^^ The above is what i posted in SSD thread too just to be clear on what i came across. Hey StealthDevs i think you searched replaced Copyright (c) and removed razors from HERE and HERE and prolly a heap of other stuff you have done that too also. One day professionals are going to come through this space and stuff like this is going to make fools of us all so lets keep it legit hey!? The original is RAZORS! You also left out Shadows mention, using their stealth address code HEREIt wasn't cloned from razor, dumbass.

The wallet should not be having *any* effect yet. If you are staking now when you weren't before, and trying to get everyone else to do it, you're forking the network and ruining the coin. STOP. Close your wallet right now if it says your weight is suddenly 1000x higher than it was before.
Fixed it for you.

It was the password protected self extracting archive. Look up what the hits were for. They are all consistent with that type of file. False positives.

Sorry I fell asleep guys. I've been going for days. Hang on I'm going to have a look. It sounds like I might have accidentally left a if (true) in the posted wallet code. Having a look now. Staking should not be doing anything different for almost another 14 1/2 hours.
Dev! Hurray! Go get'em!!

on the other hand, the previous zipped wallet was 23mb, the new one is 9mb 10 and 10. Also, the very first wallet was a password protected self extracting archive. The password protected self extracting part is probably what caused the flags in the virus detection. Run the file that resulted from the extraction if you want to check for viruses. You are now officially a troll.

THAT File contained a virus! and it's the same file dev is giving us now I'ts not the same file, beanbrain: % md5sum ~/Desktop/seedcoin-qt* b5d76ce805f8bc645eed712febc5fe90 /home/me/Desktop/seedcoin-qt (1).zip e23e0a42e0c4985b8c9bc8024daca229 /home/me/Desktop/seedcoin-qt.zip

Look at SUMGYE signature sumgye is on the pinkcoin team. Read the thread. He claims it on the thread many times and no one contests his claims.

Genius: he put it in the same place in his dropbox account. Ergo same link.

Several of us have built up a network with the new client.
We've managed to sync it to bittrex, so things may not be so bad.
We are monitoring the network until the dev shows up.
Bittrex is still on the old wallet.
|
|
|
we're on the new wallet. had to restart it a few times, but its working now, and we are hashing away.
Are you synced to bittrex. Don't be a dedicated.
|
|
|
I stopped the update on the pool while the dev clarifies. Pool's still running the old wallet.
Wise move. You also should check your block count against bittrex. We have been able to sync the new wallet to bittrex, but it required some restarts.

Dev: You need to revert to your previous commit. PRONTO.
|
|
|
updating now, will post back once it's done.
Don't do it. The new wallet is forking the network all to hell. This isn't fud. I'm on a team tracking this right now.
|
|
|
But seriously, dev, you need to put out a wallet with version numbers PRONTO!
It's only 18.5 hours until the new staking rules kick in.
At that point, a fork *will* happen. If 51% aren't on the new wallet it's going to get ugly and the coins will get cheap.
We need to put pressure on the dev to get a wallet out with version numbers.
This isn't a volunteer effort. This was an ICO.

Is 2 seedcoin in a block stake more than 1 seedcoin in a block?
is that how it works?
They stake at the same interest rate. So if you stake for one day at 269% interest (as will be the case in a few days), you'll earn 2.69 coins on the one you staked. If you have 2 coins, it would be 5.38 coins earned. The input of 2 coins would mint a little faster than the input of 1 coin because the input of 2 coins would have twice the weight.

if youd like use me type this in the console "addnode=oz3tA$v7@d92PxfJ4%9f addnode" without quotes. that should add my wallet lets try and strengthen the staking part of the network

Updated wallet still shows version number from previous wallet..v1.0.0.0... htf does one know which wallet they have? lol becoming sketchy now. Not sketchy, but it does need to be fixed. The dev is on line.
