Trading competition is a good way to promote your coin, but I think they are mostly unfair. If a guy has 100 BTC, he can win almost every single competition just buy doing 2-3 trades and it does not matter on what exchange he does that.
You are right. Trading competitions seem profitable for people who have big capitals only. They have the power to eliminate small traders in every competitions. Poor for small traders and big chances for big traders, this is the weakness in trading competition.

I was planning to join the campaign, i asked one already join more than one, the answer is choked me, Although the project not bad, he received only $6.8 after worked for 6 weeks is it fair? Is it normal?
Do you really never know about the campaign before? Or you just know the campaign in 2017? Remember that the campaign today is not like the campaign in 2017. There are many campaigns paying with a small amount or even no payment (scams / failed projects). For me, he was still lucky got $6.8 since there were many people got nothing working for months.

Monggo cek kembali!

Yes, setuju sama Om Husna.

I use to see a lot of these give-me-gas-fee airdrops when I was a very active hunter back in 2017. I also call them scamdrops because gas fees should be handled by the team distributing it. If they cannot even take care of the gas fees, then that means they have no funds to develop their own project.
Thanks for the info, it gives me more understanding. Actually, I rarely participated in airdrops, so I just know the term " scamdrops". But I saw several bounties required " gass" to claim the rewards. If it was applied in airdrops, I doubt the bounties are also scams. Do you think all " gass required for claiming rewards" are scams, mate?

1. Good projects takes time to build, they aren't rushed so they take lots of time in development
Not all new projects can improve constantly. They need time to run the roadmap and develop their MVP. In this case, old companies can be more trusted since they have proven their existence for years. If you don't dare taking high risks, then just choose coins/tokens backed up by old companies. 2. Real working products from companies that have been in existence for years are way better when they implement blockchain tech in their company it
Indeed. But we must be selective and not directly believe 100% with the future of the MVPs. Know the strengths and weaknesses of the MVPs!

they change everything, now investors are so hesitant whenever there is a new coin that are good but they opted out because they think its a scam, I think we should find a way to lessen or better eliminate them for good.
You already answered your self about the question above. ICOs are difficult to attract investors because they are afraid of scams and failed projects. We cannot blame them since it was the fact and too many investors experienced big losses. I think we have no choices, only bullrun that can make investors come back. Or there is a certain regulation that can guarantee them to avoid losses.

I personally think its a good idea to have btc paper Currrency or metal coins too wich Will be accepted any shops!
Read "Introduction on Bitcoin WP", then you can see why Bitcoin must be a digital currency and not be printed as Paper Bitcoin. Bitcoin WP : https://bitcoin.org/bitcoin.pdfWhat is needed is an electronic payment system based on cryptographic proof instead of trust, allowing any two willing parties to transact directly with each other without the need for a trusted third party.
From the quote above, you must understand why we no need paper Bitcoin.

Shitcoins, scammers, failed projects are some risks of crypto world existence and us as part of it should be aware of these. Therefore, we can make some attention and be more careful when choosing the new project, coins, and also the community. Shitcoin happens from its started, yeah I agree, for, there are many coins leading to the shitcoins because the developer and team don't develop and manage it again. The scammer will always exist whatever the condition and rule, therefore, we must watch out of this, the way is by analyzing deeply about the new project or coin that we want to participate. Also, good communication with the community will also help us to share and discuss what projects that may be failed and tedn to be shit coins or scam.

It probably can get your rekt if you hold wrong altcoins, right? But if you hold altcoins like Ethereum, XRP, or Litecoin, then you will have a different result. So, what we can learn from this? Most of the altcoins that disappeared are not the top ten, so it is better to analyze more about the new altcoins if we really want to invest in it. Personally, I prefer the top coins. But, if needed, some coins with real use case may be also worthy to hold for some years.

You can cryptotalk.org website to share the many projects announcement with the proper rights reserved. Since they are having the new forum they will not available for the scammers.
cryptotalk.org? Are you sure with that forum? Have you joined there or take research to know about the capability of the forum? To be honest I am not really sure with the new forums. They will be hard to bring in investors since the traffic is still rather small. Regarding scammers, they will be always there and everywhere even it is in an old or new forum.

