T-minus 6 days till Founder's Club Lambo tokens released You know, I've been doing some research on what supercar to buy when the ICONOMI team buys out all the current Lambo available inventory. I've decided I'm not going to bother with some junk car made by pathetic, lazy Southern European wanna-be engineers working for a some loser Italian company whose name ends in "i". I'm gonna buy a class car made by Northern Europeans running a company having some double consonants in their name. And no, BMW. doesn't. count. Meet the Koenigegg One:1. Starting at only $3M. http://www.designboom.com/technology/jay-leno-koenigsegg-1360-hp-one-1-10-04-2016/http://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/2015-koenigsegg-one1-first-drive-reviewPlus, the free girl that comes with a Koenigegg will be a Nordic blue-eyed blonde. I can live with that.

I was in NYC last week and lawyers there talk 6 digit figures and our PR agency is located right on Wall Street - they for sure are not the cheapest - but are very much needed.
Jani, my opinion of you, and my belief that ICONMI is going to be a "to da moon" success, just went up even higher... by a lot.

so what is now the final price of one iconomi (ICN) ? how much it is worth? also does the first who bought have an edge over the last one?
I read a few pages back, they said its about 19k-21ksat though im no sure, because i invested when the bonus was still on The price keeps fluctuating a little bit with the current cost of BTC, even tho the ICO is closed. According to my calculations, using the current ICO website data and coinmarketcap.com price of BTC as $612.85: 1 ICN = 0.131 USD
1 ICN = 0.00021403 BTC = 21403 satoshiThat price includes around $633K of early investor bonuses. For those of you who know me from Lisk, yes, I've got a spreadsheet set up that calculates all this stuff. This is the pricing of the black market Liqui IOU tokens, NOT an official ICN price. Lisk had a similar experience with IOU tokens between its ICO and exchange launch. Their black market IOU tokens went as high as $3 and that price crashed once official Lisk coins went on sale Poloniex. Lisk now trades around 0.25 USD each in a fair market. Moral of this story: Beware IOU tokens.

Coin distribution? How to withdraw funds?
ICNs will be issued with the deployment of a smart contract on the Ethereum network and transferred to an Ethereum address that users will be able to provide through the ICONOMI website interface (ico.iconomi.net). Users who fail to do so will be able to access their ICNs via the ICONOMI website itself. Best for you is to sync Ethereum vallet. I use Mist. Maybe are some better. Can we use myetherwallet.com?i'm only use myetherwallet.com for now Read my previous posts for an overview of using myetherwallet for ICN. I'm still doing research about using myetherwallet and I will keep everybody posted on my progress. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1587736.msg16411425#msg16411425https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1587736.msg16415791#msg16415791https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1587736.msg16421081#msg16421081In the next 8 days we gotta figure out something better than 3500 people downloading the entire ETH blockchain into a local copy of Mist. Does anybody know a site that lists the current size of the f*cking gigantic ETH blockchain? All I could find is this....which implies 25GB currently. 3500 people downloading 25GB just so we can each access our ICN tokens seems ridiculous - especially with no airgap security capability.

Asking 3500 people to download the entire ETH blockchain in Mist to get their coins seems like a bad idea here, particularly given the low level of experience we are seeing in these posts. And I'm pointing at myself when I say that.
Very bad indeed I just sent this email to Taylor Van Orden, the programmer behind myetherwallet. I'll let you know if I get a response. "3500 ICONOMI investors (with more to come) have a need for easy offline send and receive of ecr20 tokens, keeping keys in an airgapped computer and using entries into your website form for the transaction. ICONOMI just raised $10.5 million dollars in cash. What is your estimate on your required payment and development time to add this feature in myetherwallet? Would you be interested / able to do this as a paid job? If so, I want to broker a possible deal between you and the ICONOMI management team to get the job done."

Another easier option would be to use the cold storage method you outlined, with funds divided into 10 different addresses. Then it would be possible to bring 1/10 of the ICN online, while the other 9/10 is remaining offline in cold storage. However, iconomi will most likely make us withdraw the entire amount to a single ETH address
You and I have reached exactly the same conclusion. And it scares me, because even 1 /20 th of my pile is way more than I want to expose online. We may have to cobble together the best security we can with the tools available, because a truly easy, secure and reliable wallet system does not seem to exist yet. Asking 3500 people to download the entire ETH blockchain in Mist to get their coins seems like a bad idea here, particularly given the low level of experience we are seeing in these posts. And I'm pointing at myself when I say that. @ICONOMI - can you arrange your system to allow initial acceptance of one person's ICN to multiple addresses? Just what is the plan here that we are all going to implement in only 9 days?

