I think l8orre is a good example of a speaking developer, he is going to speak in Amsterdam, but he is also a develeper of one of the Nxt clients And he did excellent job in Berliner conference, when we were talking about Nxt there It would be great to see a "NXTpresscenter.org or something where people who can speak about various parts can make themselves known and some faces and names can be put to the project. We will be writing scripts for Joefox, so if he has access to a nice camera, this would be easy |

anybody can choose to use nxt http://offspring.dgex.com/ with wallet.dat. Or online wallet ( https://wallet.mynxt.info/). Brainwallet is for russian guys and other geeks who are paranoid of the governments etc. (you don't own NXT on your pc by using brainwallet) I wasn't aware you could run NXT with a wallet.dat, is this a special client or is it just something that no wallets but this one allow you to do? This is a new special client. (old review: http://www.nxtcoins.nl/client-showcase-offspring-dgex/). Brainwallet is only a first-stage feature. Nxt allows using it, but in future most of people won't use it. So wallet.dat is a secondary feature. BCNext is probably from Russia, they are banning cryptocurrencies there, so with brainwallet there is no proof of storing Nxt in your computer |

Heads up marketing team... This is the second time I am repeating this, Just a pointer for a more effective marketing strategy, other than the guerrilla marketing we have been limited to. The other crypto 2.0 platforms are doing it right. Solution: Create campaigns marketing directly to businesses who will IPO on the nxt blockchain, each of these businesses will then partially serve as autonomous marketing vehicle for the nxt platform 1) counterparty has got it right: They have got 7+ businesses plus Adam b Levine ready to go on their platform 2) watch the video bitshares video..Their main focus is to appeal to businesses http://bitshares.org/This is why platforms like Apple app store, Amazon and ebay are so successful...The sellers and affiliate marketers on these platform actually work to promote their product listed there, which in in turn brings greater exposure to the platform. I have yet to see any consensus on a similar strategy..So if you are a key decision maker on the NXT marketing committee please think about this post, I should know I studied a bit of marketing in college and made a living working in the field for a while other than just writing code... You get dividends
So if the company makes profit, they pay some of the profit to their asset holders?. As nxt is decentralized anonymous with no govt involvement, there is no legal framework and checks and balances to insure the "company" isn't lying. I don't think it's going to do anything for nxt (short to long term --- nxt needs to be at least at bitcoin level in popularity before even a semi-legitimate business like a gambling company) would issue such asset. I won't buy it still. Lets move on. And let's say you want to trade BTC/NXT, who do you trust more, the blockchain + a gateway or a site like cryptsy? You will be able to trade BTC/NXT on the asset exchange. Also, luckily most people here see the extreme advantages of an asset exchange, the little number of people who doubt the concept don't matter. how can btc shares transform in real btc on my bitstamp acc? |

Nxt is in dared need of a 100% trust forum. Im wondering how long it will take until we get one. I believe community fund should fund a forum to get thing structure a bit. It good to be decentralized, but not desorganized.
