I don't want to imagine if that thing is to happen right now because I still need money for my life and my family. But if that really happens, then I will try to use crypto in my life, and I will learn more about not depends on the banks again because using the crypto is enough for us. We can buy something for our life using crypto, pay bills using crypto and crypto will change the fiat place.

The only way you can earn a 3%-5% profit monthly by trading, but it's difficult if you don't have any skills. You do not just earn 5% profit per month but maybe more if you have skills. I don't recommend to do mining crypto because today is too difficult and unless you have a big hashrate of power, you won't earn much with mining. So maybe trading is the only things you can do to earn the profit, but once again, you need to learn deeper in trading so you can be able to make a profit.

I'm just glad that I recalibrated last Q2 of 2018, sold almost all my crypto and moved to stable coins to protect value. Hodling only works in a bull market. Now I can buy much more of what I sold  This is one example of the smart investor hahaha LOL. And I am sure that many others do the same thing as you and now, they can buy as much as they want. Unfortunately, I don't sell all of my coins and still, hold some coins in the wallet because my coins were not increase like the other coins. I still waiting for the time to that coins and I hope in this year, or at least, the next year, my coins can increase. |

I am holding a bag of useless illiquid tokens. So do millions of other people in our community. We must do something about it! uh oh. it sounds like this crash still needs to go deeper yet. people are still bagholding tokens and hoping for recovery.  i can't wait for the bittersweet taste of capitulation. it'll be painful as hell watching the price crash below $3k, but this market obviously still needs to be purged of holdout speculators. i'll say this though: in 2015, i still had a few totally dead coins that i ended up forgetting about. they eventually pumped in 2017--- everything pumped in 2017. food for thought!  I had the dead coins too, but it's not too big, and I cannot do anything with those coins. And if the price really crashes below $3k, I wonder what will happen with the market, and I guess there will be a massive selling from many people because they are very afraid to get a big loss. I also hold many coins in my wallet and although it's not too big depends on other people, I still hold it until now because I don't know what I will do with those coins because of the market still not fully recovered and I cannot sell right now. |

I prefer to save the most coins I have in the multi wallet than in the exchanges because I am sure it will be safer. I don't have too many coins in the binance because I don't use binance as my main exchanges to trade. But if somehow, I feel that in the next day, there will be a big movement from the coins, I will send the coin to the exchange, so I don't miss the good time to sell. We need to be careful with the safety of our coins, and we need to aware of the hacker too.

My suggestion is don't listen to all of the news because some of that news is only makes you panic. You'd better search the other news, or you can make a comparison between that news. I don't want to make a speculation about what will happen next because I see that the speculation will not work with right and we could miss the best time buy and sell the coins. It is better for us to spend the time to learn about the market so we can know when the time to enter the market. |

I hope that the massive trend will not take too long so the price can break any higher price. Somehow I agree with the sideways position because bitcoin is not trade in a large amount and only filled the small amount at the market. But who knows, in a few hours later, the position will change, and the large buy order will come and makes changes in the market. Still, this moment we need to be very careful to decide to buy now or later because this can cause us to get in a trap at the high price.

I only use tradingview with free service and coinmarketcap, and I think it's enough for me because I don't trade with many coins. Although sometimes I bought the coins, I just hold it and not selling if the price does not increase in higher price. But I prefer to go directly to the market where the coins were traded, so I watch the buy and sell history, and I can decide to buy the coin or not.

How if we use bitcoin like precious things and we use bitcoin as the long-term investment and use bitcoin cash for daily income by trading? I think it will be good for us because we have the main investment which we are no worry about the price and meanwhile, we have another source to get money from bitcoin cash and another coin. It sounds good because when bitcoin can increase higher, the other coins with bitcoin cash inside, will also increase higher too and it means we can get more profit.

I am not sure if ethereum fork will help the price to increase because I watched the market from this January, it seems the ethereum price cannot reach higher price because after getting the higher price, it will get down hard again. But I still have hope for ethereum to increase higher although it's difficult to know the time. At least, we still have the next months, and our journey with ethereum will be a long road.

TRX/BTC: Cup and Handle on the Way?  I'm not a pro or anything but do you guys see that there could be a 'cup and handle' formation coming? And that it could be a bullish sign that TRX would try and break out above .00001 BTC again...? I mean the trend is prolly not over... I guess TRX can increase 1k satoshi as I predicted it when the price reached more than 600 satoshi. I think the first waves is to test how the reaction of the traders and the investor and it seems, TRX wants to increase their level on the CMC and it means, they need to compete with STR aka XLM. Let's we wait and see. |

The only reason why people buy bitcoin, is to make money. I believe in the tech, its the future blah blah blah. Your here to make "sick" gains, most will not have the stomach for it. How many investors bought 100 btc for $100 and sold them at $20,000 each, practically none.
Say bitcoin reaches $1 million and you invested now at $3800. You honestly think you wont sell when it hits $50,000 or any other figure that will improve your life significantly. Nobody knows if, when or how it will happen.
Don't waste your life waiting for a win, you will end up going crazy. Invest yeah sure, check it once a week / month on progress and just let it be man. For all we know, it could be outlawed and crash to $0 tomorrow.

Market are so volatile and we don't know what the tommorow may bring but if you have a lot of courage and can take all the risk,i'm sure you will wait until you see the value will high too much ti gain more profit. But it is also good the idea that you said. I think as long as we can take a profit, we don't have to hold the coins because the market is volatile, we don't have any clue that will show us the price can stay at that level. The price itself can break up and down at any time so you need to make sure you can get the profit and leave the market when everything goes down. And if you can do that, you will not lose money and minds, and even you can survive better than the other people. |

You are right, and I am sure that person will be the smartest person who can make a bigger profit in 2017 if he sold his bitcoin at a very high price. And the other people who came to bitcoin in that year only make the worst investment ever but don't afraid because bitcoin will increase in the future. So you need to be patient to hold your bitcoin and don't even think that bitcoin cannot rise for a long-term because bitcoin will prove that bitcoin is too strong and can rise in every time. |

Profit in 10,000% is very difficult, and I don't think any coins can do this although it's possible and maybe you can say that how to get profit 50% in 2019, it will be more realistic to reach but it still difficult because the market is not moving to the bull market. But I would advise you to buy bitcoin only and forget the altcoin, and when bitcoin is down, you should buy as much as you can. That will be more reliable than to see the profit will go for 10,000%.

What is everyone predicting as the bottom on the market for ETH and BTC for 2019
Maybe bad things will come, ETH = $ 50 and BTC = $ 1000 ... anything. But I think in 2019 the market will recover. Whoa, it will make many people sad because they invest in the bitcoin and ethereum. But if that is what happens next, then we need to prepare, but I don't expect to see that price, and as you said, we have an opportunity to see the market recover in this year. We don't know about that, but I am sure there are many holders still buying and mining the coins and not just mining bitcoin, they also mining for the altcoin which can profitable in the future. I admitted that the dip continues and it's been a hard year for every people in the cryptocurrency, but we have to wait for a while because this is only our chance now. No matter what will go on later, I am sure that the dip will end and the cryptocurrency will shine again. |
