661  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Goat is a SCAMMER!!! Part 2: Revenge of the Goat! on: June 03, 2014, 10:02:51 AM
Sadly enough this thread and a few others on here give me a good laugh, the drama is always high in the scam section.
662  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Goat is a SCAMMER!!! Part 2: Revenge of the Goat! on: June 02, 2014, 11:19:37 AM
Here we go again...the good old BTC attracts so much drama.

Yes, however if one can call another a scammer on this forum (with no evidence!) I think one should be able to defend oneself.

That locked thread thing bothers me as clearly it was not resolved. I'm still getting PMs saying send money or else! Oh well, open a new thread is an easy solution.

I guess so, I am a little confused why that thread was closed, maybe our moderator friend can shed some light on what happened to the OP since he went quiet.

This thread is really dragging on with no sign of either party getting closer to settling.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=556208.0;all

After the warm welcome ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=543089.0 ) we decide to start our services.
We are law firm based on Europe with lawyers from Romania,Macedonia,Bulgaria and Ukraine.
We currently don't have website because all our cases are based local so far.
We are seven financial law specialists and we are here to help about your financial and bitcoin problems.
Depends on the case our team will pick some of our lawyers based on which country would have better chance with the specific case.
We have won 54 cases so far with 2 in process.
All of them was about financial crimes and frauds.
We can verify the information without any problems.
Our prices starts from 0.5 to 1btc per hour for any financial/bitcoin problems/questions.
Prices about staring case depends on which Country we will choose to use because of the laws on it.
We have big experience and our specialists know exactly what they are doing and how to get the best result.
The defendant is not obliged to visit the courts physical, that is the best part.
There is no problem starting a case against American citizen or firm from European country,it is even better because it will make the defendant part harder.
No matter the defendant visit the Country/Court or not, case continues with or without him based on the proofs agaisnt the fraud/crime.

*Ask your questions via Private message.
**Skype may be requested for faster communicate and better service.

So, where your lawyer company is incorporated?

0.5 to 1 BTC?
I hope you are joking; No one will pay so much money for an "internet lawyer". Can you proof that you are a lawyer, eg. any certificates?
Ofcourse we can Smiley
You think our price is big ? (220 to 440$ per hour based on btc prices nowdays)
Our prices are lowered for the new service here,we take much more than this price from our phisycal clients.
If you are looking for cheapest services, then you are not looking for good lawyers.
"Internet lawyer" or physical one is the same, not sure why you think you will find cheap professional services?
If you are looking for someone who will teach in moove and not sure what he is doing, then i believe you will find someone cheap than us willing to take your money with doing nothing in frong.

US$ 200 to US$ 400 per hour for the services of an unidentified lawyer company operating somewhere in  Romania/Macedonia/Bulgaria/Ukraine?

 Roll Eyes

I have to agree, that sounds dodgy as fuck.

669  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: WARNING: Black Arrow Scam on: May 30, 2014, 12:09:18 PM
Only guessing but it could be like Butterfly Labs, they actually have the units, they mine with them until they do not profit anymore, then of course release the units to you, when they are worthless. Only a guess, but it was obvious BL was doing it.

673  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Goat owe me 3740.35 BTC on: May 27, 2014, 09:03:22 PM
Is this still going on? I am surprised some forum banning has not happened, or at least scammer beware tags.
674  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Goat owe me 3740.35 BTC on: May 26, 2014, 09:38:34 PM
I fail to understand why goat needs to be paid this BTC when its owed to the other, just pay the guy who is owed it. No middle man is needed and I really don't see the point? Looks like a cut and run to me.
675  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: His Most Eminent Highness Grand Caesar Imperator Goat owe me 3740.35 BTC on: May 26, 2014, 12:02:06 AM
Don't mind me, but where is this going? From a report on goat to now accusing a moderator?
676  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: UpcomingTruth@hotmail.com aka UpcomingTruth on: May 20, 2014, 07:49:36 PM
Sorry for the stupid username, I could not think of anything more creative at the time of my fury.

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST UpcomingTruth!!!! He is a cheater, thief and disgrace to mankind.

I stumbled on this forum because now I am on the hunt for this guy and he seems to be doing some business here.

He made a craigslist post for A1 Terrahash machines, gave me his real phone number and name (which was weird), kept in contact with me and OBVIOUSLY as soon as I sent the payments he avoided giving me tracking numbers and NOW he doesn't reply to ANYTIHING (email, calls, text). Transaction was done through paypal. Luckily I sent three separate payments, two of which were held for a while as "limited". He refunded me the two limited payments and took the third, said he sent the miners and obviously that was a lie.

Now I am yet another victim of bitcoin fraud. I could have definitely prevented this by sending the PayPal payment as "in exchange of goods and services" but that was my fault that I'm inexperienced enough to know that AND nice enough to cover the paypal charges since he was giving me a "good deal". I will try to dispute with the credit card that I used to make this transaction.

So next time I'm in Florida (as I'm there very often renting apartments) hopefully I run into this character. He gives out waaay too much information on separate blog spots on the internet.

I'm not here for people to feel bad for me. No. Just to do anything I can so that this f***er doesn't strike again. At least on anyone in this forum.

Please do anything you can to RE-POST.
If you need this person's name phone and email, let me know. Ill be happy to give it out to any of his victims.
I can also provide conversations and paypal screen shots between him and I, just to prove that I'm not writing this post for no reason.

I guess some peoples parents just gave up on raising their kids to earn money the honest way. Horrifying to think that these people will reproduce, and so will their mentality.

Have you tried making another dispute with Paypal? You should be able to get all the money back.
677  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Does anybody knows the user Coinhoarder? on: May 20, 2014, 10:50:24 AM
This guy is MIA since may 7 , He was running https://www.smarthashing.us/, and me and some other guys bought some Hosted Gridseed Asics to him. Long story short the guy  have not pay up the earnings , the miners are not online (well , at least not mining where they were) and can't be reached. I have tried PM, email , phone calls... nothing .

Does anybody knows him?thanks for the help

The sites working fine for me, slight delay in host resolve. I would suggest contacting him again, and maybe on these forums too.
678  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: WARNING: Black Arrow Scam on: May 20, 2014, 10:48:03 AM
I think what would be a bonus for dealing with such companies would be an escrow, maybe linked to a delivery company, so only when the item has been dispatched to the correct address that the bitcoins are released to the company. I am sure a automated service like this could be made, of course you would need to have the delivery company somehow flag the escrow for release.
679  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PSA: Add a Full Node for just $19/year! on: May 19, 2014, 06:58:30 PM
I have a complete mining farm at my personal datacenter, we also run public nodes on the bitcoin network to try and help speed up blockchain downloading for new or returning users.
680  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PSA: Add a Full Node for just $19/year! on: May 19, 2014, 05:46:38 PM
Its a fantastic idea and all, but paying for a server to have somebody else remote into it, add a status script and setup bitcoind with there donation address pasted on the website for something you pay for, seems... not right. It should be crediting the person who is paying for that VPS to run the node. Not directing to his wallet.
Not a problem. Morblias will gladly do it however you wish. Actually, when he and I first corresponded about him helping me with this, he asked for my donation address to put on the page. I responded that he should put his instead, since he was doing all the work and would be the one setting up additional nodes with any donation money folks might send. He obliged and set it up the way you see it.

I was and am fine with someone else getting the credit for the node. All I'm doing is paying for it, thankful someone else could set it up for me. I want no credit for this. After all, it's my contribution to the network.  Let's just call in anonymous, yes?

Now that sounds much better, I like that.
