^^ Yes, that's how it is that you are going to be trap here, it's so unbelievable to hear that someone still falls for this trick with the recent 'improvement' from the recent ruse of this scammers. I already don't know where is the blame here, but I would say that Google has some accountability here here. And I fell sorry for the guy who lost their money again in crypto from this criminals.
6582  Economy / Speculation / Re: 3rd times the charm 20K on: December 05, 2020, 06:51:17 PM
here comes the 3rd time for 20K I think it's going to do it. Then 30K pretty quick

And I thought we are going to go $20000 after it hit $19,609.52 on the first days of December but now it's struggling to even go to the $19500 level it looks like we really need a big push coming from the whales or institutional investors, and why not they are going to help pushing it to another all time high if they want to.

It's struggling because it's obvious that people have sold off due to the price peaking at around $20k. So for now, this is really a big wall. But at least though, the price is not breaking down and still maintain the $19k price, just by trading sideways in the last week. But we shouldn't worry or something, extreme greed is still very high in the 90's, meaning FOMO is still here and the bears are not winning.  And there could be some news that will come later, that will get this price to $20k or more.
6583  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Errol Spence Jr. vs. Danny Garcia IBF & WBC Welterweight Title on: December 04, 2020, 11:50:19 PM
Errol Spence looks very focus in this fight in my opinion and not taking Garcia lightly as this is also his comeback fight.
He should, though he is still the favorite, some people already have doubt on him. This is just a weigh in, we will see the real body language once they are in the ring to fight which will happen tomorrow. Can't wait to see this fight, I believe this is a close one, if there's no KO, it will be by a split decision.

I don't know about you guys, but it seems that Spence is really weight drain during the weigh-in?

Garcia's body seems to be perfect at this weight class but Spence, he should be going to 154 lbs with that frame and height of his. For sure he can rehydrate after this weigh in but I don't know how long can he really squeeze in this welterweight division.

Anyway, the wait is over, as Danny said, eat and then fight tomorrow.

He could be but they can instantly rehydrated as you have said. And if ever he goes to 154 lbs, there is Charlo who is waiting for him, and I would say that 154 lbs is a weak weight class. 147 lbs is the gem of boxing (and HW), so he should be better stick to Welterweight, there are still a lot of good names and of course the fight that we all wanted to see, Crawford so I doubt that he will just leave the division and go up, not yet.
6584  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How tricky is this? on: December 04, 2020, 11:18:56 PM
Probably this is just what we call "Gamblers Fallacy". So as others have said, there is no trick, it's just the mind tricking us into believing that we can still win and we discounted the fact that everything is base on luck. That it can be influence be by past events, so we believed that we really know what would be the next outcome, so it's an error on our part to rely on this fallacy.
6585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is going to be the next gem on: December 04, 2020, 10:40:06 PM
I call Bitcoin a gem. Because once paper money will have no value. The only reason behind not having the price of paper money. People's interest is changing day by day. Now people are leaning towards digital transactions. Now no one wants to do cash transactions. That is why the importance of cryptocurrency has increased a lot.
Bitcoin is a currency. Which you can use it for any purpose at any moment in any place. Just one transaction. In my opinion, the government of every country should give legitimacy to cryptocurrency. Has already given legitimacy from many countries.

What do you mean? Bitcoin is already a gem, the problem is that people keeps ignoring it, calling it a ponzi scam. But how time flies isn't it, now institutions are seeing it as more of a reserved assets, while individuals are using it to hedge their wealth into it. That's why the price keeps going up and may hit another all time high at the end of the year or eventually next year. A lot of exciting things ahead of bitcoin market.

I fully agree that Bitcoin is already a gem because it's considered a new advent and we can agree that gold is becoming obsolete and Bitcoin can take the place and become a store of value. Anyway, we are slowly seeing this happen and prices prove it. Another important point is the level of membership that is growing every day, further strengthening the claim to be a gem.

I agree that bitcoin is the next digital god, but I would not say that gold is becoming obsolete though. It's been here for thousands of years, government around the world has a lot of gold reserves and it has been tested on the worst situation ever, specially in war wherein gold was the primary asset and as a hedge. So both bitcoin and Gold can co-exists with each other, each one has its own benefits and advantages.

