661  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Amazon accept crypto if Bitcoin skyrocket again? on: January 26, 2019, 03:07:14 PM
I heard that amazon already accepted bitcoin as the payment method. If the price of the bitcoin increase again it will have for sure there is a lot of shopping online website will accept bitcoin as payment method also because they will see the good purpose of having bitcoin because it can help to their shopping to get more customer and also to promote bitcoin.
besides that, I think with the increasing number of governments legalizing bitcoin, there will be more and more online stores that facilitate payments using btc. because it can foster people's trust
662  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we get people to use bitcoin as a currency? on: January 26, 2019, 03:03:09 PM
I have used bitcoin to buy goods (some items), we can only transact with people who understand bitcoin and cryptocurrency if we use bitcoin to someone who does not understand it he will never want to use it . and of course if bitcoin stable more people want bitcoin

That is obvious man. And why would they even accept Bitcoin if they know nothing about it? These merchants accept Bitcoin since they know that they will be having a profit in the long run. And if you are saying that people will want Bitcoin more if it is stable, I think that will be harder since we all know that Bitcoin is a decentralized and a volatile crypto currency.
currently there are still a few who accept bitcoin as a means of payment, about 1% of the world's population uses it and it is spread throughout the world, so that only in certain online stores we easily find transactions using btc
663  Economy / Economics / Re: When will Apple accept bitcoins? on: January 26, 2019, 02:59:51 PM
Well, there's a possibility that they will accept bitcoin but I'm sure it will take a lot of time. Cryptocurrency market is very volatile and not regulated in other countries so this is some reason why big companies still not accepting bitcoin as means of payment.
with the large fluctuations, of course, Apple still counts to accept bitcoin related to the risks later. moreover the government has not legalized it so that the whales are free to move to seek personal gain
664  Economy / Economics / Re: Is government the most influential factor that affects Bitcoin price? on: January 24, 2019, 05:05:56 AM
I think the existence of legalization from the government will certainly give confidence to investors, so they are more confident to enter the market. so that it is expected to increase the price
665  Economy / Economics / Re: PREDICTION IS SOMETIMES LIKE A FALSE PROMISE on: January 24, 2019, 05:00:32 AM
Last year saw many people predict BTC year-end prices, but nothing was validated with time. it is very difficult for BTC to reach predictable prices. Future price predictions fail to consider many factors and problems that may occur over time. Maybe, we can only estimate the value of assets for the next few days like weather experts.
You are right, the forecasts do not need to be trusted, especially when it comes to the market of crypto-currencies. In the short term, the price can be guessed, but not with 100% accuracy. Therefore, I decided for myself not to trust the various experts and make decisions on my own.

I agree with you, that we should not trust anyone regarding on prediction because crypto market are changing always depending on the market demand on which can possibly give us a profit or a loss if we don't have enough knowledge and strategies in crypto market.
Trust on yourself, that's the only thing you do if you want to survive.
We are in the free market and we have the freedom to say whatever we want and some people are so vocal with their prediction but that
prediction is just based on their opinion. Although they analyze that well before they come up of it, but it does not guarantee anyone that it will happen.