The reason behind this question is, that some teams have 3-4 members and others show off with 20.
For me, at least they meet the following criteria : 1. It is no problem for me to see 3-4 members as a team but their identities are clear enough with appropriate and capable educational background. It must be visible from their social media and recorded no cases of law. 2. They make future goals rationally and choose clear ways to achieve it according to the roadmap. 3. All the team members are responsive and friendly to the customers both investors or bounty hunters. 4. They make reports regularly to the public according to current progress.

I'm sure it didn't happen according to the facts. IEOs on top exchanges must attract more people than IEOs on shit exchanges. For example : IEOs on Binance and IEOs on Yobit, then surely you must find out the more enthusiastic on Binance than Yobit. Anyway, can you give me examples of IEOs that have flat public responses on top exchanges? I'm quite curious about that..

Every project would want a listing in a large exchanger but the developer team has their own strategy.
Of course, every developer has own strategy but I think it is not a good idea by listing their tokens/coins on shit exchanges. It must kill the trust of all investors and it tends to the severe decline constantly. ~snip~ to see the market reaction or also because the listing fee is too large and they are more focused on developing their products
I agree one of the reason is about the high fees for listing on big exchanges. But I doubt if they want to see the market reaction by listing on small exchanges in the early step. I think it is better to put tokens/coins on medium-top exchanges to trigger more investors or holders.

Actually it is not a new condition when sometimes, people are afraid fo the new projects. There are some reasons such as scams, failed projects, or even not worthy projects for investment. People are here not only because of the technology but also to get the profits. Therefore, they may be afraid and prefer to be more and more careful in choosing the projects in order to avoid some scams, failed projects, or event dead coins.

Normal. It is a crypto world.
If you feel bored, just leave this, simple.
But as you know, crypto is something that we can rule it, it will flow as the condition and activities on the market. So, why are you being so sad and frustrated? personally, I lose much, but I believe that crypto world will find its bullrun again some few times later.

I was surfing coinmarketcap website for new added projects just to stay on point but i saw few projects that was listed on CMC with ridiculous trading volume, imagine a project having only 3k traing volume get listed on CMC, my question is why did CMC list such project in the first place?
To list certain coin/token/exchange on the Coin market Cap must meet several criteria. It is not only seen from the trading volume. You can check the completed criteria on this source: https://coinmarketcap.com/faq/ and https://coinmarketcap.com/methodology/#listings-criteriaThey explain it clearly with the exact rule and regulation including the terms and conditions why a coin/token/exchange has its place to list on CMC or not.

If regulation never come anytime sooner can we protect ourselves?
The answer basically is yes. But, it depends on how we receive and do actions, including how our strategy and carefulness in selecting the project, whether it is legit, scam, or failed one. Waiting for the exact regulation may need more and more times, and we can't wait for longer time to protect ourselves. how can we protect ourselves from crypto monsters hiding in disguise, especially bounty projects coming into crypto space with full force, any ideas?
What do you mean of the crypto monster? The scammers? If related to the bounty itself, choosing the bounty with weekly payment, especially with a top coin or traded coin will be worthier to follow. I know many are going to say we should do better research before promoting projects, is there any strict blows we can give these monsters by ourselves?
Well, probably doing research and analysis is classic, but it is really really important to be done. The analysis is not only to know about what the project offers and how its roadmap, but also analyzing their team whether they are a real person or not, checking the wallet transaction of the project whether it is normal or natural or not. Being active on their telegram channel and other social media will also help up to know more about this project. And of course, it is better to put our participation in the project in which there are the team members that have previous good track records developing the successful projects.

Since Libra is a coin of a big company [ Facebook] that has big power in the world, there must be many parties don't want it to support crypto space. I guess it is related to politics to keep Facebook out from participating in producing cryptocurrency. Every ban seems like a drama, why France calls other European countries to ban it? I think it is strange enough. Regarding the effect to crypto market, it probably triggers for a temporary decline but I am not really sure it will affect much.
