6581  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the best gambling games originally from Asia? on: August 02, 2019, 02:28:15 AM
There's a thread before that's named 'ending game' and that came from an Asian country. The mechanics of the game is it will depend on the ending score of a basketball game and that could be an NBA match or your local basketball league.
If the final score is 98-79 then the ending result will be 9-7 (97).
Ening games is popular gambling from phillipines those people basketball fantastics, Correct me if Im wrong the most commin popular gambling games origanally herein the phillipines is cards games like pusoy tongits including the cara y cross.
It seems that you are typing quickly and you forgot to edit those wrong spellings you've made. It's understandable though.

There's a thread before that's named 'ending game' and that came from an Asian country.

That was not popular all over the asia, it's only popular in the Philippines IMO.
OP is asking for the best games that originally came from the continent so I think that can be considered since the country is part of the continent.

The mechanics is so easy but for those who have access in online gambling, I don't think they will choose this type of game compared to sportsbetting.
Yes but it isn't the point.
6582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your opinion about decentralized platform for classic vehicles? on: August 01, 2019, 11:10:57 PM
Decentralized for classic vehicles? what kind of idea is this? you mean application of decentralization to cars? I don't understand what idea is this and I don't see that there's something that people would be extracting out of this idea?
Cars that are decentralized? I can't convey this kind of project, I'm confused.

Yes, that’s a good betting game from the Philippines but I don’t think its popular around asia or its really good. I guess Majhong is the best game that is originated from China and adopted by many countries. I play this game and its really fun and profitable to play this one, i think western countries also know this.
Philippines is from Asia so there's no conflict. Asia is a continent so any gambling game that originated from an Asian country can be considered.
Yeah Mahjong is one popular game though until now I don't know how to play the game although I have Chinese relatives. I see them play this game and in casino's crypto or not, there's a game of Mahjong.
6584  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 20 Weirdest Cryptocurrencies on: August 01, 2019, 10:04:23 PM
Everyone knows doge and sure this meme coin is taking the spotlight. Most of the coins that are made for fun are dying slowly but this coin has remained stable and known for so many years.
There a lot of weird coins in the market and to know most of them just go to coinmarketcap and look for each next 100 page there.

6586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to buy tokens with credit card. on: August 01, 2019, 09:00:11 PM
There are ways to buy tokens using credit card but I suggest to buy bitcoin first. I'll link below the tutorial on how to buy bitcoin using card.
https://99bitcoins.com/buy-bitcoin/credit-card/
And once you have bitcoin, that's the right time to buy tokens and you exchange it for tokens of your choice on exchanges.
6587  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin, ETH, and XRP To Become Mainstream By 2024? on: August 01, 2019, 08:29:54 PM
We have to keep in mind the cryptocurrency market grows as tecnology does. It will not stop using local currencies, but there are chances that cryptocurrencies are more used at spend time. As an example we can see the services offered by MintMe and how its number of users is increasing.
It won't stop using local currencies and I agree that time will come that it can be more used by the us. The mainstream is already becoming aware of this and just imagine that the gov't of US is starting to be aware of different crypto businesses such as exchanges, launching of Libra (which people says that it shouldn't be called a crypto) and ICOs. They are becoming aware of it and the attention that crypto gets from these large institutions is impressive.
6588  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pacquiao Vs Mayweather 2 on: August 01, 2019, 07:56:56 PM
How much money does Floyd want to fight Pacman again? hehehe. Everyone has a price, I remember when he was all bark when Canelo sign a $300 m with DAZN, That's the way he wanted to stay relevant. So if ever he was offered a one fight deal with Pacman with $300 m or more, I'm sure he will bite, Lol.
I've seen a stat on how much Manny Pacquiao earned during their fight with Floyd and it's a staggering $120-million. And with that fight, Floyd got a higher share because it's part of their deal. I don't know on how much he'd love to ask for the share if ever this fight will ever happen again. But that's for sure, he'll ask for a higher share again than Manny. He will not be called 'Money' if he's going to allow his opponent get a higher share than him.
I don't know when was the last time Floyd fought as an underdog but given the chance that they will fight again, Floyd still can dictate how much is his share since he won the first meeting, Manny will just accept whatever the terms being offered from Floyds camp since Manny is teh one running after Floyd to have a rematch. Too bad there is no rematch clause in the first contract.
Manny will actually go along with an acceptable share for this fight. But let's admit it that Floyd is Floyd and he's not just going to accept a fight without something that will actually benefit him. I agree with the rematch attached for the contract, if there is a note probably Floyd cannot reject if there will be in the future but that's it. No rematch indicated so he can just retire for real.
6589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Business plan for a powerful project. on: August 01, 2019, 12:09:04 PM
Success depends on your measurement. It can be due to the good marketing but there are projects that became good and reached success even without that because of the project that they are working is something going to work. There are projects that are very nice and working but lacks of marketing so it didn't have the chance to take the spotlight. This would depend on you on what's the definition of success. You will never know if you will not try.
Marketing strategies is a part of business plan and it is important to have an applicable business for us to see that we will reach if what we aim for.
Success is not only with the hands if a single person but with the participation of everybody and work as a team with the help of our business plan.
A team that's working for the development of the project would definitely play a big role. A project that's solely relying on one person is hard to get success but there can be a chance that it can work though the chance is very minimal. About the marketing, those that I've mentioned are the possible reasons and scenarios that a project or a team itself that they can tackle in the future. And marketing has a wide range and it's not just all about giving exposure to your project but its about the actual selling.

