661  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ALTCOIN IS IN LINE WITH THE HISTORICAL EVOLUTION OF PAYMENT SYSTEM on: October 18, 2019, 10:35:58 AM
Despite the legal frustration faced by Libra and GRAM, altcoin is in line with the historical evolution of payment system; from bartering to the first coin ever minted (in 600BC)  to bank notes to credit card.

In my opinion, full decentralization might not be achieved at the time being but if altcoin survives this phase of trial time, crypto market will witness a massive adaptation compare to the previous years but in a very slow pace.

Altcoins have a bright future for me although it has to be the best among them only. Altcoins are already overcrowding the world of crypto. While many of them have already died and many are also being treated as nothing, it is my estimate that if the world will finally adopt cryptocurrency as the main alternative to fiat, altcoins have a huge role to play. The conversion of the old world into a digital one would really help the need of other digital currencies aside from Bitcoin.
662  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance increase Leverage! on: October 18, 2019, 10:09:13 AM
Binance Futures has increased its maximum leverage to 125x for BTC/USDT contracts and enabled a leverage adjustment function on its web and testnet trading interfaces. Users can now select any leverage between 1x and 125x.

What do you think? they want you to give your BTC to them faster?

Well, that is survival of the fittest, only the best traders will remain and enjoy the prize. It is either you will milk Binance or Binance will milk you skin and bones. That is always how leverage works. It would either you will thank Binance for your wealth or you contribute whatever you have in your wallet to their huge income.

125x is not the highest leverage however. I have come across a post before of a margin trading that offers up to 200x leverage.
663  Economy / Economics / Re: Millennial generation are screwed! on: October 18, 2019, 09:44:12 AM
In any generation, there will be people who are smart, dumb, diligent, lazy, hard worker, spoilt, etc. Hence, we cannot generalize the traits of millennials.

The one who thinks thoroughly about his own life and takes responsibilities will prosper, while the one who lets the world dictates his presence will cause problems.

But there is a certain common set of behaviors and attitudes that are peculiar to a certain generation which are shared by the majority of the people. These are basically influenced on them by the different development factors that are surrounding them. The 80's for sure had a certain common behavior shared by the youngsters back then just as the post war era also influenced to a certain extent the attitude of the people. This is natural. But we cannot tell as early as now whether the millennial will be screwed or not due to their involvement in crypto.

664  Economy / Economics / Re: The 2nd generation of banking is going digital on: October 18, 2019, 09:19:11 AM
Not just banking. The future world is a digital world. Everything is turning digital, from watches, weighing scales, thermometer, speedometer, up to currencies  and to banking, and so on. Actually, I wonder why there is one single voter in the poll who prefers to stick to the traditional banking system than to take another step of development forward and go digital full time.
665  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra Just Got Its First Major Supporter in Congress on: October 18, 2019, 08:49:14 AM
It is indeed good to hear a different voice. This will not balance the equation of course. There is an avalanche of politicians who are against libra. But at least, this will somehow open the other side for those who really think that libra has something to offer positive to the world, especially regarding the new way of doing commerce. Perhaps some politicians out there are just timid to come out supporting libra because everybody is against it. I am expecting a better debate on the project.
666  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 4 reasons why Bitcoin has bottomed out on: October 18, 2019, 08:25:37 AM
Nice analysis but then Bitcoin is acting away from all those. Most of the TAs are failures in terms of grasping the next movement of Bitcoin. A lot of great TAs at face value failed to really foresee the pattern that Bitcoin is going to make in the next hours, days, and months. But nice try. Everyone's trying to catch Bitcoin's next step. And what makes trading fun at the same time frustrating is that Bitcoin's next step is too elusive.
667  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To bounty hunters & investors on: October 18, 2019, 07:57:42 AM
For Bounty Hunters
Even if i advice you not to give up on doing researches on every proje ts before promoting them this doesn't mean they wont scam you or waste your precious time BUT still the only question you need to ask is, Are there bounties that pays hunter good rewards this year? YES they are very few and good projects take time, Do not expect good projects every months cos its impossible

For Investors
ICO and STO are no go side, stay away from them because they are almost all red flags, IEO is here for you and all you have to do is go to binance for any new upcoming IEO fund raising, you will get positive results

Your advice to bounty hunters and investors should not differ a lot. For me, research is a responsibility more for the investors than the bounty hunters. The bounty hunters are not releasing an investment capital. Meaning there are risks involved in their job but all they will lose in case the projects are scams and do not pay them is their time. For investors, they are actually risking their time, wealth, and the efforts in earning those wealth.

Again, IEO is no guarantee. And Binance is no guarantee either.
668  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will POC be the new trend? on: October 18, 2019, 05:12:26 AM
what is your guys' idea?

