my payment from ~9h ago went in perfect timing! u should really alow for a maximum of 10, maybe 20 rigs per user! acpromotion - 55 rigs this guy fucked up the price, cock blocked us all! now the price is under mrr and that is not normal for a smaller site  I do understand but its not really reasonable to limit the number of rigs a person has. At the end of the day theyre paying the same percentage of fees as everyone else. The best way to have your rig rented even with a higher price is better ratings + avg hashrate. Ahmed |

Made some changes to the payment systems today. Finally got everything how it should be. Payments should be as prompt and error free as they used to now. (DGC Took 2 mins upon sending to start mining including waiting the 1 confirm)

Don't forget this site https://www.mintsy.co/ once it out of beta which it is in, or some kind of testing, i got e mail a week so back asking me to join, i deleted it like a fool not thinking and realy don't care to much atm if i see it or not, but it looks like it's going to be some thing like west/nice hash . Yea i gonna go try fix pricing again on the weathash, i had issue with how to use it with how much i want to spend but yes you can do better parking your home miners there or using your home miners some place else then buy from there . What I find very impressive is X11 mining I remember at one time or thought when it first started it was not that great i used it with my AMD cards then. it does not cost much any place if you stack enough MH the rewards roll in . Why should I (a renter) use Betarigs as opposed to NH?
When you put an order on NiceHash, someone can overcut you, and take your hashrate away from you. With BetaRigs, when you order hashrate, the hashrate belongs to you until the specified duration ends. This used to be the case, but NH now offers fixed rentals. (Just want to clarify I'm not promoting them, just want to give you a chance to convince me) Hopefully our service, our support of not just BTC but various altcoin's. Hey Amed food for thought, i know it's MRR but they give refunds as a automatic thing if the rigs under preforms . just some thing to think about . i used both MRR and this one some times prices there are more reason able then here . I got like 4 to 5 partial refunds due to under preformed rigs, again, like I said it's food for thought . it might help you all on tickets etc . might take a little to put some thing like that in but will be worth it, I'm sure. That's a double edged sword. So if my renter chooses a pool/coin that doesn't perform well(this is especially common in scrypt and other algorithms where multipools and weird parameters such as 30 second blocks and diff retargets every block are common) then I get penalized for it? My hardware is rated properly and performs well under normal circumstances, and if there are issues(rare) I comp with extra time. Also, I've had renters in the past who rented a 350MH scrypt rig and bitched cause it averaged 338. In the real world there are many factors that influence average hashrate, and most are out of the control of the rig owner. You raise some good points. However i'm an ex stratum dev and pool op so i've got good experience in how to determine the quality of a pool and the factors in how a rig hashes against it. This means i can easily tell what the issue is with a rental when a ticket is filed. And can re-purpose some of the pool offline scripts from my old pool and code it with some checks to ensure things are fair. Essentially aslong as the rig reports in every few minutes, Sends atleast 1 share every 10 minute, (may code up a more relative share rate based on the diff + hashrate) then it'd be safe under the new refund system |

Given up waiting for promised refunds for bad rigs. Recently mentioned some new features which I'm not sure if we'll see or not. If Betarigs needs some help, even volunteers they should ask. I'd be more than happy helping as I use the site a lot and my job is bitcoin mining so I'm sat staring at the site all day anyway. It's a 2 man band atm. support ticket's can sometimes be an issue due to timezones. From what i could tell there were 5 support staf when mux ran the site while now there's 2. We are aiming to get support tickets as minimalized as possible too. E.G. I'm currently building a system whereby a user such as yourself can make a payment not recognised or rig offline ticket and the outcome is auto-determined and a refund given as appropriate (or flagged for one of us staff to resolve if needed) Which bad rigs dont have a refund?
