Kepindahan warga negara Indonesia ke Singapura memang didasarkan oleh jumlah penghasilan yang bisa didapatkan oleh mereka disana serta jenjang karir yang lebih baik dari pada di negerinya sendiri sehingga sebagian warga negara Indonesia yang sudah rela pindah kesana adalah mereka-mereka yang lebih memikirkan tentang karir dalam pekerjaannya serta penghasilan yang lebih lumayan disana. Selain itu, kepintaran yang sudah mereka miliki juga sangat di hargai disana sehingga hal tersebut juga bisa menjadi pertimbangan mereka untuk pindah ke Singapura walaupun keluarga besarnya masih tetap tinggal di negara Indonesia. Dengan banyaknya perpindahan kewarganegaraan kesingapura maka hal ini menjadi kerugian tersendiri bagi Indonesia karena akan menyebabkannya kekurangan sumber daya manusia yang unggul. Saya juga berpikir seperti itu om, karena ketika orang-orang yang memiliki intelektualitas yang tinggi atau kepintaran yang sangat mumpuni tidak lagi tinggal di Indonesia serta lebih memilih untuk tinggal di Singapura karena penghargaan yang mereka terima bisa lebih besar dan banyak, tentu hal tersebut akan membuat negara Indonesia kekurangan sumber daya manusia yang pintar sehingga negara akan selalu seperti sekarang tanpa ada kemajuan yang signifikan di sektor sumber daya manusia. Padahal Indonesia sendiri juga punya banyak perusahaan yang bisa menampung sumber daya manusia yang pintar ini supaya mereka tidak lari dari negerinya sendiri ke negeri orang lain. |
