661  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Help Needed for my Steller Account on: April 01, 2019, 09:38:54 AM
I have a steller account which I have funded with 1.1 XLM. I want to hold some other asset on my wallet but when I open my wallet on Stellerport.io to create a trustline for that asset the trustline button is not clickable. Can anyone provide me with some sort of solution?

i think this is a simple situation and i want to assume that you need 1 xlm each to add a trustline.
so you can purchase about 10 xlm, it is very cheap.

Then try to add the trustline again, if it does not work after this, write to support.

Right, To add trust for each Token you need 1.1 XLM in your wallet. Hence it is better for you to hold few XLM to your Stellarport wallet so that you can use more trust line. I am also new in Stellarport wallet but i am able to add trust line for holding XLM in my wallet.

Its april fools joke, if u submit real info ur skammed

I think this is not real KYC (know your customer), it is just a joke for April. I have also submitted KYC documents. There are a lot of fun in the KYC form if you observed already. So it is fun, don't take it seriously guys but we want to welcome if real KYC is taken.
663  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which algo is the best? on: March 30, 2019, 10:19:47 AM
If you don't have an idea on which algo is the best, you shouldn't even fork a coin on your own.

What's the reason why you want to fork a coin?

Right, as a team or developer of a coin, he should have enough idea about blockchain, and how does it work, how to create a new coin, develop that coin. In a nutshell he should have knowledge about creation a coin or fork a coin. If he is weak in such field, he should hire an experienced developer.
664  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is this a good idea? on: March 30, 2019, 10:12:51 AM
I am suggesting you  two ways-
1. You can hold Ethereum for few days as ETH rate is now 0.0345 BTC. It can touch again 0.034 BTC then you can sell it with BTC.
2. If you are good at analysis on different altcoins, you can buy and trade altcoins. It may increase your capital.
Now decide which strategy you will follow. Basically i follow both strategies.
665  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Future for cryptocurrency? on: March 29, 2019, 11:39:05 AM
With blockchain data can be stored in a decentralized public book.

With cryptocurrency, we can make anonymous transactions without centralized intervention.

If you add speed and spread to the public, then the future is cryptocurrency.

How do you think?
There is no doubt that cryptocurrency is the future money. As a decentralized system, crypto currency has got popularity in the world. Everyday, more and more people are getting engaged in crypto by getting in touched of globalization.
666  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you have to take risks. on: March 29, 2019, 11:34:54 AM
Yes, you are right. Every business has its own risks and as we all know, life itself even risks, and knows the business knows success.
These are two benefits of taking risks in my opinion.
1. Taking it quickly makes you stand out and show your confidence.
That is the best way to get people to stop and see you as a leader, as someone to be reckoned with. The most successful start ups are run by people who will never be "ok" with the status quo. Having knowledge combined with self-confidence makes you shine.

2. Risk taking can teach us new lessons that we don't miss.
Taking risks gives us invaluable opportunities to grow. It's nice to take risks, and if they don't succeed the first time, take what you have learned and take other risks. You only learn when taking risks and really learning what will make you successful. Nothing is impossible.

There is no business without risk. Every business has risk, i like to take risk in invest but before investment, i research on that coin's pros and cons. It helps me to take decision in investment and make profits. So, risk is vital and risk takers do success in business.

668  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DO WE REALLY NEED MORE STABLE COINS? on: March 28, 2019, 01:37:22 PM
Some friends of mine always lament  that 'we  need more stable coins in the cryptosphere' and I think that is highly achievable looking at the promising prospects that has been achieved by tether. It seems some upcoming projects are also promising to introduce stable coins. Is it possible to have more stable coins on the crypto market? What would really happen if we get more stable coins on the crypto market, would the volatility reduce?

Already we have many coins that are stable. I think we don't need more stable coins right now. But if new and stable coin comes in the market, we will welcome it.
669  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding multiple altcoins on: March 27, 2019, 03:02:20 PM
I am a trader of altcoins in different exchangers. I am holding few altcoins but it is a matter of very pessimistic that all altcoins of mine are mostly valueless. Altcoins market is facing still down trend except for few coins. I am waiting and holding until it reaches to my capital.
670  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Team also needs to pass KYC on: March 27, 2019, 02:57:05 PM
Investors and bounty hunters are mostly required to undergo KYC while the team behind the project itself are not known. And they scam people. I suggest the team should first pass a "KYC" test and publish it on their website before investors and hunters are also made to do same. What do you also think?

Thank you for again bringing this topic to life. Almost one year ago I said the same thing. The scam opportunity is not just limited to money. The ICO owners can even sell out your KYC documents at a very good price. Read it here,

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2946614.0

Also the remediation plan needs to be well thought. Even if the ICO owners publishes their KYC documents in their website, how are you going to validate that?? Just try searching in Google playstore and you will find more than 20 apps that can help you to generate fake KYC documents. So there's no way to validate the authenticity of those KYC documents uploaded in the website either! If a scammer wants to scam, they can find hell lot of ways to do that!