6591  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Would you invest in Mining Company IEO? on: August 01, 2019, 10:21:17 AM
Maybe alot of people will participate for the quick profits if you have good Tokenomics, dividend plans and strong partners. Asides that, no one really gives into mining platforms anymore as anyone can now easily set up a small mining rig to suit its cost plan
It's not about the setting up but it's the bad experience that most of the investors had with these mining companies. They have been scattered and known as scams for the past years and that's why it's better to stay away from them.
There would be investors that will stick to them but that is one possible reason why many are starting to lose their trust to mining companies that will conduct IEOs.

I've read their whitepaper and it looks promising. Now in the waiting game
I find it interesting because David Chaum is part of the project and not only a part of it but the leader of this project. They looking serious with this project and hiring more people like a typical business that we used to know.
More details are on their website: www.elixxir.io

Did you read his latest blog on their website? I found it super interesting his involvement in privacy and legislation since 1995! yet the conversation on this topic is still relevant and ongoing https://elixxir.io/blog/privacy-preserving-technology-vs-legislation
Not yet and because you have given it, I've heard the first few parts of it. I can now understand why these hearings are good for the industry. They are recognizing that cryptocurrency and blockchain industry is something big that they can't just ignore anymore. There's more to go for this and elixxir is going to be part of it. David Chaum sure is a realistic guy and has been working all of these years for this kind of innovation. Thanks for bringing this up.
6595  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is bounty campaign profitable in 2019 or no? on: July 31, 2019, 10:36:22 PM
The year hasn't ended yet so I don't want to create a conclusion while we're dealing with for this year. As for last year, well we can have that conclusion that it isn't really a profitable year. 2018 has been so hard for everyone and most of the projects didn't find its success. However, for this year, I can see that some projects are good looking and was saved due to another kind of investment which is the IEO. Some might be profitable for this year.

Though I agree that last year was hard for crypto investors, bounty hunters and for all. But the first half of 2018 was amazing. Bounty hunters earned huge money from the January month to August. We had Credits Blockchain, Shivom, Counting House, Essensia, XYO Network, Pundix and many more big paying bounty campaigns. If I compare between 2018 and 2019, then 2018 is still the winner here. But some people started to believe that bounty hunting is not worthy anymore after the crypto market collapsed in Q3 of 2018. But the truth is, good projects are paying bounty hunters very well.
I've heard about PundiX but the rest that you mentioned I haven't. Good projects yeah are paying but the 2018 has been hard because of the rapid existence of scam projects and if they also had a bounty, it's also turning into the same way. That's why many have considered that 2018 has been so hard to most ICO investors and to bounty hunters because of that experience. But for this year, we don't know what the future looks like but it's looking good.
6596  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in ICO or IEO but IEO run by not good exchanges. on: July 31, 2019, 10:05:37 PM
The choices you have brought up has some circumstances, mostly will invest to an IEO now because they've just heard that it will generate profit and the ICO days are now over. So despite on how good the ICO would be, many will start to avoid investing on it because of that belief for this year. The ICO has been taken over by IEOs and investors wouldn't even have a second thought on where they will invest. As long as that is an IEO and there's an exchange to dump it, they'll invest.
6597  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: July 31, 2019, 09:33:09 PM

It's not over, teams doesn't appreciate his individual skills inside the ring and he was lack of exposure during the finals. First time to see an NBA player cry infront of camera because of his situation on how he's depressed and thinks that the league has given him up. And recently getting the championship is just sadder because of the lack of appreciation for him. This man should start making up himself and building a better Lin.
I'm sure we'll see him comeback.

How will it not be over if they keep of NOT giving him any minutes.
He cannot showcase anything if the management itself is not putting him in the floor.
Now, the problem becomes larger. He doesnt have a team.
Should he go to D League for now to beat the hell out of those players there just for the remaining years of his career?
There could be some reasons why the management or the coaching staff didn't gave him that much time. It's likely that he doesn't have confidence with them. About his career, with what I've heard he's going back to China and will play for a team there right? Don't know the full details or that's just a rumor. He understands that he can't force himself anymore on NBA and I think this will also lead to some other chinese players not to take chance anymore on the league if ever they will be asked to come and join.

6599  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We can't blame crypto and blockchain technology on: July 30, 2019, 11:26:46 PM
Scammers and hackers are evolving too. They are studying and understanding the technology that lies with the trend. Those hypocrites keeps on saying that scams, hacks and frauds are increasing in crypto but they don't acknowledge on how big these incidents are happening in actual world involving the banks. We can't deny that these things really happened in crypto because it's a fact but criticizing crypto like that and keeps quiet on how these things occur in real world through the entire bank system is bias.
6600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: July 30, 2019, 10:49:28 PM

Feel sad for Jeremy Lin. He really feels down that no one is showing interest for him. He literally cried while delivering a statement about NBA giving up on him in front of a large audience. Even coming out on a championship, Lin doesn't feel his championship ring since he thinks he didn't deserve it.

And that became the saddest part of NBA right now. You have a ring, but doesnt have a salary for a year? Worse, you love playing the game but no one is trying to give you minutes again to showcase your skills.

Just dont know why an explosive guy like Jeremy Lin will be benched like that.
He can do "no look" pass and shoot with a high percentage. Can also penetrate the paint. Just what the hell is the reason behind the sudden dip of this guy.

He is just 30 and they say his being "Linsanity" is over. Urgh!
