I don't think so. It's value might decrease depending on the issues that it faces but it's very ridiculous to think that it'll lose it's value except if it is banned on your own country.
In my opinion, there is no way that we can experience this thing to happen that the value of bitcoin is decreasing. Bitcoin is and will remain the most valuable coin of all the times. I support you stance that we can and may observe temporary decrease in the value of bitcoin but on the permanent basis, this cannot happen because there is no other currency that can beat bitcoin. All the altcoins are totally dependent on bitcoin for their values, even the most famous altcoins such as eth and eaves are dependent totally on bitcoin for increase and decrease in their prices.
