A new version (1.36.1) got released before the planned date and the changelogs can be found on the releases ( https://www.exodus.io/releases/). Another release should be expected in 11 days and in the meantime, the current roadmap shows that these assets are In beta (so they must be added next): 0x (ZRX), Bancor (BNT), DigixDAO (DGD), District0x (DNT), Factom (FCT), FirstBlood (1ST), FunFair (FUN), Metal (MTL), Ripple (XRP), Status (SNT), Storj (STORJ),Wings (WINGS). 2FA, SegWit transactions and Hardware wallets support are still planned but might take some time.

I could tell you right now that only 30% of the bitcoin community (If not less) are aware of this hard fork, It has no mention in Reddit, and most news sites (unlike SegWit2X) so I doubt we will see any significant price decrease. In fact, If there will be a chain split, there will be a price increase because everyone would like to get the equivalent in BTG too (free money). The same thing could be said regarding 2X, people have seen how BitcoinCash affected the price so they won't fall for this twice.

ATMs could be a good solution but at some point, they could take a picture of you or I.D If you want to have higher limits. I find that P2P trading are way better but It's still unclear from whom you want to be anonymous? If from the service or the individual you're trading with? Individuals clearly have no reason to disclose your information and If you don't want that to happen, try to use payment method that only an email address or account number are needed to do transactions. (WebMoney, PerfectMoney etc.). As for services, they couldn't know either unless you're using a company to buy because while trading with another user, all he need to do is to leave no notes regarding the transaction so they couldn't know what is it for.

The guy contacted me today and claimed that I'am wrong and he will actually refund me by contacting his supplier. I will be editing the OP and removing the scam accusation for now and see how things goes. EDIT: So apparently, he is asking me to delete the whole thread including of what people other people posted.

I just wanted to let you guys know that It's now possible to buy using your bank account from Coinbase instantly without the need of waiting 3-5 days as usual. It's currently available for U.S customers only I believe but they will be expanding to other countries soon. Even though I don't like Coinbase and how they handle things usually, this is a good move.

The watch function should list the thread in your Watchlist and the notify should send you notification to your email address when there is a new reply in the topic.

As long as the wallet give you control over the private keys (Exodus, Electrum etc.) then you should be fine. It's still unclear where you could get your Bitcoin Gold as we still didn't see any wallets for the new coin yet but when that happens, you could just import the keys there.

You could head to the 'Service' section where you could offer your skills. If we are talking about web and phone applications for example then people will usually ask for crypto related work only so make sure you are familiar with the Blockchain technology and bitcoin. An alternative would be to use XBTFreelancer (not that many projects compared to oDesk or Freelancer.com): https://www.xbtfreelancer.com/projects . From What I've seen so far, offering designing in the service section is the way to go here (If you're good at it), a lot of people are looking for banners for their ads or avatars for their signature campaigns etc.

What surprise me more is the people who actually took his words seriously and started selling in the first place. He is a banker, Bitcoin is a threat for him. He will definitely won't be the last CEO of a large bank saying that. He don't want to say anything anymore for the simple reason that bitcoin skyrocketed so It kinda proves him wrong and I could be wrong (and I hope I'am) but his last statements about someone getting killed makes me think that we will indeed see some people dead, most likely some Darknet Hitman stuff where bitcoin is used just so they make people think that bitcoin is an actual threat so they set regulations/ban.

Well, It's a little bit too late for investing at this point because you could've easily get it cheaper before but will definitely not hurt to accumulate more. Because as long as you are investing for the long term and the development of bitcoin looks active and promising, there is nothing to be afraid of.

You mean like a Reship company? There is a service called USendhome which I believe are in partnership with Purse.io and also Shipito which I personally use, never had issues, delays or anything. I definitely recommend using them.

The 24 words are a recovery phrase that help you recover your funds in case your hardware wallet got lost or no longer working for some reason. You should keep them safe though, whoever access to these words, have access to the funds.

403BTC is the equivalent of 2 million USD with the current rates so why list him as a billionaire on the first place? The Winklevoss Twins got 60 million USD from the Facebook settlement and probably invested everything on bitcoin in the early days. I believe they own 1% of all the coins and they are currently running Gemini exchange so they probably have more then that (they were millionaires before bitcoin) and to answer OPs question, no, the only billionaire would be the creator of bitcoin but multi millionaires has been made for sure. This could happen to any of us, If you invest enough now and forget about it for a few years.

Usually, the only pairs available for USD or any other fiat currency are for ETH, LTC and BTC so It's better to buy bitcoin in a site and send them to trade for almost every altcoin in either Bittrex or Poloniex. So, some alternatives are: Bitstamp and Bitfinex, both are reputable and you shouldn't face any issues while buying.

Is there a date when Eden will be officialy released (not just an alpha or beta)?
Eden will never get officially released because It was never meant to be for average users. It's more for testing and reporting bugs. In other words, whatever you currently see in Eden will eventually come to Exodus as well.

I have no idea why we need a new forum site, could we login using the same pass and username? though it is still not implemented to worry about. I think the problem is simple the site is full. Am I right?
The database will remain the same basically and everything you have including your ranks, PMs, posts etc. will stay. The only thing that will change will be the interface and some new features will come (2FA as an example).

I haven't used the service but from my understanding, you don't really deposit anything there. Coinigy is like All-in-one trading platform so you basically make an account there and link your exchange accounts (Bittrex, Poloniex etc.) and the balances should show up there, the linking should happen through an API key so you should first check If they support Coinbase, If they don't, move your funds to an exchange they do support and link it by generating an API key from that ex change.

The miners can be replaced but the community and developers cannot be. Compared to core, their software is not even well tested and has no recent commits. Whoever took the decision to support X2 either made a huge mistake or is intentionally attacking bitcoin. 25% of SegWit2X supporters already withdrawn and I expect to see more in the next few weeks. In the same time, we have exchanges that will list it as B2X like Bitfinex. In other words, they can support it as much as they want to but the final results will be the same as Bitcoin Cash.
