: July 19, 2019, 12:39:24 PM
If it's just 2-3 altcoins, I'll certainly go for the most preferred altcoins by the community and these are the three.
1. Ethereum
2. XRP / Litecoin
3. BNB / Monero
Speaking of the most preferable altcoin by the crypto community I don't see XRP on that list and I don't think any experienced crypto investors or traders will choose to invest into an altcoin which has nothing to offer the crypto community causes the coin was actually built for the institutions and private company.
Note: I'm surprised when you mentioned the coin, do you even do depth research about the coin
Yes, I did research on it and that's what I saw not just on the forum but also in social medias. I don't have XRP and I don't endorse it but that's the result of my observation and it's up to you on what you will think of it. As you can see, I put a 'slash'(/) on it.
And between the two you have an option to choose, if you don't like XRP, you can divert your attention to Litecoin.
6443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Another Bear Market coming soon? on: July 19, 2019, 12:15:52 PM
Bear markets are fairly normal for us now, there will be another bear market in the future and it won't just be one bear market.
It's like that we've been worried about it but we're all aware that we are tackling it everyday.
All of these things will surely be becoming and I don't think that we have to worry about that cause it is a part of crypto existence. What we actually must do is to always be prepared and stay calm whenever it comes. It is not a thing we make a big deal cause in the first place, it only be passing by and back again in the coming days.
I've been always good with those shortcomings and as I've said, those bear markets are very normal.
And in return, if ever the market shows good and green days then we should alert ourselves that we must be prepared for those days.

6446  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's the *easiest* profitable betting strategy? on: July 18, 2019, 08:49:20 PM
Sports betting strategies that are often carried out by many people of course choose the mainstay team at stake by predicting the team score that we will choose, this is certainly not difficult because all we need to do is see the mainstay team game that we will choose so that the team really has great opportunity to win the game
Nice strategy, not bad but can also be effective. No need to be an expert just need to take time and follow the team or the league itself to get insights and potential news on what to bet with each of their next matches.
6447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IDEX is complying to KYC and other regulations on: July 18, 2019, 08:33:12 PM
I've heard of the news before and after reading some of the opinions before their switch. It's said that they are semi-centralized and I've known that while using them.
People will start looking for a nicer DEX at these times, there's still plenty of them.
6448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Market movements in early July. on: July 18, 2019, 07:45:34 PM
now another wave of fall has just ended, and who works in a small time range has already entered and is waiting for another growth. Moreover, very soon the reduction of the Litecoin reward and today fork fork Zcash
There's another wave, we've just been up from the pit to rise but it's too early to celebrate. I know that we're entering another sequence of rise and fall the nexy day. The halving with Litecoin looks negative, I've always believed that it's going to be positive but I guess I'm wrong with that part.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=261.0

Sorry, but how do I move it there? I guess a MOD need to move it?
You can find below this post at the left side, only you can see Move Topic and that's how you can move this thread.
There's no need to report it because you can do it on your own.
6451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: LTC halving on: July 17, 2019, 05:17:35 AM
yes, that's what happened. LTC does its own pump, even when the market is in a downtrend. LTC can do the pump. it's because of halving that is heard by many people, which makes it even more believing that prices will increase. naturally, if the LTC demand on the market increases.
If the market will be the same until the halving of LTC, don't expect about it anymore and think of the pump once the halving is done.
The market is very unstable for the moment and it's volatility is again giving us a pressure and fear that the market can be down again.
6452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull run will come, just hodle and stay positive! on: July 17, 2019, 04:45:09 AM
and hodl is the best way to get a good profit in crypto investments
If you already decided to go on long term, hodling will be your best option and if you are not good in trading but you never want to get out of the market then do it.
But there are people that are good in day trading, scalping or any kind of strategy that allows them to sell within a specific period of time.
6453  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: July 17, 2019, 03:32:47 AM
Its too early to predict right now but one thing is for sure for me, if this duo will sync the whole season they can be a NBA Finals contender.

