I posted a link to the blockchain on the previous page. Backup your wallet and then delete everything in the iridium folders, except of course your wallet.dat. Then re-download it from github and place the downloaded blockchain in the iridium folder in your appdata folder. As for exchanges, I have contacted flyp.me to get information about having our coin added there. I think that would be a great place to start due to it's account-less and private nature. We only have $5.07 in ethereum classic for donations. If we want this to get on an exchange soon, we need to donate more. Great! let's donate some more |

Mah, da quello che ho capito alla fine dei conti và un po' a culo, è un investimento.. ma con le monete che escono ci si può fare qualcosa? (da quello che ho capito serve culo anche lì  ) con un rig dovrei essere in grado di minare qualsiasi cosa giusto? o cambia qualcosa da moneta a moneta? Io mino GPU con 2x 1080ti ed ho lasciato perdere le coins più blasonate poichè il ritorno è veramente da fame e non ne vale la pena. Switcho tra coins, in base alla difficoltà della pool, che o sono appena uscite, o non sono ancora negli exchange o sono nelle top 20# di coincapmarket. E' una scommessa, mi affascina il buio ahaha. Invece per quanto riguarda la CPU mino VeriumReserve con 20x Odroid-Xu e mi stanno dando soddisfazioni, avevo iniziato a minare che stavano circa a 1$ ed ora hanno quasi triplicato il valore. Certo si parla sempre di pochi soldi, però è il processo del mining in se che mi affascina. Avevo provato anche la strada del fotovoltaico, facendo un test di 3 mesi ed Asics ma non conviene. |

mai risparmiare sul PSU che è una delle componenti più importanti di un rig. Certificazione 80+ gold almeno e lascia perdere gli alimentatori cinesi che oltre a buttarti via almeno il 20% di energia, probabilmente non ti proteggeranno molto dalle sovratensioni...

Dopo 3 mesi di test con un impianto fotovoltaico (già presente), 35° orientamento SUD, zona Pianura Padana e 9 ore di produzione media giornaliera posso solo consigliarti di acquistare BTC negli exchange se l'obiettivo è guadagnarci. Se l'obiettivo è minare per divertimento, perché dei soldi non te ne frega nulla e ciò che ti affascina è il processo del mining in se, beh.. allora è un altro discorso.

Maybe by fixing the amount of coins created in the first year to a more reasonable and halving the reward like bitcoin would be a good solution
I think this could be a good solution aswell, of course it could be represent a deviation from the original plans/pourposes but like the dev said, this is a coin made for community and so the community can make changes.. |

I believe that 2 things are most important for now:
1 Add to an exchange ( so that a price is set up and get it added to coinmarket)
2 Marketing (Expand the community and people get to know this coin,also attract investors)
It's the worst strategy because actually too few people hold the coins and it isn't mature at all for entering on markets (c'mon it's less than 2 months old). When it is decentralized at a good level, when lot of people have mined it it will be the time for markets. |

I think the main focus should be promote this coin everywhere, to let even more people to mine so decentralization gets benefit.

The dev has handed over the project to the community. I have the credentials for the github and the forums. I have personally paid for the website to be under professional development, using the recommendations given by the community. Continue to mine, continue to stay strong. Once we have a good foundation, we can try to get on an exchange. Without a good foundation, going on an exchange will be a waste.
Due to the problems associated with losing my father, I have given control of this coin over to the community. It was created for the community and to the community it is given. The source code and responsibilities have been given to Windozxpert and a few others that have shown dedication and interest in this coins future. Send positive thoughts and prayers (if you believe in prayer ) my way as we go though this tragedy. You will win over this sad moment, I lost my mother aswell 9 months ago and know very well how u're feeling now. Be positive and I hope seeing u very soon, again, at the top of this project. |

I'm in, just put some money on exchange Just for information, how many coins are you mining with a normal setup? Welcome aboard Bob!! Well Im probably a typical miner as I have 4 machines configured and with all the programming I seldom have all 4 running but anyway, I have two 2 year old 6 core amds that hash at 85,000 per sec, and one dual proc xeon hashing at 190,000 per sec. If they all stay on it generates about 30,000 BBP per month in the pool. So probably about 10k BBP per month per CPU. Thanks for the explanation! |
