Bitcoin is a currency!

Like the first number being 4 and the next few letters a word.
665  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is It Safe To Transfer Wallets Through The Internet? on: December 26, 2014, 02:10:29 PM
What I would do is to get the private key, break it up into several pieces, encrypt each part separately, and send all the encrypted parts and their keys separately over different channels.

That's actually a really good idea.

That's security.

But what I would do is just upload the dat to a cloud.
666  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: noob in bitcoin on: December 26, 2014, 02:00:47 PM
hello there,

-most cloud mining companies are scam.

-99% altcoins are scam

-dont trust a guy who says he can double your bitcoins in a week.

- just work for your BTC or buy BTC . thats the only safe method.

-store your hard earned BTC in a hardware wallet  Smiley :

Thanks you guys for your precious replies!!

But  Why in hardware wallets? Is blockchain, coinbase, etc is not safe?

It's on the internet, it's not stored with you.

so a hacker can easily steal your coins.

or

coinbase could suddenly close.

Next year July guys,  the block halves, be ready.

Chaos.. No one is ever going to ROI again.

Nope it is not. The next block halving is going to happen around July 2016 instead. So we are going to continue having a 25 block reward for one and a half year.

Whoops  Cheesy I seem to have jumped the gun.

Well it's almost 2015 so we're getting close.

This seems to be impossible. 10btc in one day is totally impossible I think. No one believe you dear. If you have any proof please post here

guess he meant $10 every day.

Or he is a rich early adopt whale that likes to spend.

Nope he meant 10btc a day, he's 2PAC!

Learn a skill, graphic design or a language to become a translator.
You could also try to become a personal assistant or help out website's support desks.

678  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your coin count? on: December 24, 2014, 05:37:55 PM
Who is 31 people which has more than 100 Bitcoin? I want to know all of them  Grin Grin Grin Grin. I have a small quantity of bitcoin, but I working very hard to reach a great result by the end of next year. However, with price raising we will see a more difficult for accumulate bitcoin..

Its just people claiming to have more than 100 Coins. Probably not true.

Why's it so unbelievable for someone to have more than 100 BTC?

I think that's because lots of people joined during the rise
and believed that bitcoin never started at something like a few cents.
679  Economy / Services / Re: Sr. Member - 1100+ posts - Looking for signature campaign - 0.05/mo on: December 24, 2014, 05:33:22 PM
15 posts a month is too low for any campaign. You might want to increase that count and you'll get many deals.

He probably is a very busy person irl life so he isn't able to post often.
680  Economy / Services / Re: ★ PAYOUTS INCREASED - SatoshiBet Signature Campaign - Up to .04 BTC Weekly ★ on: December 24, 2014, 05:28:55 PM
** UPDATE RE: ESCROW **

I know a number of you have been asking about escrow. Given the frequency of the payouts and the bonuses, we have elected NOT to use escrow. We have a campaign wallet (the address is in the OP) that we will keep topped up to fund payouts.

I was thinking about joining but I prefer to join with security.
