6585  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Does using a web browser vpn mess up transactions? on: December 10, 2016, 08:07:34 AM
I'm always using VPN when I'm browsing on the internet and mostly if I sent and used any my wallets and I'm mobile user also, and it didn't give me some issues about it. So I'm telling you that it's not related to what I've experienced and maybe increasing the fee will help you faster for confirming any transaction you'll make, don't be miserly for putting some fees so you can't experience this.
6586  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Please teach me how to grow my bitcoin on: December 10, 2016, 06:57:04 AM
Hello guys please i would love to learn how to make a living through bitcoin... I don't have much but $200 to invest in this, a regular computer with Internet and a very good head for learning thanks I think anything from 2Btc weekly is perfect... I need a source of income badly
There are so many ways to earn online, and there's no easy way to earn all of them must put an effort to it, and all if them have their amount of risk. You can try to have a online shops and bitcoin as one of the payment method, trading has big risk and you must have the knowledge on it, investing in trusted casinos also worth it though I didn't try it yet, small offers/job in service section also can help, I will not suggest gambling as its not a way on how to earn but to lose your money. That's the only ways I know but there are plenty on it  just search in google and you can find it.

Edit: It looks like the site is down.
6588  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: December 10, 2016, 06:15:14 AM
When you guys are gambling and already doubled your bankroll, do you still play with the whole money you got or you take away half of your bankroll and start playing with your profit or not?
Well in my part I don't gamble for making funds but only for fun, I've just do it when a site has a giveaways and I have to deposit with the minimum amount then play, but sometimes I win in this situation and if I reach the amount I want like from 0.001 btc and become 0.002 then I'll just stop the game.
6589  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can I lay a bitcoin? Where do I start? on: December 10, 2016, 06:02:15 AM
Welcome to bitcoin world and also welcome in the forum. I guess the site that @poyaa87 gave had all the data that you must know about bitcoin.

And if you want to learn the rules and regulations, how to earn, etc. here in this forum I guess you must go here the overview of all stickied post and important threads in this forum
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1217042.0. Don't think twice to ask if you have some questions out there  but before asking make sure you already read all the information given to you by others.
Godd luck.
6590  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Steam accepting btc - will it affect the forum market? on: December 10, 2016, 04:16:34 AM
I never bought something directly on Steam for a reason..
But when they started accepting BTC's that was changed. It wont affect the forum market.Since, people here sell for cheaper prices.
What is the reason? People was selling the games cheaper than steam has had some reason for that. Like buying the wrong games, maybe.

This is one of the reason why they are selling their games for a cheaper price. But how come those sellers have a lot of games.

Maybe they are also quitting those games so in return they are just selling it to have some return from the money they have spent for it.

Or else they are accredited partners for steam and they are able to buy steam games for cheaper price and they just re-sell it.
I've got that question also, that someone selling some steam games more cheaper than the actual price from steam and they have lots of games to be sell. So how come they can save and earn from selling that cheaper games, or they get it from a much cheaper online shops or a promotions then they sell it  Undecided
6591  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Hackahammer defaulted loan on: December 10, 2016, 02:15:41 AM
Well hayaan niyo na mga kababayan, di naman gaanong kalaki yung amount na yun, pwede kong mapag ipinan yun in just 1-2 days its not a big loss tho. Parang try ko lang kase yun kung mapag kakatiwalaan pa ba mga tao dito sa local. I've posted same thread in scam accusations board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1707260.0 dun na lang kayo mag husga.
I'll just open this thread para malaman ng iba dito sa local kung sino sino nga scammers dito.
6592  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Beginner thread help center! on: December 10, 2016, 01:43:19 AM
Its really cool, I didn't get any even just a whole 1 bitcoin since I started here. And what is the exactly price of bitcoin when you get those 20 btc? You can try business out there to get more profit and earn a lot Grin
I'll only donate half a  coin. Anything higher is an investment.
If you're kind hearted person maybe you can share any amount there in your wallet to me, just visit my profile and there's my btc addresses. Grin
Well just kidding I know you'll not do it.
Any ways congrats dude.
6593  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Help i fucked up on: December 10, 2016, 12:27:35 AM
No. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible. You cannot just take over an address by putting it in your wallet.

All you can do is find out who owns the address you sent to and am then to return the Bitcoin.

