I am excited already watch Manny Pacman Pacquiao to fight again. I have analyzed tha due to age Manny could go slow down and power punches could also be gone on some percentage as he got more age. Anyway, the Manny pacman Pacquiao fighting style could still be there and that is what makes every Filipino enjoying watching Manny Pacman Pacquiao fight.
I disagree, Manny maybe old now but I think he still have those skills that helped him win titles. For me, age doesn't really matter, Manny Pacquiao prepared for this fight and I know he can win this fight because he has more experience than Thurman. Having the necessary skill-set is one thing and maintaining the energy level during a 12-round match is another. Out of these two fighters, no one would deny that Manny Pacquiao is the more skilled one. But I am not sure whether he will be able to avoid exhaustion during the final rounds, in case the fight goes to the 12th round without a KO.

I want Sir Jadeja to play in the semifinal match against New Zealand. Mediocre players like Kedar Jadhav and Vijay Shankar were given multiple opportunities so far in the tournament, but the best Indian all rounder was left out of the team in 8 out of the 9 matches. When he was given a chance at last, he made the maximum use out of it and got the crucial wicket of Kusal Mendis.

India won twice, Aus 5 times, WI twice and Pak once. So NZ and Eng have never ever won the cup despite of reaching finals thrice. NZ lost last WC so they will be more desperate this time and England too. I hope NZ maintain their bad form as when they play good cricket, most teams lose the matches. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) New Zealand has good seam bowling, I just hope weather won't be cloudy so they won't get any swing. If they will get swing, just expect so much drama in match. New Zealand showed that in practice match before world cup and won against India. I wouldn't read much in to the initial win by NZ during the warmup matches. Indians were relatively new to the pitch conditions and the New Zealand bowlers such as Trent Boult and Lockie Ferguson made the maximum use out of it and rattled the batsmen. But now the Indians have got themselves adjusted to the local conditions and therefore it is not going to be a problem.

Looks like the New Zealand vs India semi-final is going to be an one sided affair. The former have been playing horribly for the past 3-4 matches and I don't think that they have much of a chance against a strong Indian lineup. On the other hand, the other semi-final will be a closely fought one. Both Australia and England have almost equal chances of winning.

I think it's high time projects know that they cannot rely solely on bounty and airdrop as a means of promotion. A lot of projects launch and they rely on their bounty campaigns and airdrop to help bring in investors and therefore fail to reach their softcap.
I never said bounties are not effective but it should only be used to create and reward their community not to bring in investors. If a project wants to promote it crowdsale then the team should deploy real promotional means like paying top influencers, attending conferences, advertisements on top sites like coinmarketcap, etc. Because no matter how good the project is, if it can't market properly then it won't reach its goals and if a project is mediocre but have a top notch marketing program, it will succeed beyond expectations.
The alternatives that you have listed here may be more effective, but they are very expensive as well. The first point you have listed out is to pay the top influencers. Now these guys are not going to accept payments in shitcoin. You need to pay them either in fiat or BTC/ETH. And I am not sure how many of the ICO promoters will be willing to consider that.

Altcoin are having a hard time and hard to recover even if BTC is getting pumped. Usually, as BTC gets up also Altcoin gets up. I hope altcoin will climb the soonest.
Well, that used to be the case in the past, but now the situation has changed. After the big fall in the valuation of many of the alts in 2018, the investors are very reluctant to invest in them. And another reason may be the decline of the ICO market. Apart from rare exceptions such as LINK, almost all the altcoins have gone down against BTC.
|
|
|
The issue with many of the altcoins is that their current market cap is not truly reflective of their user-base and acceptability. IMO, many of them are overpriced by several times and BNB is no exception. And perhaps that is the reason why this coin has gone down heavily against BTC during the last few weeks. At this point of time, BNB does not look like a good buy for me.

It's too easy for Pak to win this match. Shakib every time can't do miracles for the team as the openers are now failing them always. Pak is out of semis now so winning this will put a good end to their innings.
LOL.. Shakib for Bangladesh has become what Virat Kohli is for India. The problem is that cricket is a team sport and individual brilliance can't always win games. Unless he gets enough support from the rest of his team mates, Bangladesh will not be able to perform well in these type of tournaments. The world cup ends for both the Asian teams today.
|
|
|
The required run rate has crossed the 9.0 runs per over mark and Shakib is still fighting it out. Right now his total score in this world cup stands at 606 runs, which I believe is an all time record. Considering the fact that he has taken 11 wickets with his bowling as well, in all probability the man of the series award belongs to him. But the sad part is that Bangladesh will end the world cup with a loss.

