I think many peoples selling when they see the market is red to cut their loss when they don't have anymore money to buying.
But when they have more money, buying more to invest on good projects is a good decision in this cheap market.
Or you can sell your coins to buy another coins if you strongly believe that coin have a promising project.

Given how difficult it has been for Blockchain technology to scale since Bitcoin's inception back in 2009, it makes me wonder whenever Blockchain could beat VISA someday? The potential is there for Blockchain to scale to many users. However, some crypto projects have sacrificed decentralization in exchange for high transaction throughput and low fees. Which is why, it cannot be possible to achieve decentralization while obtaining high scalability. Nonetheless, do you think that it's possible for Blockchain tech to surpass traditional payment processors like VISA?  If you compare VISA with blockchain, actually there are some advantages in using blockchain than using VISA. But the disadvantages of blockchain still exist too. Once peoples using blockchain without disadvantages, blockchain will overtake it. That is why cryptocurrency need to keep developing with quick pace. |

Do you mean bank supporting bitcoin ? I think this is likely will hard to happening in the future. Peoples if already feel convenient using bitcoin or crypto, they will not using central banks and fiat currency anymore. |

From whitepaper, you will find the clue about the legit of the ICO of company. Some fake ICO create their whitepaper with only copy-pasting another ICO's whitepaper. If you find any weird names or something that doesn't belong to their company, then it has high possibility for a scam ICO. |

Not really, the amount of raised fund of ico projects can be fabricated by the owner of the project to attract more peoples. But if the amount of raised fund is real, then it is either a good project or peoples believe their project because the company is already exist before they using cryptocurrency to crwodfunding. |

Maybe your father bought bitcoin with very high price in the market when the price reached peak at the end of year 2017. Selling with a lower rate was a good decision to cut the loss, but if he want to sell now, better not selling and keep holding. |

a few days ago hot news / updates about ethereum made me and maybe a lot excited, and ETH prices rose markedly after the next day, it kinda showed a little backward or as I thought. Now ETH prices continue to fall! What caused this? Am I missing something?
I think it was a tiny correction or even a bull trap to makes some peoples buy the coin with higher price. When a coin show the rising price, we should wait for a while to analyze whether it will keep rising or not. If we see other coins in the market are rising too, then it is a good time to buy coins. |

I think it means, you buy when the bitcoin price is on the bottom like now.
Bitcoin peak price is around $19k, then the current price is around $3k, which is the bottom for me.
But the problem is, you will never know bitcoin price is already hit the most bottom, or it will going more deeper.

Now, crypto is a currency people can choose to use. They don't have to. We need to build it as good as possible so that people who choose it, can. And those of us who want and have time and resources, focus on building good showcases, demonstrating that it works. Is rapid adoption that necessary? We need to be able to learn as we scale upwards. Right now, we're in the middle of the development after having learnt that "on-chain isn't the be-all end-all scaling solution". It was a fight getting here, and in the end the big-blockers went and created their own coin, which I think was good for all parties. Has it gone viral already, in a way?
Maybe some real use case of bitcoin in our daily will really help cryptocurrency going viral. Using it in daily, means crypto will become a real currency to use. The sowing season may not be a friendly and palatable season but every wise farmer knows it is the best season of opportunity to get prepared for the looming harvest.The present dip in crypto market is a fertile ground of opportunity for investors to lay hold on as many coins as possible at cheaper prices to store up for the bumper harvest that is imminent in the crypto market.This market dip is a blessing in disguise for me because it affords me the opportunity to buy coins which were before beyond my financial capacity. We must be determined not be distracted by the shout in the crypto market as regards the dip but rather focus on the great profit we will get from the market .I will not quit investing because I don't want to stop harvesting. If we focus on the shout of the dip in market, we won't want to invest but if our focus is on the profit output from the market, then we will keep investing.
But seems like there is no ending of this sowing season. The bear market has running too long in this year. It makes everyone afraid and doubt cryptocurrency, and end with selling coins with lower price. We cannot compare bitcoin with gold. Gold have physical value which bitcoin doesnt have.
But bitcoin have value because it has been used by peoples since 2009.