Response from myetherwallet: "#7 on the help page allows anyone to do it online. Offline is on the todo list but I don't know when we will get to it. 7) How do I send Tokens & add custom tokens? Ethplorer.io is a great way to explore tokens and find the decimals of a token. Navigate to the "Send Token" page. Unlock your wallet. Enter the address you would like to send to in the "To Address:" field. Enter the amount you would like to send. Select which token you would like to send. If you do not see the token listed: Click "Custom". Enter the address, name, and decimals of the token. These are provided by the developers of the token and are also needed when you "Add a Watch Token" to Mist. Click "Save". You can now send that token as well as see it's balance in the sidebar. Click "Generate Transaction". A couple more fields will appear. This is your browser generating the transaction. Click the blue "Send Transaction" button below that. A pop-up will appear. Verify that the amount and the address you are sending to are correct. Then click "Yes, I am sure! Make transaction." button. The transaction will be submitted. The TX ID will display. You can click that TX ID to see it on the blockchain."

ICN = what the DAO should have been. $160 mill are waiting for it.
Totally agree. ICONOMI, surely this has occurred to you guys and gals..... I had no idea the Dao raised that much. That's a lot of money to be lost. I hope Iconomi doesn't suffer a similar fate. Now I'm a little worried. They better take their time and not rush things. Isn't it better to have original code and not depend on Ethereum?
The original DAO was supposed to be an automated crowdfunding contract. DAO tokens were votes on how to invest DAO money on new startups. THis is exactly what ICONOMI proposes to do - only with ICN Funds, and with people in the loop to prevent out-of-control code crashes that lose millions per minute. It is not a stretch at all to see ICONOMI becoming what everybody wanted the DAO to be.... No funds are at risk with the ICONOMI contract (all funds in cold storage). It will be a very simplified smart contract.
This^^^. ETH fincode is not ready to become Skynet. The DAO was technological overreach. Hopefully, by keeping people in the loop, ICONOMI will not be.

@ ICONOMI - You need to delete the phrase "ICO OPEN" from the title of this thread.
And with this huge ICO windfall - I hope you expand the goals of ICONOMI far beyond just the "Fund Management Platform" mentioned in the thread title...

This was most likely asked and answered, but there si way to much to read. So
Since Crowdfunding exceeds 10000 btc the rest will go into ICONOMI Cryptocurrencies Index.
I see i only got ICN. So we will not directly get ICNX, but ICN will have a share in ICNX?
On the excess above 10000 BTC which is roughly 7160BTC we kick start the ICNP (performance). How it will work out is relatively simple. The ICONOMI team invest in different Crypto startups (ICOs etc) with the excess 7160BTC capital. When they make a profit we get 100% of the ROI as ICN investors instead of the 20% performance fund fee. So...I understand that, in addition to ICN tokens, ICO investors will also now get weekly dividends from ICNP...but...who actually owns the first 7160 BTC worth of ICNP tokens - ICONOMI or the ICO investors? Who has the ability to send one of these initial ICNP tokens to Polo and sell it for a personal profit (and thus forgo any future dividend payments)? My guess is all ICN investors own that share. Those will most likely stay in as a "business asset" up until a point they wont be needed anymore and as ICN investors we vote to get them out (which is actually bad IMHO). @ICONOMI - This should all be clarified ASAP....

It's really infuriating to see all the lambo pics being deleted but yet this liqui spam shit is being tolerated.
They just have to be classy lambo / girl pictures. Enjoy. LAMBO TIME...

A lot of investment in last 2 days well decreased my expected ICN shares by 30% in a matter of hours. But I hope this means more value for ICN.
Just 30%? I lost almost 50% ICN in last 10 days.I had 2000 ICN and now they reduced to 1000.Only if I knew,I would have invested much more The percentage will be higher once all the funds from banks are received in a few days. I think you had to email ICONOMI a receipt showing that money is on the way before the ICO ended. They should have right now the data they need to get the total very close to the final number.

Ok, time for some maths:
Total invested (so far after closed ICO): 10,254,276.64$ /85,000,000 ICN = 0.1206$
Why are you dividing the total sum raised by 85,000,000? the 15% of ownership that will be retained by the core dev team will come out of the total sum raised as well. Um, that ain't how it works. The devs agree to mint 100M tokens. The total collected during the ICO pays for only 85M ICN tokens of that 100M total to be distributed among investors. The presumed market cap is bumped up to cover the remaining 15M ICN. So ICONOMI raised $10.25M in their ICO and goes to the exchange with a presumed market cap of $10.25M / 0.85 = $12M. Starting fair price on the exchange is $12M / 100M ICN = 0.12 USD per ICN. With BTC at $605 USD each, the ICN price equivalently is 0.12 / 605 = 0.0002 (approx.) BTC per ICN or 20K satoshi each. The devs get $10.25M in cash to spend in their operations AND ownership of 15M ICN tokens as their founder reward that is their personal property. Their personal reward is separate from their operating expenses.

What is ICO price?
$10,130,959.05 buys 85,000,000 coins so price per coin is 0.11918775 USD per ICN End-of-ICO BTC price (from coinmarketcap.com) is 606.08 USD / BTC So ICN price is 0.11918775 / 606.08 = 0.000196653 BTC per ICN Market Cap is 100,000,000 * 0.11918775 = $ 11.918 M

Now prepare for the pump that will rip your sisters panties off! Trust me, nobody wants that to happen. Sorry, Connie.

The website clock is off, says the ICO is going to end 4 minutes before the true UTC time....
EDITED : They corrected that problem... 3 min to go