I'm not familiar with the "Roll-over Betting System"  bro, ngayon ko lang din ito narinig hehehe.

6589  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Errol Spence Jr. vs. Danny Garcia IBF & WBC Welterweight Title on: December 03, 2020, 10:04:55 PM
The odds for a Spence winning by decision is still very attractive, boosted to @1.79. I already place my bet, not waiting as it might go down a bit.

Yes, good luck to your bet above @1.70 is very attractive indeed.

My rationale is that Danny Garcia, hasn't been knock-out and it will be hard pressed for Errol to do that. And one advantage of Spence is that Garcia doesn't have any head movement, so he can hit it but Danny's has a good chin as well so for me there will be no knock out here, and probably Spence will be a unanimous or split decision winner here.

Good analysis, Spence is also coming from a car accident and it could affect his punching power. And Danny is really very motivated to take take 0 away from Spence so I think he will try to fight until the last bell. And Garcia always fell short on his championship fight, first to Thurman and then Porter.

So I'm not expecting any upset.

This though, we can't really say for certain. We already have one of the biggest upset already. So it's possible that we can have before the end of the year.  Smiley

Here's the link:

https://cointelegraph.com/news/bitcoin-arrives-on-wall-street-s-p-dow-jones-launching-crypto-indexes-in-2021

I thought that bitcoin has been manipulated by big whales already? Not the first time that we have heard Wall Street involving themselves in crypto. I agree that there are a lot of pros/cons about it, but let's see how it pan out. People are predicting that we are going to see $50k or even 6 digit figures in the next coming years. So probably this is one case why and how we can achieved that. Wall Street money going into crypto sphere.

Good thing though is that this fake and malicious website has been taking down already. Kudos to the OP for reporting it here and I'm sure some members do report this website to Google or even the domain registrar. So let's keep the fire burning by hunting this fake website to save a lot of newbies. Attacks are obviously escalating as the price of bitcoin and the rest of crypto are rapidly gaining in the last couple of months.
6594  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Ryan Garcia vs Luke Campbell WBC Lightweight Interim Title (December 5) on: December 02, 2020, 10:52:33 PM

Too early to say that he will have the same career as the legendary man himself, Manny Pacquiao.

Oscar has promise that he will give everything to Ryan, that's why they are already in talks of him facing Devin Haney who is the champion. Of course, most fighters have started fighting no names, but he has passed the test when he destroyed the much touted Romero Duno in round one. So after the Campbell fight, we should be expecting him stepping up the next toughest opponent in Haney.

I cannot consider Duno a top contender in his division, if Ryan Garcia wants to road to greatness he should only fight these three fighters, Teofimo Lopez, Devin Haney and Gervonta Davis, he can add some weight, he should do what Pacquiao did go higher to fight the best, the lighter division is where a lot of great talents and only one will rule to attain greatness.

Garcia is still very young and it's very early in his career. He has been stepping up incrementally against the right opponents. Being a good draw puts him in a good position to face all those other big names who are already world champions at a young age. I still think that Loma could beat all of those fighters and make it harder for them to become the next great sensation like Pacquiao was.

Oscar Dela Hoya, Ryan Garcia's promoter have promised him that he would pit his guy against Teofimo Lopez next year and this could add more motivation to Garcia to train really hard and perform very well so that he could be worthy of the chance to face the Lightweight King.

That's the fight that Bob Arum wants to make as well. Fighting each other makes a lot more sense than either guy facing Devin Haney who is boring and doesn't sell. Lopez vs. Garcia will make a lot more money because they have the option of putting it on pay-per-view. Garcia has a huge social media following and Lopez is a top pound for pound fighter so it will be an easy sell to the casual audience.

