Saya pilih MultiBit dan Blockchain.info
Untuk prioritas pertama saya pilih multibit, soalnya saya punya akses penuh ke address ane, begitu pula dengan blockchain.info, hanya aja karena "cloud" jadi ane merasa kurang aman, tapi pas buat mobile ane. Rencananya sih ane mau ganti lagi buat mobile biar bisa ninggalin blockchain.info

You'll never use them.
Isn't gold a kind of rock? I mean normal rock, that you can find anywhere, everywhere, and anytime.  Why would someone just buy bitcoin and then hold it forever, doesn't care about prices, even it hits more than $1000000~ or lower than $0, and still hold it? |

I advise you to stop with faucet, they just drain your wallet. (I've tried it)
Unless you very concerned about creating faucet, rent a trusted web hosting, buy your own domains, offer great stuff and start applying for adsense / other advertising company. But it'll take a long time

For me the answer is never.
If BTC goes up a lot and makes me very rich, then I will certainly hold on to some part of it. If it falls and goes to 0, I will still hold on to it in the hope that it may recover rather than selling it for little.

I would sell all my Bitcoins if none selling my favorite stuff with bitcoin as payment anymore.
I just use bitcoin as currency not an investment, so thats it.
Oh man, I wish bitcoin actually reach it's stable value.. It's make harder to use them as currency

Would double spending cause the network to undo both spend attempts? That is how I thought I works, would someone correct me on this if I am wrong.
I ever heard about that too, but the one I ever experience that one of them get processed and the other aren't. |

Oh, maybe I kinda out of the loop here. Thanks for pointing it out, gonna try it again someday (For testing purpose only of course) Double spends are possible, but really hard to do because you would have to send both of them quickly and too two different parts of the network. Once a miner has seen a transaction it will reject any address that contains the same inputs. I'm sure DannyHamilton or DeathAndTaxes can explain this a lot better. See this post by DeathAndTaxes for more information about sellers that accept 0 confirmation transactions. Gonna check it, thanks! |

you can't double spend in an open environment ... you can double-spend with a isolated bitcoin core server and local network ... and a wallet with "trusted IP" pointed on this server (to accept 0-confirmation transaction). in real world, you can't have this ... even if you want.  Really? But I ever do double spending while my current transaction isn't confirmed because no fees a long time ago.. |

Do you think it's possible and dangerous?
Because it needs around a minute to 2 hours to confirm a block, and there is no way to wait a confirmation while you on the queqe line.
Let just say they're "okay" with no current block confirmation and let you leave the store, but what if someone just sent a payment with no fees, make them not included and confirmed in the next block, Then after he leaves he quickly create a new transaction into his new wallet, make a double spending.
What do you think?

Hm.. It's complicated Probably starting a simple bussiness with bitcoin around my friends, or buying more games! Or maybe I sell them, then buy back while the price drops (Sometimes it's happening right?) |

when i started with bitcoin i was spending the first two weeks on trying to get as much coins as possible.
for newbie users it's a great way to get some coins for free and test a wallet with sending and receiving and such.
+1 for this one I don't really know how to use bitcoin at first, but faucet give me experience about how they works and intorducing me into bitcoin world If no faucet exist that day, I wouldn't knew about bitcoin until now. See, maybe faucets isn't so bad.. And maybe it's very useless for someone understanding about Bitcoin and holding them. But it's really helpful for newcomers. |
