661  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you do with your winnings? on: September 26, 2017, 11:49:43 AM
I'm going to invest 50% of my profit in bitcoin. I know my money needs to work so I need to have the assurance that I still own many of them in the next years or decades rather than spending them unwisely. It's the smartest move that I can think of.

Exactly, I will try to use atleadt half to invest in bitcoin mining and then keep the restvfir any eventualities. The path to Bitcoin investment is green and so if I could win that big I'd definitely be investing a part in Bitcoin.

It's a good move investing half of your winnings from gambling because this will be a good assurance that you are going to have growth your money in the future unless there are unexpected downfall in your investment. I also do this idea because i think winnings from gambling can be lost in an instant if we don't stop but for me if i reach my target winnings i withdraw it and send it directly to my investment.

It really depends on how much is your winning to be honest. What if you only won like 1mbtc in your bets. I guess the question is not as clear as it should be. The assumption of everyone here likely is that people won big time like 1btc+. But that is totally hard to imagine without betting the same amount of bitcoins. So if you won small, would you guys still answer the same?
662  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Problem Gamblers here who are in Debt ? on: September 26, 2017, 11:44:57 AM
If we are depressed by debt, maybe we can do a smart little cunning way. Let's borrow money from friends, siblings or anyone else to pay off your old debts. Maybe you still have a debt but at least you have more time to pay.
This is no solution to any debts we are just building more debts for yourself if you want to clear a debt you need to sell of your assets or find a better job taking another loan to pay a previous debt will keep on increasing and finally you will have no option but to quit your life or go to the jail

Maybe he's talking about borrowing from friends without interest and that way you can easily offset your old debts but create a new one which you'd have a longer time to pay. That's my understanding of what he said.

Paying a loan with another loans (even though with no interest at all ) won't help us by the way. We should make money through hard work to know how hard to get money is. Therefore, it will give us a valuable lesson. In the hope, next time we won't go to the same hole again.

Yeah that is correct, and people that try to gamble so they can pay debts, or they think that it could be their ticket out of poverty. But the problem is that is just an illusion gambling has been showing us. It is a mirage. We cannot rely on what gambling shows because it is all too good to be true. The chances anyone can win and be rich just like that is so slim.
663  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Comparing two affiliates programs on: September 26, 2017, 11:18:43 AM
Ok, I will start with OneHash. Do you have any channels to recommend where i should start as a affiliate?

You should experiment it yourself where you can get more audience that will register under your affiliate link. The best way to promote an affiliate link is a website or blog that you can feature your link there and promote it to your readers. Or a youtube channel or something like that. Don't you think it is easy though. There are a lot of people that tried but it ain't easy.
664  Economy / Gambling / Re: Sportsbet.io suddenly not available my jurisdiction logged in 1000 times before on: September 26, 2017, 10:54:51 AM

What is suddenly blocking me from accessing this site?

It loads the site and I can see my balance, but the site is now putting up a message that I cannot access sportsbet.io from my jurisdiction...

Also, how is it telling my jurisdiction?  From my IP?

What can I do to get around this?

Like everybody said, use a VPN. There are a few that are free like cyberghost and other ones, I recommend this one since this is the one I use. The free version is fine. Then the best thing you do is just withdraw everything and move to another sportsbook. There is no more point in playing somewhere that banned your country. There are a lot of alternatives anyway.
665  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best private script I've ever created on: September 26, 2017, 10:49:39 AM
you smart, how much you sell it? and how about risk? always win or any risk?

I am really surprised that people are actually interested in this script.

Think about it this way? If this script actually worked and made people thousands of dollars everyday gambling, why would they be selling it?

In gambling there is always risk, and in gambling its impossible to "always win"

Please do your due diligence before you spend your money on these type of scripts.

Yeah, I agree with this. This is similar with all those money making guides where the sellers claim it is a money making method that would profit them thousands of dollars in a day. Well buyers will be disappointed to know that most of those guides are all saturated and useless. The only one who profited is the seller. Same here with these gambling scripts.

Another point to add is that if these scripts and method did work, why do you think gambling sites, casinos and sports books are still here.
666  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: dice game loosing streak on each percentage! on: September 26, 2017, 10:44:03 AM
need to fresh up this chapter, please write down your personal record on each percentage(or multiplier)how much reds you have on what % and what dice site(is it 1 - 99 or 1 - 999999)! Smiley

want to get more answers from "regular" player, not so much from "recreational", but all are welcome Wink

When I started gambling I started betting at 49.5% chance and stuck with it till I ran out of balance. Back then I loved using the martin gale system, well till now anyway. Then after a few months I tried using 90% chance, but that didn't really go too well and just drained my balance a lot faster. I like 70% chance, since it sometimes goes up pretty high in profits but again, since it is gambling there is nothing sure.
667  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What the games you play as you earn? on: September 25, 2017, 06:41:49 AM
Question1: Best gambling games you ever in countered please do share it here I really want to try games that are fun and the same you earn Bitcoins?

