6541  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you see alts have chances against Bitcoins? on: May 17, 2017, 06:49:14 AM
All crypto-assets have a chance except for scams (even those win sometimes). Diversification is key to investing...
Very well said, you invest in the markets of crypto currencies and it will give you profit when they are due for a pump.
6542  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO LIVE ][15% in BTC] VOISE - Revolutionizing the music industry on: May 17, 2017, 06:27:24 AM
I hope you can get the right funding to start this project, voise is a good project but it needs support to be successful.
6543  Local / Altcoin Announcements (Pilipinas) / Re: [HOT]🔥EncryptoTel: Secure VoIP at B2B [Suspicious link removed]munications infrastructure on: May 09, 2017, 12:52:19 PM
Updated na ang spreadsheet ng signature campaign at mukhang hindi pa close for new participant. Mdme p dn sumasali ah

nasa campaign dahil attractive ang rate nila, 2.5% of 3 million dollars is a good amount na rin.

Bounties paid over 50% on overall and price still stable on over 7k. End of this month i think pump will start till 1$ equals 1 edg

I thought there are still 80% to distribute. Or what s about the 20/80 distribution?
in my estimate, the distribution is only not more than 30% considering only the facebook and twitter bounty has been distributed yet.

I think your graphic users  face is good for now but you can make it usefull for phone or you can build application  for phone. Good luck with crowdsale.
We'll develop the platform for all devices . Thanks!

Yeah, it would be good if you have the phone app.
For convenience purposes.  Smiley

Monday begins a marketing plan to reach the minimum target and introduce some artist before the platform is active .  The revolution of the music industry is on the way
I hope it will be done soon, so we can see some progress with the investment. Investors will love seeing
actions from the team.
6548  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: May 07, 2017, 03:50:46 AM
Not soon, not in the far future.
I don't think bitcoin will replace any kind of currency. Never. First, the government wants control over the economy, so does the banks. With bitcoin, no one has control. Bitcoin may be more widely accepted around the world, but only has an optional way to pay.

Yes, good point. And I think there isn't a necessity to replace dollar. We can have all the currencies working very well, if people have the right to choose what currency to use, no problem. What can't exist are governments forbiding their people to adopt Crypto-Currency, that is wrong. Anyway, dollar is too strong and it will continue leading the world for much time yet, and I think there aren't disadvantages on it.
Dollar is legally owned by the USA but bitcoin is not owned or controlled by anyone, however they have different definition,
bitcoin is a payment system while Dollar is a legal currency, we should know which is stronger now.
6549  Local / Altcoin Announcements (Pilipinas) / Re: [6196 BTC ANG NAKOLEKTA] TaaS: Token-as-a-Service | Closed-End fund [ICO TAPOS] on: May 07, 2017, 03:19:52 AM
6550  Local / Altcoin Announcements (Pilipinas) / Re: [HOT]🔥EncryptoTel: Secure VoIP at B2B blockchain communications infrastructure on: May 07, 2017, 03:11:11 AM
I am running a special bounty para sa mga top poster sa thread na to. Token of appreciation ko to sa pagsupport nyo.
6551  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: ☘☘☘☘️☘️ [BOUNTY] [ICO] EDGELESS CASINO - 0% Edge & Full Transparency☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️ on: May 06, 2017, 08:34:13 AM

6552  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: May 06, 2017, 07:41:27 AM
The price of Bitcoin does not really matter if the person that knows how Bitcoin works can spend it properly. The transaction fee right now is not that much of an issue because the price of Bitcoin is pretty low though if the price of Bitcoin lingers around the $100,000 range then a 0.0001 BTC fee would be pretty costly and not that many people would want to spend it if that transaction fee didn’t change.

For me, the bitcoin transaction fee is too high and transaction takes too long to confirm.
You can always use other alternative, now the number 1 in altcoins is Ethereum, transactions are faster and cheaper so it's good for you.
Me, I do not care about how low the transaction, I do not transact more often, I just keep my money for the long term
6553  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: For you samsung or iphone? why? on: May 06, 2017, 07:10:55 AM
Neither. Sony or Oppo user ako.