Would you care to give a little more information? Your post is very vague. How can we give our idea when we don't even have any idea as to what you are referring to? Got only the most unclear of all clues.

If it means Proof of Capacity (POC), then that is not worth pursuing. If it means Pocketсon (POC), then that is equally not worth pursuing. Either way, leave the idea and look for something more worthy.
669  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you think about KickEx? on: October 18, 2019, 04:39:12 AM
Hi guys,
I am is newbie in cryptocurrency, so i want to discuss & learn from your opinion🙂

- Lets start from my opinion
In my opinion KickEx will have a bright future, it is my conclusion from their programs and also they offer from exchange. Now they are have 52k registered users that i think register because refferal program.

- So, what's your opinion about this exchange in the future?

KickEX Exchange Launch in Q4 2019. And now they are doing a big refferal program.

Thanks for this suggestion, but no thanks. Since you are still a newbie in cryptocurrency, as what you have said in your admission, have you made at least a rough comparison between KickEx and its so many competitors in the market? If not, your suggestion is not convincing and should not be taken very seriously. It must be around a year already since this project launched its KickEx Exchange and yet it has not yet even managed to get listed on coinmarketcap.
670  Economy / Economics / Re: Millennial generation are screwed! on: October 18, 2019, 04:12:49 AM
First they spend more time on video games than any other generation, an average gen millennial spend 8 hours on games everyday! Ridiculous!

They basement dwellers

They deep on student loan

They no saving

They have no job security

Now they spend more money on bitcoin than all generation!

It never get bored millennial has been on the headlines since the god know when it all began.

Can crypto make millennial more screwed or otherwise? Let’s discuss!

This is not surprising at all. Millennial are the worst victims of consumerism and of being too mundane in their lives. They are used to comfort and convenience. They are also the ones who are complaining too much yet very adventurous and risk-takers. These are all my personal observations and I like them for being unlikeable (if there is such a word).

Crypto is going to be pushed into the mainstream because of them. I don't think crypto will screw them. In fact, crypto will reinforce them for who they are, probably make them richer even.
671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you choose DEX? How to avoid scam? on: October 18, 2019, 03:48:07 AM
I often use Etherdelta before but now Forkdelta I bet its bounty hunters favorite DEX where they sell their unlisted tokens for quick buck in short its a bargain exchange. My new favorite now is Binance DEX potentially an Ethereum DEX killer, driven by popularity that some projects migrated right away from ERC20 TO BEP2.

This "killer" term has been used quite too much all the time. BNB was ETH killer so were NEO, Waves, and so many others before and now. Why the term? There is competition everywhere, even in the crypto world. The migration was even insignificant. And even CZ himself of Binance did not agree to the fans saying that BNB blockchain is going to become the killer of Ethereum blockchain.
672  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Earning crypto on games - are you serious? on: October 18, 2019, 03:22:46 AM
How relevant are blockchain games and is it possible to make any profit on them? By 'making any profit' I mean an alternative to trading, mining, etc.
Share your experience.

If relevance for you is something that is comparable to trading and mining, do not expect that these games are relevant. They are not alternatives to the things that you mentioned. Games are for fun. They are not designed to be significant sources of Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies. Profit is possible but not guaranteed. Most probably, the site has an edge over the players. And these are simply like faucets. You can gain a little from them, in addition to the fun of course.
673  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Day Trading or Long-term Hodl? on: October 17, 2019, 01:49:21 PM
I don't want to take the bait and get into the tokens you are shilling. I will just proceed to answer your question. Actually, this question has been asked countless of times already both inside and outside this forum. There will be more than just yes and no in the answer. I do day trade but very seldom, only when a very reliable signal is available. When none, my tokens are inside my wallets sleeping for the long term. But everything will still depend on your skills. You have to consider that as well.
674  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Exaggerating portfolio returns on: October 17, 2019, 01:01:15 PM
Disclaimer: I'm sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable because of my "malicious" plans, but the job market is so incredibly competitive and sometimes unfair, that every drop matters  Lips sealed

Hi! I used to day trade on gdax for a while, but without any massive hits and an overall return (over 3 months) of around 130%. As I would like to include that I have traded cryptos on my CV, I imminently thought "Hey, what if I slightly bend the truth?". If I decide to exaggerate my figures slightly, is there any possible way that my potential employer could find out the truth?
Extra question: If they ask me for a proof, can I pretend my account is deleted and offer to show them a transaction history on another platform?

I will be honest as you are also honest in your OP.

