661  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can we spread Bitcoin effectively. on: December 29, 2015, 07:50:29 AM
I believe that there is no way to spread Bitcoin "effectively". As much as you try, most people won't be interested in using Bitcoin. There is just not enough Bitcoin related things on the face of the Earth. More people need to start using it before it becomes mainstream. People have to realise for themselves that Bitcoin is the way to go.

Giving away money/btc to advertise btc is a stupid idea! People will just convert it to fiat, or will just do nothing with it.

For people to use btc, they need to see why its useful for them and, most importantly, cheaper. The only thing that comes to mind is transferring money overseas.

I tried that with few friends who were sending money to family oversease. I said, I can send it in instant for virtual free with bitcoin or litecoin. The follow up question was, what the receiver should do to change into fiat, as they need fiat. Telling them that they need to go to exchange, probably register, hook their bank account details, provide personal info to the exchange, pay exchange fees off course, was a bad idea. And off course they chose bank transfer. Less hassle for receivers.
It is a very stupid idea to give people free Bitcoin. You will be losing your own money and they will either spend it and never use Bitcoin, or convert it to fiat and never use Bitcoin. That is not the way to do it.
662  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: new /r/bitcointoday on: December 29, 2015, 06:05:57 AM
cool site I bookmarked the subreddit. There is some interesting stuff on there. I still cant believe the one saying how
already mined 15 million of the 21 million. Thats insane to think about
I also already bookmarked it. I like to read this kind of things and there are some very good posts on it. How did you not know that 15 million Bitcoins has already been mined? That news has already been around for many months.

There's a few too many subreddits at the moment. r/bitcoin itself deserves to die. The blatant and crazy manipulation on there doesn't make it a viable source any more. I like bitcoinxt the best but even that's a one trick pony.
I don't think so. On each of the subreddits there is different information. It is good to see that more subreddits are being made. I think there are too many subreddits on cryptocurrencies though.

664  Economy / Economics / Re: This is how 0.37 Bitcoins looks like in Venezuela on: December 27, 2015, 02:54:46 PM
holy crap.

Then yes, thats one of the few countries will prosper from bitcoin esp. It might even bring business based on them having enough capital to start their own business.

I didnt know it effected by that much though, a half months salary is what I make every week then..

They need cryptocurrencies very badly in Venezuela. I doubt they will adopt it seeing the shape of the country right now.

How much bitcoin do you want for this? $315 seems like a pretty good deal. What countries do you ship to? And do I have to pay for shipping?
666  Economy / Services / Re: MagicalDice New Campaign {OPEN} on: December 27, 2015, 02:45:39 PM

What part of this was not clear?
the campaign is now closed.

I'm pretty sure it is still open. Look at the first page of this topic. There is open slots for all members.
667  Economy / Services / Re: ★☆★ HumanResources ★☆★ Signature Campaign ➽ Fixed Rate on: December 27, 2015, 02:12:49 PM
What's happening with the other fixed signature campaign managed by subSTRATA ? will the participants there be paid?
AFAIK the owner wants for few managers each handle a portion of participants so the other Fixed Rate Campaign that subSTRATA is handling it's not affected and everyone there will get their respective payments as well Smiley
So this is an additional campaign ? or the campaign under subSTRARA will be closed ?

Yeah. I want to join a HumanResources campaign but now I am confused where to apply. Can I apply on both? Are they both campaigns where the users will get paid?
668  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there a difference between buying shares in the stock exchange and gambling? on: December 27, 2015, 01:45:19 PM
Gambling is more safer than stock exchange shares in my opinion. There are many differences in both as to start each you need different kind of information and money.

I disagree with this. If you invest safely in shares, you will still make money but just a bit slower. If you gamble, it is all up to chance, you could win a lot or lose a lot.
669  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there a difference between buying shares in the stock exchange and gambling? on: December 27, 2015, 01:41:44 PM
there is a huge different in stock exchange n gamble. stock exchange is usually depends on what is their decision and you predict whether it will be positive or negative. by looking up at news, you can roughly predict better in outcome. whereby gamble is mainly depend on luck.

Exactly. Stock exchange requires a lot of background research if you want to be safe. Whereas gambling depends purely on luck.
670  Other / Archival / Re: Human Resources FIXED RATE signature campaign (up to 0.24 btc a month) on: December 27, 2015, 01:38:05 PM
When it is clearly stated in OP, using multiple accounts is against rules but still that user enrolled his alt in this, that is a scam attempt IMO

What is your proof that these two accounts are owned by the same person? Don't just go around accusing everyone . You are probably just butthurt because you can't join the campaign.

672  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why did Bitcoin drop in value over Christmas? on: December 27, 2015, 01:30:08 PM
Bitcoin's price is still trying to stabilise. It has been going up and down for a while. I think the price will go up in 2016 though.

675  Economy / Gambling / Re: "richest gambling sites"??? on: December 27, 2015, 10:29:35 AM
I want to know where the gambling sites are the richest ?
betcoin.tm,primedice,freebitco.in,DirectBet Casino,jackpotracer,VegasToMacau,Uni Games etc
Where do you think Huh

Definitely not Freebitco.in lol.

I think it has to be Primedice... Stunna's a rich dude.

No way is it freebitco.in. Why did you even put that as an option? I think Prime dice is the richest out of all of them. I'm not too sure about the others.
676  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Big Bash League T20 Cricket Predictions Discussions on: December 27, 2015, 10:26:38 AM
Sydney Sixers 139/6 (20) Melbourne Stars is to play.I will say Sydney failed to finish the match at some decent score.Starts today has golden opportunity to show their skills to win this match which is do able.

The 2 teams are very close to each other when it comes down to skill level. They both have exceptional players and I can't decide which team is better.

Big Bash League, 2nd Match: Adelaide Strikers v Melbourne Stars at Adelaide, Dec 18, 2015

 Adelaide Strikers 187/5 (20/20 ov)
Melbourne Stars 116/3 (14.2/20 ov)

maxwell and david hussey are on the pitch, stars are favrite in this match,

Definitely. The stars are much better than the strikers. With those 2 on the pitch, the stars will for sure win.
678  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: December 27, 2015, 10:18:05 AM
Bitcoin wallet. I would earn so much as the price of Bitcoin is just continuing to rise. Why would I use a bank?
679  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: December 27, 2015, 10:14:38 AM
Honestly there are a not of easy safe ways to grow your bitcoin. As others have said investing in a gambling site is good.

There are a lot of safe ways to grow your Bitcoin. It's just that they take very long and you won't make that much profit compared to gambling.