This will happen over and over again , but think about how many of these operations a day is carried out with fiat
The mainstream media still want to paint Bitcoin as a currency of the scamsters and criminals, although the latest data indicates that usage of Bitcoin for illegal purposes have come down from 7% in 2013 to less than 1% in 2019. 99% of the Bitcoin transactions are being used for legal purposes and the mainstream media never highlights it.

Yesterday I saw the article about cryptocurrency market in India and how Libra will influence on their situation, that's quite interesting
I am from India and here the situation is getting worse by the day. Ever since the rumors came out that Bitcoin will be banned by the government, a lot of people have sold their coins and quit. The last local cryptocurrency exchange closed down last month, due to the harassment from the authorities. The mainstream media has also become quite negative regarding crypto.

A hardware wallet will not solve the security problem of storing your funds 100 percent. But it’s still safer than storing it on a computer. Personally, I use a regular wallet. Just trying to pay more attention to safety. If you take the adequate security precautions (2FA, email authentication.etc), then an online wallet such as Blockchain.com can give as much safety as a hardware wallet like Trezor or Ledger. But one advantage with these hardware wallets is that they are also capable of holding a large number of altcoins, in addition to Bitcoin. Blockchain.com on the other hand only supports BTC, BCH, ETH and XLM.

The required run rate is edging closer to 8 per over (it is 7.80 now), and the only advantage for Bangladesh now is that Shakib al Hassan is at the crease. Both the teams are out of the tournament, and the only consolation can come in the form of a man of the series award for Shakib. If he scores a century today, then he is a step closer to that. Currently, he is the top scorer in this world cup.

If he has the control of the address where more than 1M Bitcoin is on that address and he can sell it then I will believe that he is Satoshi.
We know that Satoshi is holding more than 1m Bitcoin in his address. Now if he really is satoshi then he must continue what he is planning and that is to sell it. SELL IT YOU FUCKING STUPID IDIOT!!!!!
Calm down. He don't have the private key to any of those wallets. Satoshi's wallets contain 980,000 BTC and Craig S Wright doesn't have the private key to move these coins to exchanges. This is just a scare tactic from him, to lower the exchange rate of BTC and to prop up his own shitcoin (Bitcoin SV). We should not fall in to this trap by purchasing BSV.

Pakistan scoring a very low score against West Indies and losing the match is the one that has caused for a big win in today's match. If it has got a decent score in that match now it could've got increased chance to make it get into the semi finals as it doesn't require to score very big and win against Bangladesh with a big margin.
Run rate can be very crucial in the end stages of the tournament. That's why the analysts always say that a team should bat out the full 50 overs, even if they are chasing a very large target. Too many teams aim for the full 2 points and lose wickets chasing unrealistic targets. They should have concentrated more on improving their Net Run Rate.

So it is official now. New Zealand has qualified for the semi-finals. Pakistan (after scoring 315 in 50 overs) needed to restrict Bangladesh to less than 8 runs, to qualify for the semis. After 8.0 overs, Bangladesh has scored 38/1. And after knowing the outcome of the two matches tomorrow, we'll know who will be the opponents for NZ during the semis.

"comfortably" - not so sure, Peru will for sure play a match of their life, cause when will they have the new chance to become champions? maybe never again
Even though Brazil is the favorite on the grand finals I also agree that it won't be a comfortable win for them. Peru got stomped during the group stages but they seem like a new team once they started progressing in the tournament. They're a strong team even if they don't win against Brazil on Sunday they still have a chance on the future tournaments because looking at their previous copa america results they usually finish top 8 or higher. I have a feeling that Brazil is going to win in a very comfortable manner. Peru had a few good matches recently, but it is not enough to take on the best team in the world. Teams like Argentina and Uruguay had a slight chance of beating Brazil, but not Peru. The final is going to be very one-sided and I won't be surprised if Brazil wins by a margin of more than 4 goals.

One thing is sure by now. A cryptocurrency with better technology won't be able to overtake Bitcoin. If that was the case, then Ethereum could have overtaken Bitcoin by 2014/15. Or third generation cryptocurrencies such as Cardano and NEO could have overtaken Bitcoin by 2017. Bitcoin has survived tough competition and its market share has grown considerably during the last 3-4 months.

Investing in gold is the most reliable and liquid investment. Fossil ore is less and less, and the farther away - the more expensive the precious metal. And what is Bitcoin? Zeros and ones that don't have any material value. Yes, it's a modern digital currency, and may even be with a great future. But Bitcoin will never be as reliable.
Do you really believe that gold is a liquid asset? And you really believe that gold is more liquid than something like Bitcoin? If that is the case, then I have to tell you that you need to learn more about cryptocurrencies. How can we even consider gold as a liquid asset? It is not readily accepted as a currency and selling gold is not super-easy. You need to pay markups if you want to sell your gold quickly.