Question2: can I play games by the use of altcoin or just bitcoins?

1. The best gambling game i will refer is dice game where you can gain alot of bitcoin and it also has a free bitcoin thru faucet. You can meet different people there and have fun.

2. In my opinion, yes but the site that I'm playing if you are into faucet is IP base, then only one account should used in claiming at a time faucet.

I am not sure why you answered about faucets on the 2nd question but the question clearly indicate that he is asking about if
you can play with altcoins in online cryptocurrency gambling sites. The answer should be yest, it is possible, but there is limited
option for you to do this.
668  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice ICO on: September 25, 2017, 06:15:10 AM
Some awesome comments, some making me laugh. There's no conspiracies here guys, don't worry!
Though what's the point in opening this thread? Are you guys hinting onto something here for the future of primedice? I am guessing there is something we don't see here.
I don't think you guys would just suddenly open a thread like this for nothing right? Maybe primedice is surveying the field to see if there would be enough interest in an ICO.
669  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker on: September 24, 2017, 05:19:19 PM
I don't like online poker too much since you can't really play a lot of strategies when the game is online. There are a lot of strategies like playing
a bluff with poker face or anything that involves physical presence. Well fun also diminishes as well whenever playing online. So I prefer real poker.
670  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Problem Gamblers here who are in Debt ? on: September 22, 2017, 10:51:30 AM
Honestly there is no way for help those who have this problem, that's why we always tell to other people better not to loan money for gambling because you will be in problem. maybe the only way for you to keep alive, easy never think if you had lose much money in gambling
It is a sad and harsh reality indeed. They could have been saved if they were at the verge of destruction but they are already destroyed so nothing much can be done for such people. Goodness can only save them. However, it can be a lesson for other gamblers, specially the new ones.

The best they can do is just to live their lives as is and just try to pay back whatever they owe. The worst thing they could do is kill themselves because that would mean it would be the end of everything. It's good to be alive, regardless of your situation. So I urge people who lost a lot in gambling to don't kill themselves and just live their lives for the better.
671  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Posting/Sharing gambling related topics & news in facebook on: September 22, 2017, 10:30:24 AM
Well, sometime i am afraid and sometime i am not afraid. Actually, i don't want to tell my parents about my gambling, but if suddenly my parents know about it that i am playing gambling, then it has no problem but i am afraid of it that may be my parents don't like it or may be they have no problem for my gambling, it is my fear.  But i am not sure about it, otherwise, i am not worried for any others like my friends and others and i do posting on gambling.
I think it happens with everyone here who lives with his family. It is overall the concept of parents about gambling that it is not any healthy activity. We often lose more so that made the case more reliable. So your case is true, if parents don’t have issue then posting is not bad.

Why would you even care about it anyway? If you aren't doing anything bad then why do you even have to be shy about your gambling activity?
As an adult then you have your own decisions, as long as you are not hurting anybody and that your finances do not get hit hard then why bother
with the opinion of others.
672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Comparing two affiliates programs on: September 22, 2017, 10:13:15 AM
I think the reason onehas has a more aggressive affiliate program is that because they are fairly newer than Nitrogen. Nitrogen is already well establish and they do not need to aggressively promote their sports book. Unlike Onehash who doesn't have the same luxury as nitrogen. When the time comes onehash will likely also decrease their affiliate bonuses.
673  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gambling Investments on: September 22, 2017, 10:05:40 AM
I gotta ask what made you take out a lot of your funds to active investments instead of the cold storage?
In months following you I've seen you've had a lot of funds deposited in your cold storage all the time
Sometimes more than in investments combined
Now I see you have 10BTC in each casino  (except SafeDice which is 3BTC)
What made you make the switch?

Good question. Lending returns dropped a lot, BetKing came back online (which I really trust) and after 1 year of investing with no issues I decided to up the ante!

And look where his investment got him now. The 5 btc he initially invest gained 50% in revenues in bitcoin, and totally x10 it in fiat equivalent. 50% per annum is quite good investment and that's not even taking into account the price increase of bitcoins.

Would say good catch on betking, wish I had the money to invest when it re-opened.
674  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does bitcoin's price volatility affect your gambling habits? on: September 22, 2017, 09:42:22 AM
If I say it doesn't occur to me sometimes, I would be lying because knowing what you are about to gamble is in relation to its equivalent in dollar value but that does not deter me in gambling because I just set my mind at the winnings which will equally come in btc which won't come the same way it went in and converting back makes it much more interesting.