They are very close last season, but this season there's a lot of teams to beat in the West, they need to beat the Warriors, Clippers, and the Lakers if they want to be in the finals and if they can do that, I think it's almost guaranteed that they will have the NBA championship.
Warriors doesn't have Kevin Durant and Iguodala anymore but I don't think that they became weaker just because of that.
They still have the shot to take back their glory for this season but what's interesting now, everyone seems to increase their strength through trades and adding more superstars.
But they still have the original splash brothers, Warriors with steve kerr coaching is a very good team, probably still a team to beat.
I just hope this time they will be fully healthy and the new addition which is D'Angelo Russell would grow in the Warriors team.
They are an experience team with young players, I can't doubt their potential.
That's their edge, they have the experience with many finals game and I don't think that they became dry now with the transfers that were against them.
Yes, they still have Coach Kerr and other notable players which built up the original Warriors team. Still a team to watch for but the feeling would be different now because we used to watch the team with KD.

By The way, this is MintMe

and this is Webchain

Best regards...

Never heard of these exchanges and don't have any interest of visiting the sites.

Apart from Binance, I've been using Kucoin, forkdelta, Mercatox, Houbi and Bittrex. I have no complain with this exchanges, I don't experience any issue with them like withdrawal delayed.
Huobi and Kucoin looks decent and they are also emerging in the market. The interest of the traders are also being transferred to these exchanges, bittrex is still good as before.

If it is never heard more than likely the volume is still low. But I won't try an exchange that I have no idea of. The chance of losing your coins is very likely in this exchange. Just my thoughts though.  Wink
Yes, volume is likely to be low otherwise it has no volume. I haven't checked those exchanges as I've said so I don't know in which between they are with having low volume or no volume. And it's a good caution to not deposit a lot of amount or better not at all if you are in doubt of the exchanges being suggested to you.

More time they spend but as long as they are happy with what they are doing then its good Smiley. More time = pro player + more salary for them Cheesy.

Are you sure we only need 8+ hours to become expert in esports ? I do not think any can become an expert in only 8-10 hours.
It may take many days, weeks or months when a player can become perfect.
I've said that in my post before yours that it's impossible to get into the pro-scene by just playing 8 hours in total of your lifetime career. Pro e-sports has been dedicating most of their time and 8 hours is their daily dose.
8 hours everyday just to practice and to become better so it's either they just mistold that it's 8 hours of daily dose or they really were saying that it's just about 8 hours to become pro.
Mate, what kind of life is that for one to spend 8 hours of his or her time a day on game just to simply become a pro, is that the only game that we have in the whole world, I doubt if there will be any serious family person that will do that even if the goal is to make money, and the money we are even talking about is not something that is certain because anything gambling and betting is just a pure game of luck.

The only people you will mostly find doing this are people that does not have work to do or serving anyone, or students that are still in school, and even as a student, the only time he can spare is a time for holidays. I am going to take out time one day to really be sure that esport requires up to 8 hours playing it.
I guess you are not really into e-sports huh? to give you an idea and example you may want to watch and search about success stories of teams and players of Dota 2 and CS:GO. In reality, there really are professional e-sports players and I understand that there are people that are not aware of it and still can't believe that it's now a daily job and a career that can make a living out of it.
For people that doesn't watch too much news nor being updated on latest tech trends will missed out Esports popularity.

There are lots of true story of players on youtube which the thing you have said was right where even those people do make a living
with just playing some games on their entire life. Grin
Yeah that's why I'm telling him to watch those success stories of those teams that came from nothing to glory. If that's not enough, the media is also aware on how much this industry has.

6459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Buy Monero then Hold? on: July 16, 2019, 09:27:55 PM
I wouldn't buy Monero as a speculative asset, I would buy Monero to use it...
But you can buy as both of it. Same as bitcoin, monero is a good coin to buy. One of the best privacy coin ever.

I might prefer bitcoin compared to current monero. well, although this suggestion is quite good, but I see that the increase in the price of bitcoin always starts earlier than the others.
It's incomparable to bitcoin and liquidity for both coins are way too different. I'd obviously get bitcoin first but won't ignore on how good monero is.

I'll wait for the official launch before buying or trying it. This project seems to be one of the most worth note taking project to monitor but for now that's all I have to say since it's on alpha.
