Nothing much as you see. market is nearly under 1000 sat what a joke, letting people believe then leave the coin to die. Fear is the mindkiller. Nah more like if you don't understand crypto markets that's what is going to kill it. Going down to 1000 sat, nothing to attract demands yet, no activity, no community a Dev which never come post anything. Doesn't look like a mindgame here its all logical. In 9 day there is supposed to be the casino release, if this doesn't come out well you know... In Mean IS taking a minute, though - I believe that was your original complaint, and I can certainly accept - NOW it has been a while. I'm still not worried, but every coin has a moment where either it moves towards aspirations or drifts away. This coin is approaching that point now. The lull in bitcoin makes every coin look worse, and rabid emotional young folk make every detail of ebb and flow out to be the end of the world. Also, with this fucking brutal dilution, only maybe two dozen coins or so will be relevant in a year. I hope this one manages, and I expect nothing. |

Why are people complaining.... If you read through the entire thread.. you know PRC isnt about quick money... And this coin isnt dead at all... few weeks ago the nethashrate was about 40/50mhs... its steady now at 60/65mhs since the last prosperday... so there are more and more people who like this coin and its future plans... Yes I need too make some monthly btc income too... Thats why I'm mining 2 or 3 days a week on PRC, and the rest on "profitable" coins. And I'm sure I wont regret doing that in the near future. We've seen prices at 20k satoshi and peaked at 50k satoshi sometimes... dont worry... and get them cheap at exchange or with low mining diff. while you can  It is my fault 'Mt. Rev' is here - I asked him to read through all 380 pages of Lottocoin's original thread before he called me a troll. He didn't. So, well, he won't here. Don't feed the troll. Also, sorry. I can't say I like this coin, but the second it rebounded to 2 sat I decided why the fuck not, everything else drops straight to the LITs... - plus I loathe almost all the newer shit even more. So, any LOT specific poker, or just what Mr Lot suggested a dozen pages ago? Applying Scrypt-N would make all of us rich

any other suggestions are welcome(fair suggestions to newcomers )Why unfair? n-scrypt is a harder algo, meaning that whoever mined up until now, is becoming kind of a "instaminer" if we will change to n-scrypt. you can say "its their problem they did not join from the start" but its one side, the other side will think "it doesn't worth to join when there are people who got to mine so much with a much easier algo" etc etc.. that is just how i see it as for now, i could be wrong p.s same goes for doing the halving right now, this is why i am holding it back until i'm sure if we do it now, 0day miners will become instaminers, the coin is alive for a short period of time and it is unfair to newcomers That was my problem with the KDC reward change - it just made a brutal advantage for the 'bagholders' and offered nothing to new folk... So nowadays a coin gets immediately removed from the BTC market when it reaches the 1-3 Satoshi level? It's funny, last year there were coins being traded in that regime for months on the BTC market on cryptsy. There were al lot less coins, then. Now, with 100 pump and dump coins a month - just like LOT was and is - there is no way an OLD scamcoin will make a comeback... LOT is a scamcoin, but I assume Prospercoin isn't? Another exchange is not what BEE needs. It NEEDED something new and useful - a fair launch of another nonunique coin was not enough. This is sixty pages of people working hard at convincing themselves the coin is going somewhere, and NO ONE actually creating value. Sorry, just read the illusions for too long. New functions, or the trash bin for this one... I think it does need another exchange, so the dumb walls come down. Guys will will have another place to sell and more interest will start. It doesn't need crypsy. I don't think they'll come down - too many BEE, too fast. But Cryptsy would be death, for sure. |

If you have coin A and coin B and their only difference is the scarcity of A, the price of A will be larger in the long run. This means that coin B is not good as an investment & store of value, except for quick profit making.
Bitcoin could be mined for 140 years. It means bitcoin is inflation in your whole life. 5B new doge every year means, it is a very small inflation and the inflation is reducing every year. Bitcoin = finite Dogecoin = infinite Bitcoin = scarce Dogecoin = abundant Finite / scarce = better price than infinite / abundant. It's just the way it goes with supply and demand. Basic economics. Dogecoin is infinite only if you have infinite lifespan. Scarcity is a good reason to drive price up only when the item has tangible value. When the value is purely speculative, scarcity (and deflation) will kill the trading and it leads to poor market depth and frequent price crashes. Bitcoin will be dead when it gets fully mined. Doge will keep on marching towards the moon. This is why few people say iCoin might be the main coin in a year as it has 900 year mining cycle. VERY few people, since there will be no WAY these methods will be necessary in 80 years, never mind 900. How pointless. |
