The prices for ACT actually jumped 18% today, which is a pretty positive sign.
I think that they did a really good job at designing their client/wallet, which would make them extremely popular for the investors. With the fact that they have a hectic roadmap, meetups, constantly updated blog, and a forum local to its own token, it could potentially prove to be a pretty good investment from a speculative point of view.
I wouldn't necessarily say 10x though, because it's rare these days to see a single coin jump in value that much. It's much more likely though that ACT would be able to make it into the top 80 cryptos soon, imho.

sometimes invest in ICO is a bad idea, because for now a lot of ICO project after hit the exchange the price always down hard below the ICO price for a long period and if the dev didn't continue to develop the project thats will be a very bad news, because we lost our money

Yeah that's true,I convert my tokens into eth last week then its started to climb up the price,So this is the good sign that many people support etherium as currency,Perhaps almost of the ICO in the market right now is using ETH as their platform.

To think there are hundreds of altcoins out there and hundreds of upcoming ICO’s promoting altcoins and their uses. I wonder how can an altcoin have value when there are lot of altcoins have almost the same platform and uses? what are the basis of this value in an altcoin that have the same uses?
