6541  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto Games AS TYPE OF INVESTING on: January 27, 2019, 11:56:11 PM
Can you be specific what 'crypto games' are you thinking to do. Is it gambling related or those games like MMORPG, PVP and other types of games where we can enjoy while have some chance to earn more of real crypto's.

Can you explain what "collectible" game means?
I want to know too what kind of game is this? a collecting of coins in game or collecting card games. Please be more specific with the project game that your team is trying to develop. As a gamer it would be interesting to know more of this.
6542  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pinnacle now accepts Bitcoins ! on: January 27, 2019, 11:30:31 PM
After you request your withdrawal on their site, do they call you to confirm? someone said in the very beginning they would send a message on whatsapp for the player to confirm the withdrawal
Seems like a good way to verify if the withdrawal came from the rightful owner or just some hackers that does withdraw others money. Though it's still like an email auth verification when you logged in or withdraw from usual services.

They haven't added it to the footer, but hey have bitcoin in their payment methods as you can see on: https://www.pinnacle.com/en/payment-options

So, they accept BTC now. Let's give it a try and i will report if i have some problems with the withdraw.
Yeah they have the logo but can't see it on the drop down list. Good luck trying them out, keep us updated.
6543  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to buy Grin Coin? on: January 27, 2019, 11:04:14 PM
I see that most of the traders that wanted to have GRIN are posting on Marketplace (Altcoins).

However, you can buy it on selected exchanges.
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/grin/#markets

If you're miner, it's best for you to mine but I don't have any miner so buying would be the best option.
6544  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Master Warlords - a Bitcoin Skill Based War Game on: January 25, 2019, 10:37:46 AM
Wow a game that pays with bitcoin. Most of the games that were created will pay with their very own token so this makes it more interesting because you're allowing players to convert credits to bitcoin.

Such topics like this I think belongs to Service Announcements. Just a little review after watching the video on your website, can you please create a better video with your game? I like oldie graphics like your game.
Idea is good and what's interesting on that game is that it has good graphics  and of course it's ingame Bitcoin feature. We all know that we want to earn and  at the same time enjoy the game. I do hope that some developers will be more interested in creating games that has the same feature. But for me as a gamer I prefer to have something like Bitcoin in game feature and with a more faster transactions.
Seriously, I don't like the graphics it's a bit old and odd for me if we will base on the video on their website. It would be more interesting if they can upgrade a bit of it and add those things that was mentioned by eternalgloom.

Everyone wants to earn but they have to earn too in-game and they need to upgrade base on the taste of the players so revenue will come to their game too.
6545  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Concerns about XRP's actual market cap on: January 25, 2019, 09:19:49 AM
The total circulating supply of XRP is around 40-billion if the time will come that it's market cap will reach $6.1-billion. I'm very much interested to know on how much bitcoin's worth and total market cap for the whole market by that time.

I haven't read the report you linked but XRP is vulnerable to such manipulation due to its centralization.
I have no idea on how much of its supply the dev team of it holds but that's also the rant of other investors that doesn't like XRP, they are centralized.

6547  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitmoneytalk.com - Social Network for Crypto Enthusiasts on: January 25, 2019, 07:57:33 AM
Good luck with your BMTalk  Smiley

IMO, you should make it unique or even better. It's look the same as facebook which I really thought it's FB upon viewing at the very first time.

I'm thinking of giving rewards worth of bitcoin weekly so that many users would join the platform. Also, I'm thinking of giving rewards to those who would invite to come to the community(like an afffiliate).
Same thing on what steemit did if you want to get more traffic and members. You should allocate a decent budget to make it happen, making an affiliate would work since there's a reward for every successful registers. You can also hire some good writers to make interesting topics to start conversing there.

But as long as there's a reward, bitcoin or any good altcoin traffic will come.
6548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins That Do Not Depend on BTC Price? on: January 24, 2019, 11:46:04 PM
Are there any altcoins that does not depend on btc price?  As most of you know, btc price goes up, altcoin price goes up.  When btc prices goes down, altcoin price follows.  But are there any altcoins that does not care what btc price does?  If so, what are these coins?
Yes there are altcoins that don't depend to bitcoin's price, have you heard about the stable coins? they have stable price at $0.99 - $1.01. Those are the prices that it fluctuates within the time but they remain stable at $1.

These stable coins are the ones that most traders use now to avoid for the meanwhile the risk of getting low in value of their portfolio. It's a time saver for most of us but I'm not a fan of using it, I'm good as holding my valuable coins.
6549  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How about a big list of Forks? on: January 24, 2019, 11:14:10 PM
Is it hard to claim forks?
Not really. As you google it, you just have to follow instructions as long as your wallet is eligible for that airdrop. There are services that's dedicated for claiming forks here in the forum that you can avail.

Is there risk claiming forks?
Like FatBen mentioned, if you downloaded the wrong claiming software your computer might be infected by a malware. This is why you have to verify what are those legit sources that you need to download for those forks you're about to claim.

Are there forks that are worthless?
There's a lot.