6554  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: May 05, 2017, 07:13:20 AM
Bitcoin for me from now on is the main source of income. From trading bitcoin / altcoin I can have a house, car and more. It becomes a double advantage when bitcoin prices have passed $1500, because I remember when I started bitcoin business the price was still $320..
It is good for you that you are making a living in trading altcoins and bitcoin and you can have a car, house and more, that is a very good news for you, I think you are a good trader or a professional trader because you can get a lot of profits to be able to buy those things by just being trading on cryptocurrencies.
That's a very inspiring story, I hope I can improve my life with bitcoin, I want to make a fortune with bitcoin.
6555  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Btc price on: May 05, 2017, 03:55:53 AM
bitcoinaverage.com
preev.com

Almost everyone bases their price on those or on bitstamp or coinbase, and then convert to local currency.

For local, just look at rebit.ph and coins.ph and btcexchange.ph which are, in my humble opinion, the top 3 in Metro Manila.

You can make money when the price differences are big, but it's risky even if you can do it all within the hour.

I tried. You would need a few hundred thousand pesos, deposit to one exchange, trade to bitcoin, withdraw, deposit the BTC to another exchange, sell to pesos, withdraw. That's one cycle that will take the better part of the day.

The next day, wala na yung opportunity kasi lahat ng kagaya ko ginawa na.

Ang kikitain mo? mga 1% to 2% to 3%, so sa 100,000 (hundred thousand) pesos, mga up to 3000 (three thousand) pesos.

Don't try with money you can't afford to lose.

Hi Daps,

Do you think there will be ATM machines with bitcoin / ether in the Phillipines soon? I think the market is huge because thats much more easy to send money home.
There is one already in metro manila but I have not used it, with coins.ph service you can withdraw your funds directly to any sec bank ATM.
6556  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin 20 Years From Now on: May 05, 2017, 03:34:19 AM
Anything can be happened. No one can say that the exact future of bitcoin after 20 years. but I seem bitcoin will grow up to 20,000$ that time.
That is too high that would require an increase of price of one thousand dollars per year when just a few months ago reaching the price of 1000 was difficult enough I think a more conservative prediction will be something between 3 and 6 thousand.

Well, that may happen, 20 years is a long time and anything can happen, who knows it may jump to $10 000 just after 5 years, who knows right? Bitcoin's price is really volatile we don not know what might happen. But I do hope that it just go on pumping more.
It may happen and while I will be very happy if that happened, it is something you should not count, so buy as many coins as you can, and make your plans with a more conservative price, if the price skyrockets then you are only going to benefit even more by following that plan.
Time flies really fast and before we know it, 20 years have passed and so many changes in the digital world have happened. Bitcoin might get to live the next 20 years if it continues to develop and if more people use it more often. I’ll be an old man by that time and what I have learned from bitcoin in its early stages would be a nice story to tell my kids, from the time when a guy bought pizza for thousands of bitcoins to the time when the all time high reached $1,500.
Price will surely be bigger in 20 years from now, if bitcoin will continue to attract more people we can expect great profit from our investment.
However, this time is not yet a good time to buy bitcoins, just observed first and wait until it drops the value.
6557  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: May 05, 2017, 01:52:23 AM
In my country is still not defined the status of bitcoin, the legality is in the gray zone, but the government sometimes arrest people for mining bitcoin alleging they are doing money laundering.

How can your government identifies who mines Bitcoin in your country? One of the unique characteristics of Bitcoin is that you can use it anonymously. Unless those people are very open and promoting that they are mining Bitcoin. Is there a law in your country that a person who mines or uses Bitcoin should be penalized?
It makes me laugh, how can a mining be considered as money laundering, I think for a second he needs
to research what is "money laundering".. Sad

6559  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Japan to accept Bitcoin as payment method. on: May 05, 2017, 01:46:24 AM
the first japan bill containing virtual currencies is expected to come on april which recognizes bitcoin as a method of payment.Although,it doesnot define bitcoin as a legal currency,it is still considered as a remarkable progress for bitcoin in japan.Hope, most of tourists who would go to japan to see 2020 olympics would be able to pay in bitcoins.

It is really interesting that japan has not yet accepts Bitcoin as a payment method I thought they already have it advanced thats because they say the founder is from japan but even though Satoshi lived on United stated and Europe. I thought countries like Japan, China, and other Asia countries are ahead of the technology especially in cryptoworld. Well if they don't have it yet I hope they will soon be it is really convenient to pay in online especially as you said 2020 Olympics is coming and japan is also one of the most technology inclined of the world. So I hope bitcoin will be spread through out the japan.  Wink
Japan is a big county and it will make the price to skyrocket, I think they have accepted already bitcoin as a payment system
so some people in japan could already be familiar with bitcoin. It will increase the demand and it hypes the price now.
