ICOO is an Hybrid token:
It is a fund that owns some valuable tokens
It earn part of the commission produced by the ICOO services through a common burning system

Hallo Ronny, and hallo to all here at ICOO thread. I'm Paolo Rebuffo, I write with the nick Viva! because..... well it's a funny story that involve one of my best friend and a couple of Bitcoin ATM, long time ago.

 I write the original ICOO white paper and then share the idea with Ronny .Then,  He realize my original idea in a clever manner, so ICOO now is even better than the project I had in my brain.

ICOO as any valuable service is the answer to a need, two needs to be precise.

1) The need to trade immediately every new coin even in the pre-launch phase
2) The need to have a complete promotional and professional services for issuers who want the marketing infrastructure to launch theri project

Open Ledger, CCDEK and bitshare blockchain are the best ecosystem to realize such a services they almost do it by Design.

 Sadly I have to agree with Fassa. I perfectly understand his frustration. The lack of any decent skill in the PR area into the EDS team is self evident.
The "Road....map" is a perfect example of an useless waste of time.

 No official PR with a proper form, suitable for bloggers and magazine (yep EDS boyz, I reveal you a secret,  bloggers and journalist do copy and paste, they love copy and paste get use to it, and a fu**ing map is so only fu**ing cute.  DO YOU HAVE THE POINT?)

The last video was good but have to be a regular tool, it will? Nobody know.


 Frankly speaking I have no longer the hope that the EDS team is working or thinking about the fundamental issue to search a suitable chines crypto market for bitcrystals.

Yes it is I know him, he do so many interest and clever projects right now.

The Icoo project earns money from the fees requested by two types of SUBJECT:

1) The subscribers of a new ICO through ICOO. Subscribers in exchange of a small commission will be able to trade the token signed in pre-launch on Open Ledger

2) The creators of new projects which will have a comprehensive platform for both emit and to promote (via BTSR and other channels)  their tokens through ICOO services for professionals.

The collected commissions, month to month will be burned by deflating the amount of ICOO coins in circulation.

 ICOO over time will increase within  a certain amount of high-value tokens (such as DGD) becoming a real investment fund and at the same time a company that does business

That is an awsome Idea, useful both for ICO's subscribers and ICO's issuers.

Open Ledger is the only real decentralized crypto asset market, an ICO's service suite like ICOO is perfect to allow people to trade new token in the perlaunch phase, and issure's to be more attractive.

 It seems that overall low priced cards (30 to 100bcy each) are selling very well even in terms of total revenue, problem is to balance correctly price-rarity-gamepower, not an easy task at all.

 In general I think that supply unlimited blockchained cards is an huge error, and maybe it will be better to set up  an upper  limit (10.000 cards? 50.000 cards?) as a general rule. One solution could be on introducing a sort of "edition" for cards sold out but still necessary for the game play.

This concept should be used for cheap common cards and ultra rare cards.

For example, FDCARD is sold out, what about of a second edition for FDCARD? FDCARD2

There is also a second issue we can observe whit Premium Merchant, some cards are simply too costly camparing to their rarity/power. This issue is strictly related on bitcrystals price volatility.

In this case I suggest a massive burn so these old overpriced cards will be attractive again at their original price tag. (example BEARWHALECD, 1200bcy each, too much for a 3000 issued not so powerful card, currently EDS owns 2830 cards, probably 2500 to be burned to make those cards attractive again)

Yes it is true, open ledger is allowing everyone to trade dao immediatly

You have to wait for some merchant will offer it

First of all you have to register you user on open ledger, and then you can send tokens directly from the platform

Because you are able to trade the IOU immediately. So in the last days when DAO will cost more eth you will have a profit.

For those who don't understand what is going on, here is the incentive:

* They bought DAO in the first 14 days for the maximum bonus (2 days remaining to buy at this rate).

As the price continues for the next 10 days after that, it is a linear increase in price.  For the final 4 days, it is 100 DAO for 1.5 ETH.   Right now, DAO being available on openledger is pointless as you can buy directly from the source, easier and safer.   However, in 2 days from now up until May 30th, they can undercut the current price because they bought their DAO for the cheapest rate.

The final 4 days when DAO price gives 33% less tokens, Openledger market could undercut by up to that much and be a better deal for late buyers, and Openledger can offload their 50 btc worth of ether for 1-32% profit.

EDS does not have a proper and normal market communication strategy. It would be required even anything special, for example it would take a written newsletter on a regular basis (monthly? weekly fortnightly??) in which every head of the development team tell what he did during the reference period and in which the project head (Yodark) update the roadmap .

Yodark had begun well by doing a couple of videos in the first two months, then nothing on a regular basis but the usual and proper "Burning Report."

There Exists "best practicies" that have developed in recent years within the cryptocurrencies ecosystem:

1) open sessions of AMA (Ask Me Anything) made on quarterly basis
2) regular newsletter (at least monthly)
3) web based Roadmaps (there are lots of scheduling webtool)  continually updated

Query the community of some sporadic management choice is absolutely not enough. Even worse is to start making communication and then stop (The first Yodark Video).

I must also insist that despite having been repeatedly pointed out in this thread, today Bitcrystals are not listed on a Chinese Market, and IMHO this is one of the big market related issue where EDS have to work.

Do not get me wrong, these are not sterile criticism, I have made the ICO and over time I increased my position on Bitcrystals.

 In my working life I was responsible for the investor relations of a company listed on the Italian stock market exchange and today I work as advisor  for two companies that deal with the blockchain.

I hope that EDS take this topics in serious consideration.