What are these forks you think your wallet is eligible with?
6550  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Top 3 High Potential Coins Right Now in 2019 [TA and Charts] on: January 24, 2019, 10:48:29 PM
Not everyone coin that will get attention from coinbase are also good coins to hold. I'm read some quite good reason why they have been listing it because most of their employees or the higher position staffs agreed to list it because they hold it.

I'm interested with storm when I just first watched its advertisement on youtube but never invested. I won't bite those charts and TA's made by anyone because I have my own way of determining what coins to buy.
6551  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What can you do to keep your digital assets safe? on: January 24, 2019, 02:29:00 PM
Get a trusted offline wallet. Problem solved. Only pull out the amount you need.
And that is hardware wallet like ledger nano s or trezor.

Because keeping one asset in exchange wallet is dangerous as exchanges are been hacked pretty much this time.
Yes, they are likely to be hacked and don't listen if there are prominent people that tells you that it's okay to store your funds in exchanges. They just want you to deliver such amounts and volume to their exchange. Keep your funds on a safer place that we mentioned and don't provide your private keys to a stranger.

6553  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cloud mining still profitable? on: January 23, 2019, 03:43:00 AM
They are no longer profitable. And most of these cloud mining sites even if they are legit and partnered with bitmain, they will take advantage of their investors and will give you a very small profit.

They are the ones that will take the profit most and just distribute to their investors the money that they borrowed for the meanwhile, and while being the holder of your money they'll take the ownership of the hardware.
6554  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: looking for help here with a possible scam on: January 23, 2019, 02:34:52 AM
Thanks alot guys i had a bad felling about it just wanted to make sure. ill take it as a lesson learned at least i did not lose much.
It's a nice idea that you asked here first before proceeding to that very shady instruction that was given to you. Creating wallet can be done on your own and you don't need to get a wallet from others. He/she might hold the private keys and once you loaded that wallet with a good amount of bitcoin, they'll just retrieve it through recovery words/seeds.

Even it's just an empty wallet, practice that you won't receive or give any detail from others regarding your personal wallet. I think I remember this kind of scam through spam groups on facebook and asks people if they want to earn '0.1 BTC' and their script, 'just reply how and I'll message you'.
Maybe it is another way of scamming/fooling people which most of them are really innocent of creating wallets or new in this crypto community. I have also heard about asking people if they wanted to earn Btc which it's actually a bait for you to be scammed, that's why we need to be careful on asking and sharing personal information about our wallets or etc.
I personally encountered one before but of course I didn't bite the bait that they made. They really wanted you to send an exact amount to that address and want to make you believe that you'll earn passively, that's their style.

They will inform you that they are mining and of course they'll use fake pictures of mining farms that they just copied somewhere on the internet. OP you need to have a little more knowledge about bitcoin and start knowing more about on how to create wallets. There's a pinned post about that.

6555  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about the anonymity aspect of Crypto Money? on: January 23, 2019, 01:08:06 AM
This has been discussed in the past for so many times. Crypto is for all so we can't remove the aspect that it can be used for something evil like illegal transactions and to the fact that in the dark markets, bitcoin and other privacy coins is the currency they use to transact.

It's becoming more popular everyday and going to the mainstream where most understands these circumstances but using it on the good side is what we should practice. About those hidden miners, you should be responsible when you use internet and you can install some extensions just to block those hidden miners that penetrates your computer.

6557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Tron Founder Justin Sun Wants to ‘Rescue’ DApp Developers from Ethereum & EOS on: January 22, 2019, 08:20:55 AM
But to rescue? Nah, I think he just wanted to take over the competitions that's why he is making a sales pitch here, but I'm sure no one will bite on his offer, "thanks, but no thanks".
Nothing new, he has to make some noise to make his coin move up again. It's an exposure for him and to his project after all of those times when he used to have partnerships. I think this is the new strategy that he come up with.

Such competitions will make claims that Sun wants to 'rescue' dapp developers. He's good in marketing and to be honest, I'm impress on how he sold TRX few years ago with those partnerships.
6558  Economy / Speculation / Re: The point of no return on: January 22, 2019, 07:25:15 AM
We can't tell, no one knows. Bitcoin's very volatile and you just can't expect things to be perfect along it's way from down to recovery. It may go as low as $2,000 like the most lowball predictions that I've heard but it's up to you if you'll believe them.

Even price will go as low as that those real believers will start to take the advantage of buying more if ever bitcoin goes on very deep point of decrease. It's the logic that lies, it can go very low but it will recover afterwards.
6559  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲 BITDICE -2019 mBTC Christmas and New Year Celebrations [2+ BTC in Prizes] 🎲 on: January 22, 2019, 05:04:26 AM
Site is normal for me, in fact feels slightly faster than before.
It works perfectly for me and the chat has been lively again.

I'm just curious, why are you using VPN? is gambling illegal on your country?
It doesn't mean when someone use a VPN he's from a country that prohibits access to online casino's.
6560  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is there a dedicated MasterNode channel? on: January 22, 2019, 04:10:24 AM
Masternode section in the forum? none but there's plenty of discussions about that on Altcoin discussions.

I've seen various threads regarding MN's on that section, you can also take a look on Announcement (Altcoins) for specific coin's masternode, Service Announcements (Altcoins) for people who creates or offers MN build up and lastly on Service Discussion (Altcoins).