How is he going to find that out? Nobody s going to reveal to him and even if he would be able to find out, there s slim chance he ll get it back.
Yeah that's really impossible unless you know him/her already but as what OP experienced, I don't really think that he can do it. He have only 1 out of 1M chance to do that. Achow101 only said that because that's the only way how sending bitcoin can be return which is really not possible.
6594  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: is chronobank for real? on: December 10, 2016, 12:12:56 AM
They don't have a lot of participants yet since they've only started their campaign recently. There aren't much takers yet.
Well I guess you must take a look in their list as it has many members, as you're saying that they don't have lot  of participants yet. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jH4fq8V7LsUB-62AtYXt0owWInSdM1vX5_tBtB89cu8/htmlview#gid=1506866310. Oh, my bad I didn't see your post after madgamer and I'm just using my mobile through browsing and posting here.

It's probably one of the biggest ICOs I've seen till now ,
Well I guess it also that this campaign (chronobank) is the biggest campaign as it holds more than 230 members in their campaign which looks very promising. We'll see the outcome of this project.

@OP Yes I saw also in facebook that they're advertising their site and also here in btctalk few days ago.
6595  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin governance sucks! on: December 09, 2016, 05:22:48 AM
For all you that love 'decentralization', it has made a right fucking mess of things.

Basically the open wild, wild west of 'consensus' is causing tremendous problems in the Bitcoin network.  People are not working constructively together to achieve a remarkable new system, but rather fighting like little school girls on Reddit.  This is a damn mess.  We need a CEO and management to direct efforts and align them to reach a goal.

Is it the case there can be no noble CEO?  I don't buy that theory.
The reason why bitcoin was made is to avoid the interference of government, and bitcoin is unique because of decentralization and if government involve here and being centralized then bitcoin also sucks.

Simple logic dude If you don't like bitcoin then you are free to leave. Roll Eyes
6596  Economy / Services / Re: Paying 0.015 BTC (15 mBTC) Per Signup on: December 08, 2016, 11:47:19 PM
I'm paying 0.015 BTC (15 mBTC) for those who signup and deposit $5 USD. DM for more details.

This one is paying good, I'll take a try. Sent you a PM. Hope this is not a scam.
You can't jump to conclusion whether the user is legit or not about the task he/she offer, as the OP is new please use a trusted escrow the make the funds safe so you OP will have no reasons to scam. And for those who did signup already don't deposit unless OP send his/her funds to an escrow.
6597  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Lost bitcoins on: December 07, 2016, 10:13:35 PM
I'm very new to this.  I recently sent bitcoins to an online gambling site.  I put 50 cents through by accident then resent 500 dollars to the same address.  First transaction went through.  Second did not.  I know Im to use a different address every time now.  What can I do.  I looked it up on bitcoin chain.  I can see it.  It's not spent.  Losing y mind.

Can you show us what is that gambling site? If your transaction was confirmed but you can't see your balance in that casino, try to contact their support no one here can help you to rebroadcast the transaction but to contact their support including your TXID so they can confirm it. Except if you didn't deposit the minimum required amount.

Edit: oh sorry cant see earlier its bodog.ca Roll Eyes
6598  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Hackahammer defaulted loan on: December 07, 2016, 01:49:43 PM
-snip-
I want to say sorry to loanshark, I know I have mistake and I accept its my fault too and I have no experience about this loan thing, I just want to lend him (want to help him as a countrymen) with that small amount and he offer his account as a collateral so I let it be. But I don't really think that he will not pay me as what our deal and loaned again with another user. So I made this thread.

I don't know how many times it takes getting burned before people to stop taking accounts as collateral. Take away any perceived value of these accounts and watch the account buying/selling slow down dramatically. Simple concept and is good for the community.
That's true and its also one of the reasons why there are so many users here have alt accounts which used for account farming.
6599  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Hackahammer defaulted loan on: December 07, 2016, 06:14:42 AM
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=635660 JesusHadAegis has not been online since September. I think he might be banned or something. Do you have any other means of contact besides here in forum? I think he will not loose much seeing if that sr. account is already banned. If you have the member account in you I think that account is also supposedly banned.
I don't really know about that account(JesusHasAegis) he didn't mentioned that. And since he loaned to loanshark and collateral his account I don't think if loanshark knows this account, and as what I see, maybe he changed the email address of loanshark (This user's email address was changed recently.)because when he send  me his account info(username and password) I didn't change any of this information except loanshark.

Reposting this here:

Looks like he have another account in the forum:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1497355.msg15736958#msg15736958
It will be stupid to risk his higher rank account and this farmwd account of his if ever he decideds on defaulting.
Just leaving this here.
Both accounts are linked with this address:  3PRuTkHi7tPQJCdJWGgv8t986yjWNeJfoY
So that's what i guess, that he have an alt account as he said to me PM that he will reply me with his other account.

Reposting this here:
EDIT: btw he have loan with loanshark:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1651708.msg17045851#msg17045851