One of the reason why a lot of people failed investing in crypto is because they don't trust themselves, they rely too much on experts opinion.
Yeah from that, we know why are there a lot of speculations and predictions that are spinning a lot in the community, because they're all free to argue. you're right you have to believe in yourself, don't let believe in the predictions of others people who might be wrong
by believing in ourselves, we will become close to perfect humans, because every mistake we will improve with self-awareness, so that we will become experienced traders later
666  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you long on, and why? on: January 24, 2019, 04:56:51 AM
I just miss ethereum prices, I think ethereum prices will not decline until now, so I invest in ethereum.
until now I kept holding it and still hoping for an increase in ethereum prices, really missed him a lot.
if you have ethereum as your cryptocurrency asset, it will good in future.dont worry if you missed cheap price  , if we have trust in this coins in future it will give us profit.
like me who is still faithfully holding ethereum, still has the enthusiasm to hold it. although at this time the price is not good enough, at least I can add my assets to prepare for the future
667  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing in Bitcoin in 2019? on: January 23, 2019, 03:01:02 AM
Crypto is not a get rich quick platform, you must be patient enough to wait after investing.
It is a wise decision to invest in BTC, thou no one has being able to deduce specific time when the bull run will commence, it is wise to plan ahead.
and to wait for that there is no time limit and no one knows when the price will rise according to our wishes. need to be aware of this, so you will not be disappointed later. because the price may be below when we enter the market even though we have waited a long time
668  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy in your country on: January 23, 2019, 02:57:20 AM
For now the economy in my country is still very far from prosperous, because there are many unemployed people in my country who cannot work, so many people who live suffer in my country.
maybe with the presence of cryptocurrency you can introduce it to people around you to work on bitcoin. thus their lives will be better, without spending capital they can follow the bounty campaign that has been provided
669  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency Exhanges - South Korea on: January 23, 2019, 02:53:41 AM
To be honest many exchanges were faking their trading volumes and you can find it when you watch the trade orders from both sides of buy and sell but the exchanges like Binance are having real volume but it doesn't mean they can't be manipulated. It maight be done by individuals who holds bigger amount of cryptos or just by the people from exchange who also maybe a whale. But it is very good that governments having regulations like these to crypto trading platforms.
I once encountered a fake pump, and it seemed like it was a fraud, but indeed what I met in a less well-known exchange. maybe indeed it was done by individuals with a specific purpose. after that the price dropped again very dramatically
670  Economy / Economics / Re: what should consider before investing in a coin? on: January 22, 2019, 07:00:20 AM
There are many factors we need to considee before investing in a coin. We need to determine the project if it is good and if that coin will be patronize by the people. We need to know the platform and strategy of the project if it will grow and become successful  in the future. Also we need to know if there are huge demand on it ,if there are many investors investing on this coin and if it has a higher volume in the market. We need to be careful in investing so that we can earn profit and not losses.
to choose the coin that is difficult to do. but we can see their roadmap, where of course there will be a breakthrough to improve their project. from there we can see whether the coin is worth investing
671  Economy / Economics / Re: If you had 10000$ on: January 22, 2019, 06:56:07 AM
just dont put all of your egg in one bag , do invest with 2-4 coin  so if you lose on one of them , you still have chance to get profit on other

Couldn't help myself ... no hard feelings  Smiley

Just don't put all of your eggs in one bagbasket, do invest with 2-4 coins so if you lose on one of them, you still have a chance to get profit on the others.
you're right, if you have that much money, and intend to make an investment, don't ever do just one investment on the internet. I really like the principle of "don't keep everything in one basket", you know, that doing that will only increase the risk you have.
we should diversify our asset.its more important to think about the risk than just thinking about profit opportunity.as investors we have to able make good calculation about our investment in future.
right, with diversification we will get new sources of income. at least we have assets in other fields. this will indirectly improve our psychology to stay on cryptocurrency. we know to hold in the long run, not something easy
672  Economy / Economics / Re: Russia Prepares To Buy Up To $10 Billion In Bitcoin To Evade US Sanctions on: January 22, 2019, 06:52:55 AM
If Rusia government buying bitcoin worth $10billion in market, i think its good news for bitcoin holder. People will think bitcoin can be government reserve and if this step followed by others country, i think bitcoin will be profitable in the future
This mean there’s another whales who can control the market and its the Government. Well, its good since the price will go up high again but hopefully this market should not be the place for a one government to evade something, this market is offering good service and if Russia push that one maybe the US will make move to regulate more the cryptocurrency.
of course if it becomes real, it will be an encouragement for countries that first legalize bitcoin. with the many races in positive news it will drive the progress of bitcoin and of course it will increase the price
673  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you describe the situations of the crypto market today? on: January 21, 2019, 08:00:16 AM
As we experienced for the past few months, crypto market price is still declined and maintain its position.

For me, i really believed that somehow their are big people or personalities behind it,who controlling the crypto market, it's a some sort of strategy for them to be able to gain huge profit.

The main reason of this was due to bearish market which is still in effect in which its makes the people to avoid this investments in fear but still i believed that a manipulation will trigger the bullish run therefore it will involved some personalities like the big whales.Without someone will influence the market to go up then i'm afraid that crypto will never become great again.
but it will be different if bitcoin gets recognition from many countries, of course there will be many people who need btc, and not like now, where there are minimal users. of course if that happens then the price will go up
674  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold Bull Starting: It's Bigger and Better Than Last Time on: January 21, 2019, 07:55:21 AM
The main difference is that people who have bought bitcoin in 2011 have made a fortune, people that have bought gold in 2011 are still counting loses. And if takes you more than 10 years to at least cover your investment...

ah, that's not a fair comparison though. those are just arbitrary time periods. if you look back at the 2000-11 period, gold rose something like 600-700%. that's a pretty incredible gain for a historically stable and reliable commodity. they aren't bitcoin-level gains, but i also wouldn't expect that from an asset that's been traded for thousands of years.