I think when people own bitcoin let say from 2011 and they have 1000 btc on their wallet, I think they keep gamble with same amount every bet although they aware that they are gamble with higher amount.
Also it depend on people who want to keep gamble with or without pay attention on bitcoin value per betting

The thing is if you started gambling using bitcoins and prices go up, then the fact is that your bitcoins remain the same amount. So for example, if you had 1,000 bitcoins in 2011 and you are still gambling till today, do you lower the amount you bet or just retain the status quo? Since in this case you still are gambling in bitcoins and not in dollars.
675  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: September 22, 2017, 05:21:45 AM
maybe for the sake of fun, but not all of course just those amount I can afford to lose and can't hurt what I have been keeping for so long because it is too hard to earn now a days

Well if you profited then that means that money is already something you can afford to lose because it is actually like free money (though not free since you risked something to get it). Though this is money that are already in addition to your money. I would also play with it just for fun, but depends if how big it is. If it is small then why not right?
676  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: lucky ! does it influences by a woman beside of us? on: September 22, 2017, 05:01:15 AM
Inspiration yes but if you say lucky i think not, girls is like a mountain you need to climb to win her so better to call it a dream, dream big here dont rely in luck bitcoin is such a dreaming tools to everyone here so do harkwork and always think positive
I agree, there is nothing that could really affect your luck even if you have a hundred hot women or whoever is beside you. Even if you have a leprechaun with you, your luck will remain the same and there is nothing you can do about it. That's just how it works, there is no way you can influence luck, it is just basically statistics and nothing supernatural.
677  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What the games you play as you earn? on: September 22, 2017, 04:43:39 AM
The only one I remember that I profited from was Plinko. I was able to hit the high multiplier and got about 0.07 in one bet. Though before I was able to hit that I already lost 0.06. So in total I only was able to get 0.01 as my profit. Well, that's better than nothing though. Next is my bets on dice that got me 0.005 in one bet, though that was with 0.1 and 90%+ bets.
678  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is betting a good choice for a newbie? on: September 21, 2017, 11:45:26 AM
I think it's not quite right if a newbie does gambling. Meaning newbie in world of crypto, because gambling on most facts always ends up with losers who come just to deposit money at casino. maybe trading or anything else will make newbie like me feel better.

That is true, newbies should avoid gambling, but where do they start right? Like us, we all started somewhere when we wanted to gamble. But if I would have had the chance to do it again, I would like to start by just playing small and that I would read up on a lot of concepts to avoid newbie mistakes like chasing losses and believing a martin gale system can win in casinos forever.
679  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you like slot games ? on: September 21, 2017, 11:26:39 AM
do you like slot games ?
I have a thought that i haven't won in slot games everywhere. It's even hard to hit a small prize and it seems impossible to hit the maxi jackpot. Probably i don't have luck with this one2

Not only you but many people are not lucky in gambling. If all gamblers can be lucky then all casinos need to close by now. These games are for just to give us enjoyment so always try your luck with a small amount and don't over spend just to win the jackpot. If you target only jackpot then you may lose all your money before hitting the jackpot.

that is true. there are few lucky ones out there but the house edge advantage is always at play - hence, some gamblers will win lucky and most are losing because the house edge advantage is applying to all bets. If you are lucky and win, cash it out already and don't bet more because you might lose it all Wink
the basic concept on how the slots machine prize built are like this : 100k players spent average $12 each. 1.2 million dollar in total , the house edge take 20% from it which means $240k and give the rest to 1 or several lucky players and repeat. that's what makes people get interested, the prize are so high , there's no harm really to give it a try with a couple bucks, as long as you didn't get overaddicted with this.

That is a good number there - but hey, that is really high house edge advantage of 20%. That is really reinforced us to just play for fun and entertainment because sooner or later, you will really be eaten by the house edge advantage - unless you are lucky enough.

20%?! why would you even want to play there? That means 1/5 times you spin is a sure lose to the casinos! That's totally too big for a slot game.
Even with a super big jackpot or high returns that is totally highway robbery for a slot game. You should just move to another slot game or casino
if that is the house edge they use.
680  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you would win a Jackpot what would you do with the money? on: September 21, 2017, 11:22:49 AM
If I win a small jackpot then I'll just gamble with it some more and test my luck, like around less than 0.01 btc.
However if I win something like 0.1 Btc and above then I'll likely keep it already and just save it for my family.
I would spend some of it to treat my wife and kid outside for some ice cream though, just to have a small
celebration.