I also wanted to see a Garcia vs Lopez in the future, they are both bankable stars in the Lightweight, but I have a feeling that Oscar will try to milk more money from Garcia first before they chase Lopez. Probably a Haney fight won't hurt Garcia's resume as Haney is also a 'champion'. And then we have Davis as well in the picture. There is also talks of Lopez fighting his mandatory next year, an Australian and obviously they wanted it to stage to Australia so we will see. Not unless Luke Campbell ruining all the plans of Oscar.
6595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Errol Spence Jr. vs. Danny Garcia IBF & WBC Welterweight Title on: December 02, 2020, 10:15:29 PM
Spence on why he take Danny Garcia:

Quote
“I didn’t want a tune-up,” Spence told BoxingScene.com. “First, I feel like a tune-up wasn’t gonna get me anywhere. Secondly, I feel like a tune-up wasn’t gonna answer questions from people that need to be answered. And thirdly, I feel like Danny Garcia would look great on my resume, beating him.”

https://www.boxingscene.com/spence-tune-up-fight-wasnt-gonna-answer-questions-answered--153694

Sign of a true warrior, taking a big risk fight after his life threatening car accident. So we will have to see if this risk will pay off big this weekends. The odds doesn't change though, still Spence is 1-4 favourite to win the fight.
6596  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Blackjack card counting at live table games? on: December 02, 2020, 09:33:03 PM
To counter this, online casinos are employing a continue's shuffle machine making card counting not usable in online black jack. We also have this kind of topic here, Card Counting in Blackjack.
Thank you for linking my topic. I have done some research about this and yes you can't do much about it online. The profit is not worth the effort to count the cards and most of the time you might be wrong about your guess. There are on the other hand, physical casinos which you can exploit although it will be a mental gymnastics to do so.

No problem mate, I remember you thread that's why I did try to link it up here so that the OP can see it as well. Yeah, probably it is more "adapted' in land based casinos, but then again, everyone in the floor and in the eye in the sky keeps tab of everyone in the table and can spot card counters and we all know that it is not illegal per se, but casino's can ask you to leave the vicinity as it is a private property.
6597  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your Life After 10 years in Bitcoin... on: December 02, 2020, 09:12:58 PM
Now bitcoin is preparing to reach another ATH. Are you still there and holding your bitcoins? What happened to your life after 10 years in bitcoin? Is there any changes?

I just take bitcoin seriously in the last 10 years, was here during the last all time high, but I would say that I didn't hold that much though. But from 2018 up to know, I really understand and really learn what I holder and that I should save or stack bitcoin and then look for the next bubble, next all time high. So we will see how it will change my life and others.
6598  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Climbs Above $19,000 – Heading to New All-Time High? on: December 01, 2020, 11:43:10 PM
Bitcoin will now enter the New All time high! I hope the day goes past $ 20k,
FOMO come, don't go!, this time it's really thrilling, after a big correction happened,
BItcoin is able to be at $ 19800 now!

Bitcoin is now on the $19000 mark, there's no stopping now, it's just a question on time, this year or next year it's still 50% for me because we all thought that Bitcoin is going to reach another all time high but we end up Bitcoin going down 11%, but now Bitcoin is $19k level again makes us wonder if this is the right time that become to go $20 k.

It went as high as $19,800 but then plummeted to $19k after reaching it. But you have to understand that this is just the beginning of the month, we still have plenty in the tank to close the year with new all time high. I'm still positive that we can slice $20k this month, as there could still young blood out there to pump the market in the 2nd-3rd week.

Quick update on Povetkin:

Alexander Povetkin Recovers From COVID-19, Begins To Train

Quote
WBC interim-heavyweight champion Alexander Povetkin of Russia has recovered from his recent battle with COVID-19.

The boxer has resumed light training - according to information provided by his team to TASS.

Eddie Hearn, who promotes Whyte, has targeted January 30th as the tentative date for the second fight.

Whether or not Povetkin can be physically ready by the January date is still being determined.

"Alexander has recovered, he is feeling well now. He is gradually starting to train, but not at full strength. It has not yet been determined whether the fight with Dillian Whyte will take place in January," a team spokesman told the outlet.

https://www.boxingscene.com/alexander-povetkin-recovers-from-covid-19-begins-train--153664

The date is tentative though according to Hearn, but I'm sure the date will be push something Feb-March. As there are not enough time for Povetkin to at least do a proper preparation, which usually 6-8 weeks for high level boxers.

So let's wait for the official announcement probably next month, and then I will keep this thread updated.

Based on historical logs, nung nangutang sya nung October 2019 eh around $10k pa lang ang bitcoin sa nasa around PHP 150k++ that time.