up to the present, they're both well-performing assets over the long term. i'm content leaving it at that. Smiley
different from gold where after a remarkable increase is not followed by a remarkable decline as well. whereas we can see btc now. but I think BTC is just waiting for time from the government regarding the regulation
675  Economy / Economics / Re: Where should we focus this year? on: January 21, 2019, 07:51:32 AM
You need to study the market every step of the way and also there is the whole STO and Dapps going wild So i think there should be expected investments coming from those angles Markets this year seems to be focused regulations and trading So is more like watching closing now as crypto tends to establish itself more fully
Seeing these conditions, I think it would be better for us to increase investment, because when Bitcoin found its identity again to enter its path, we did not do Fomo and stayed out of the market as we wanted
676  Economy / Economics / Re: Who is really hopeful about the future of Bitcoin and why? on: January 20, 2019, 02:04:27 PM
those who hope with crypto currency are investors who have the confidence and patience to keep investing with crypto currencies and of course they have high hopes of developing the crypto currency
A real investors and not just a speculator. We see a great future in this market, and this is why we continue to have faith and hope in the market, we know this will pump again. Bitcoin will bounce back again there should be no doubt on this.
right, investment now and smile later. with good news and reinvesting investor confidence, it will make a big impact on the market. hence more investment, of course there will be more benefits that we will get later
677  Economy / Economics / Re: Russia Prepares To Buy Up To $10 Billion In Bitcoin To Evade US Sanctions on: January 20, 2019, 02:00:38 PM
Well, I'm not really sure we can considerate this news source really trusted.
I think they are going to speculate too much on this USA-RUSS thing...

Forget about the truth of the news. Actually markets of crypto moves with the news. In the past I have seen many WRONG negative news which resulted in fud and dump of bitcoin prices. Before the time, the news is validated, the people already dump their coins which is not the right approach though.

Now with this positive news , it will be taken as a motivation by the investors and they will surely start buying more bitcoins before bitcoin price rises more. Overall I think we are moving towards positive direction and hope fully this year will be much better than the last year.

right now i not see news like this have effect to make BTC price pump too much.

only news like exchange hack can make BTC price dump more than everything

indeed there has just been news of hacking on the exchange, and of course this is very detrimental. but we aspire if Russia provides good news, hopefully it will be real and prices will rise
678  Economy / Economics / Re: More than USD 1.5 bln has been stolen from exchanges. Here’s a recap on: January 20, 2019, 01:56:14 PM
That is why we need to push for a better regulation when it comes to the whole cryptocurrency industry. I know a lot of people here still don't want to connect the industry to the government but it is the only way to move forward, these crypto exchange companies cannot protect our person security on their own and the government has their right to protect their own citizen's well being. If you want for mass adoption to happen without this scams continuing we need to support the government to improve the industry not protest against them interfering.
I don't see an advantage in this, if funds are stolen they are lost anyways. Regulation can't get back hacked funds and hackers will always find a way to trick exchanges and getting them hacked. It's just a normal security issue everyone should be well aware of. Also governments get hacked.
Best solution is to store as little funds as possible on an exchange wallet and store coins offline in a safer wallet. The high number of hacks to famous exchanges has shown that exchanges are not suitable for storing funds.
but with the regulation of the government will increase the prestige of the cryptocurrency and that makes a positive value. hackers are always looking for weaknesses, of course we must anticipate it, and I agree with your opinion to save it on the offline wallet
679  Economy / Economics / Re: Top 10 Reasons Why Bitcoin Is Falling Down on: January 19, 2019, 04:30:33 AM
Top 10 Reasons Why Bitcoin Is Falling Down

https://u.today/top-10-reasons-why-bitcoin-is-falling-down

-The frontloaded success of cryptocurrency mining
-Regulatory roadblocks
-FOMO turned into FUD
-Rampant market manipulations
-No institutional money
-The ‘Blockchain over Bitcoin’ narrative
-News about the recent stock market crash
-US investors avoiding paying capital gain taxes
-Mainstream media coverage
-Will the BTC price recover?

The last one has the most impact of all. If people are always doubting , the mindset of them and the newbies will change. They will avoid BTC as possible and find shitcoins for them to invest. Newbies , are easily to be fooled amd if all of the posts are full of doubts and negative thoughts, i dont think they still go with BTC.
I think with prices falling now, there are still many non-active investors waiting and seeing. even though at the moment they are leaving BTTC now, but they I think many do not leave completely, and will return if it feels that the market is on track
680  Economy / Economics / Re: Just a friendly reminder.... on: January 19, 2019, 04:17:10 AM
but inevitably, the economy cannot run without a medium of exchange, and now the legal exchange rate in all countries in the world is paper money. so we can't refuse it.
the government holds the main role, so that as citizens we must obey the rules that have been made by the government. and fiat currency has been recognized throughout the country so we must use it
