Correct by posting also in their thread one is also promoting them in a way as investors always look up for the new coins to make some quick money. If a coin is good and is put with good features then obviously it will get investors who see a good future for the coin.

It is thus requested you to not participated in promoting coins started by a well known scammer until he solves the scam accusation. I might take some decision if someone tries to further promote the coin by posting in his self moderated thread

Hashocean scam was a disaster in mid-2016 which left many guys losing their bitcoins. Anyway I am here to look for someone who invested in hashocean.com and cooperate with me in providing some info.s about them since I think I have got something which might link them to some service(bitcoin-realted) and chain of HYIP's not linking to bitcoin but yeah that too fucked many users.