This is stupid. Do not do this. Since you have posted this just yesterday, I hope you have not made your final decision yet. Integrity is something I personally treat more than gold. If you do this, more than the company that will eventually hire you out of your bogus CV, you will be the one to suffer. By the time they will let you do your job because you are claiming to be a better trader than you actually are, and your real ability will come out, and you failed, you will still be labeled as the one that is not performing well. And believe me, this act of yours will haunt you till death.
675  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency and Remittences on: October 17, 2019, 12:31:37 PM
Although part of it might engage in remittances, their partners suggest that it would be used, as a stablecoin, as payment to different services that can be connected to the Facebook platform. In addition, we cannot consider Libra as dead, as of now. There are still posssibilities that it would indeed launch. I personally think that when Libra goes live, and innocent ones have been convinced of its convenience, it would become a success. The problem with Facebook is data privacy concerns.

This is the one that gives the most negative impact to the libra project, its ties with Facebook. Facebook's reputation is already dirty to the bones in terms of handling personal private data that people are now afraid to support libra. But I think it was already made clear before that libra is not run by facebook. Those companies in the image above are all supervising libra and facebook is just one of them. I think they all have equal stakes in the operation of libra.
676  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Paysic is launching new transaction system on: October 17, 2019, 11:59:21 AM

The early alpha version was already shown before the ICO on the 10th of October, which means it's not like other projects only relying on ICO funds. The first round of coin offering only started recently.

What do you think... Is it worth to keep an eye on it?

It does not mean that because they were able to release the alpha version of their product before their ICO they are not anymore relying on the ICO funds. They are conducting an ICO. That is the truth of the matter. And it is just an alpha version, they will probably have a lot of trial versions after that before finally releasing their proper product. And even in their alpha version, crypto is still not in place. Who knows it might be in place only after Beta 2.0.
677  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Before I Invest With Cryptoqurrency? on: October 17, 2019, 11:10:09 AM
1. Check the overall contents of the project such as a team, road map, white paper, etc.
2. Check various features offered by the project such as privacy coins or decentralized coins.
3. Check how valuable the coins are or compare with other more popular coins. if the coins have potential, of course have a multi-professional team & the volume of coins always increases.
4. To be honest, the best coins to invest are the top coins or have been listed in the top 10 at CMC.
5. I suggest you invest in established coins rather than looking for very young and newly planted coins to invest.
I say this because I personally don't have a high risk appetite, so it's better to invest safely ..
how about you guys?

Thanks newbie for your advice and tips on crypto investing. Others who are not anymore newbies like you are doing it the wrong way or at least they do not check the projects they invest into. It is tiring to do it detail after detail but that is what is needed so it would be either they will do it, get tired, and reduce the risks or not do it at all, not get tired, and failed and cry in the end. But if they stick to Bitcoin and other top 10 coins, they might get away from all this.
678  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: In case you care about 0% trading fees on: October 17, 2019, 10:39:05 AM
Hello,
here, on Bitlocus we have launched two promotions for those who are trading fees aware:

1. Each new verified client gets 30 days of free trading. (update/clarification: free trading is activated right after KYC is passed (tier 2))
2. After that, you will be able to order our recently launched "Zero Trading Fee" service which costs 9 EUR/mo (charged in advance) or simply go-ahead with the default volume-based fees ranging 0.1 to 0.01% for makers and 0.2 to 0.06% for takers.

Extra candies are:
- referral program (20% instant commission from the trading fees your referred user has paid)
- crypto tolerant European IBAN  service (3rd party)

Zero trading fee is really attractive. And I hope that all exchange platforms offering zero trading fees will succeed. Of course only if they are providing quality services in other aspects. This one for example has to reach a decent volume. They should also be offering nice and many trading pairs with decent volume as well. And I hope that this zero trading fee will last, not just offered during their promotional stage.
679  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: VinDAX is number 1 exchange on coinmarketcap on: October 17, 2019, 10:12:49 AM
Check cmc exchange vindax is n1, fee is only 0.05, less than any other exchange in the world, dont tell me they have fake vol bcz all exchange in the world have fake vol, binance, biki, kiki, I only want to know is Vindax safe?

You are clearly exaggerating the rank of vindax in coinmarketcap.com. It is not ranked number 1 in either adjusted volume or reported volume. It is not even ranked within the top 20. So your claim is clearly a sign of shilling for vindax. And what fee are you talking about with 0.05? Could you please clarify it? Are you referring to trading fee? Or withdrawal fee? Or other fees? Is it in percentage?
680  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: !!! THE MOST EXCITING NEWS TODAY !!! FOR YOU ??? on: October 17, 2019, 09:17:41 AM
What excites you today ?

Share this with others .... (about Altcoin)

Be prepared !!!  It 's going to break the record of the most comments

What do you wish to promote? I did not look into the image. I don't have much time clicking on links here. They are mostly baits.

So far, there is no excitement. I am only excited about what is going to happen in the next couple of months at least. I am excited for the next bull run. And it is not going to happen in the next few days. The charts right now are mixtures of red and green but mostly red. Those who have not yet bought should be excited about the cheap offers today.