KYC for bounty hunters aren't good decision.  It is now being used by some greedy team who abuse bounty hunters document. It is our risk to do kyc as a bounty hunter. Team of some projects flew away after collecting money from ICO and they become inactive, their tokens value damaged after seeing their greedy activities.
Another system should be stopped to show email id in the spreadsheet. It is also dangerous for our safety. Recently my blockchaing id has been by fake email. I have used my email in the few bounties, and the hacker take my email from the spreadsheet and my details.
671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DO WE REALLY NEED MORE STABLE COINS? on: March 26, 2019, 07:56:17 AM
We already have the likes of TrueUSD (TUSD), USD Tether (USDT), Bitcoin Air (USDAP) and other examples of stable coins; we do not need more any longer

But this is a decentralized ecosystem and anyone can come up with another form of token any time

Yes, few tokens are stable that you have said. I think there is no stable coins beside these (TUSD, USDT, USDAP) in coinmarket. Any coin or token is unstable, price are always changeable.
672  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 10 Best Cryptocurrency Exchanges for Crypto Trading in 2019 on: March 26, 2019, 07:52:50 AM
Coinbase isn't a good cryptocurrency exchange from my experience. Cryptocurrency exchangers ranking is based on volume, not on the base of popularity. I think Binance is the most popular exchanger. Bittrex, Hitbtc, Kucoin, Bitfinex and OKEx are few most popular exchangers after Binance.
673  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoins are on the up on: March 23, 2019, 10:49:35 AM
Keep your eye on Litecoins they are on the up again They are up over 183% in 2019 so far,  Its gone from $30 up to $61. Smiley

Light Coin is one of the top best five coins in the crypto world. Yes Light Coin recently pumped 100%+ in the last two months. Once we have seen LTC was $350 and now only $60. We are expecting LTC to see minimum $100 touch soon.
674  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I think the market is becoming bullish..What do you think on: March 23, 2019, 10:44:59 AM
With a lot of news in the crypto world I think we are ready and set for the next bull run. I am positive about it and I believe the market will not be bearish forever. I actually want to hear your view on this particular topic.

I believe that crypto market is going to be next bull run but it is not forever. Nothing can be forever. We are expecting a stable crypto market where destructive damage can't occur that we have seen the last year. Market is recovering slowly.
675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins With Low Trading Volume? on: March 22, 2019, 01:07:53 PM
Is it very bad if a coin has a low daily trading volume?  The known coins have at least 6 figures or more traded daily at the very minimum.  And of course btc and the top 10 coins are traded in the millions and even billions daily.

If a coin has low trading volume, is that very bad?

There are a lot of coins that's trading volume in 24 hours are very low like $10, $20 or $100. It is because investors have no intention to invest on that tokens. Popular tokens have sufficient trading volume either it is on pump or dump.
676  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to find out where to sell your coins. on: March 22, 2019, 01:04:27 PM
Hello. Surely many of you suffer from the fact that it is difficult to understand which of your little popular tokens are traded on decentralized exchanges.
However, now there is a convenient way without unnecessary problems.
Enter your wallet number and select the exchanges you are interested in.
The list has: EtherDelta (ForkDelta), IDEX, Token store, Switcheo, Joyso, Enclaves, SingularX, EtherC, Decentrex, DEXY.

Here the link:
https://deltabalances.github.io

Many people face this problem for his/her little popular tokens where it is listed. You have referred some exchangers lists but i only support IDEX. Etherdelta or forkdelta is not secure for use. My most familiar figures got hacked due to use of Etherdelta. I am giving few tips to find where your coins are listed.
1. Find the token's telegram and social media news. You can get the token listing news.
2. CMC search may help you in this regard to find listed exchange.
3. Coingecko can be your best help to find listing exchange for the tokens that aren't found in the CMC. Maximum tokens' listing information you will find here.
677  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want to invest on: March 21, 2019, 04:39:07 AM
I want to put some money into BTC, just in case, I also wouldn't mind learning to profit off trading them weekly or on a daily basis, I see potential. It looks alot more easier than forex and quicker than stocks.

Where do I start?

P.S - How is BTC expected to be the future if it so volatile, you will always have to worry about how much your paying ETC.

If you want to invest, you are welcome. You can invest in BTC via fiat money now. Wise investors will invest in BTC/USDT pair because it is more profitable from the perspective of the market situation. It is easier than forex but you need to be smart here with the time on a coin where you want to invest, take regular update, research.
678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ico fund raising on: March 20, 2019, 07:47:56 AM
This is not the case. I think that most ICO projects this year are raising money to make project developers rich, rather than better developing high-tech crypto and products.

I agree. We have seen many projects in the past couple of months that raised money and now they are inactive. They either don't take any steps to expand their objectives, or they do any for the investors. That's why that altcoins price are now very very low and investors are in huge losses. So ICO objectives should be fulfilled after raising money and develop their products so that investors will not face hesitation to further involve with the project.
679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Were you able to buy CELER NETWORK on: March 20, 2019, 06:01:36 AM
I had tried to buy $120 but failed. It was a hard competition among 39k users. Only 3129 investors were able to purchase token. The sale was completed in 18 minutes. I was a bit late on the ground and that's why I missed maybe.
Have you tried it? Got or missed. I think like as Fetch and BTT, celer will also give investors good profit. Will it be wise to buy on the exchange?
Yes, Celer Network tokes was sold within 18 minutes. I was tried but i haven't verified my binance account yet, that's why i wasn't given chance to buy. Binance already done BTT and Celer successfully. This will enhance more projects to launchpad through Binance from now.
680  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet that you trust? on: March 19, 2019, 04:00:33 PM
Which wallet do you consider for ERC-20 tokens and how safe is it?

I still consider Myetherwallet as safe for ERC20 tokens. But recently Myetherwallet recommends to connect Metamask or Ledger nano wallet for safety. They warned not to use Private key or Keystore file that i used before but now i have connected metamask and use myetherwallet through metamask. I think it is safer than private key or key store file.
