How do you feel when I get donations anyway? Go now and verify that is true. Or try to attack blockchain and reverse 16+ confirmation. You spamming everyone's profile because you are a scammer trash who running "exchange". fck you dkbit98!

What donations are you talking about exactly, pray tell? Can you present us with the receiving bitcoin address of said donations?
6602  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: Bitcoin SV (BSV) - fake team member and plagiarized white paper on: August 29, 2019, 06:10:23 PM
Craig cucked himself by contradicting his testimony in an interview, after the last hearing ended: https://twitter.com/Mike__V_/status/1166970261020848128

When I read the Modern Consensus story, I thought, oh this is just Craig being Craig, saying anything and sticking to the lie in full force. But at a second glance, yes it appears he is completely contradicting what he said in court about not being able to touch the bitcoin.

Craig in court:

Quote
Q    So the key to billions of dollars-worth of Bitcoin, you have no idea where the key to that exists?
A    No, I have ideas of where it exists.

Craig in interview after court:

Quote
I could have tanked the market anytime in the last 10 years and ran away laughing. I didn’t.

6603  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: August 29, 2019, 01:49:47 PM
Quick update. Moving forward on the next phase of building.

Here's a sneak peek.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aIo6usoRvqo

Location to be announced "soon".

Wow.... I really like the futuristic design of those! A lot prettier than the hexagonal shape of the old one. Of course my usual fears of pirates and rogue waves would remain. But other than that it looks really peaceful and serene. Glad to see you're still going strong with the whole concept.
6604  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: Bitcoin SV (BSV) - fake team member and plagiarized white paper on: August 29, 2019, 12:53:10 PM

You're linking a year and a half old article to tell us what we already know. Not only are there no bitcoins in the trust, there never was any trust to begin with. At least not while Kleiman was still alive. At least it appears you're finally accepting the reality of the situation, even if in your own weird and roundabout way.

if they were, he would keep quiet about it because such owners are hunted by guys with soldering irons

Oh, nevermind, you're not. Its all a conspiracy to avoid "guys with soldering irons" and you learned nothing. That makes more sense.
6605  Economy / Reputation / Re: What should i do? on: August 29, 2019, 08:59:20 AM
these examples are to explain what work could be done.
And yes, the second one is work in proggress to understand tools are used. And its even writen in your link, work in process.
If was selling those art works, then yes, plagiarism. But i used them as a reference, what you can expect.
Again. I repeat 50 times.
How do you think i could scam someone here ?
Explain me how was then even possible?
Explain me step by step how could someone lose money here if accusation was made. Waiting.
P.s. have popcorns with me

The title of the piece is "Working Process." That means the artist is giving the viewer some insight into their process and showing the tools that they use. It is a finished piece, yet you are claiming otherwise. You should have said from the beginning "These are not my works." You didn't do that. What you did do was say "Thank you" when somebody gave you compliments on them.

Also, I never said you're a scammer. However, I do think trading with you is high risk.
6606  Economy / Reputation / Re: What should i do? on: August 29, 2019, 08:49:13 AM
Work example:

Why would you label something as a "work example" if its not your own work? What's it an "example" of?

Ok ill share another work in progress so you can see it is not done with any of computer softs
Hand made progress with coal, chalk and eraser only.

This drawing isn't yours and its not even a "work in progress." Its a finished piece:

https://www.deviantart.com/adrianmoraru/art/Working-Process-455829995

Why would you bother calling it a "work in progress" when its clearly not?

Its obvious you were trying to pass off these pieces as your own. Then you got caught. Not much more to be said.
6607  Economy / Reputation / Re: What should i do? on: August 29, 2019, 06:33:26 AM
I have an auction ongoing.
But some kids (drug addicts) tagged me red.
Red means not trusted person. And now i want to ask, how can someone became not trusted when you never asked someone tu trust you, lol.
I use escrow or send first.
Simply telling all my effort to contribute in this forum collapsed.
I have paid membership, have bought, sold items on forum.
Had no issues.

Though it is a separate instance from your auction, you were clearly trying to pass off the work of others as your own. This is what earned you the red trust, and deservedly so. Also, calling people who pointed out your lies "drug addicts" doesn't look good. You got caught in a lie and are failing to own up to it.

Ok ill share another work in progress so you can see it is not done with any of computer softs
Hand made progress with coal, chalk and eraser only.

Since you physically make portraits how will you send the portraits to different countries ? or will you only send the picture online and what are your estimate charges for this service ?
Thank you for your interest.
Answer is : by post. Simple.
I can send it worldwide, in a hard paper tube. It will arrive with out damage.
Hand made. And its simple to verify as 1,2,3 if its a pc grafics print or coal on a paper, right?
Be confident. As i said for first work or few we will accept a tip only based on your happiness- after receiving your order.

This is the work of Adrian Moraru - another very accomplished artist about the same age as Monica Lee too - both have been doing this type of art most of their lives.  You were clearly trying to pass of their works as examples of your own; even thanking those who complimented you on your "work" in this thread.

What should i do with my auction that is ongoing? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5178766

I know nobody is going to bid on items from a red tagged seller.
Should i freeze an auction until my feedback is solved?
Its not fair to keep it running.

Keep it going as you already have bids.
6608  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: August 29, 2019, 04:41:18 AM
WOgame. Right now. Where am I?

If you don't get it post haste, I'll add pixels.

Wish I was awake around then... I can recognize that hairline anywhere.

I urge you to delete the copyrighted image or I force DigitalOcean to take-down ip.bitcointalk.org until the image is not removed! You have 5 minutes before they will be notified!

Wait, you mean this image?

How do you know I was the one who uploaded it? How you do you know I visited your website, and even if I did, that I wasn't using a public WiFi, or a friends, or a strangers?

Didn't know that you were a TMAN fan... Well I mean, who isn't?
6610  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam accusation against user humanrightsfoundation on: August 28, 2019, 03:27:38 PM
He's obviously a paranoid schizophrenic, however high functioning and wealthy of a background, these last few posts of his cement that. He actually believes he wrote the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which was written in 1948. I'm sure in his mind the Lizard People really are out to do him in.

Is making death threats grounds for banning only if they're against another member?
6611  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam accusation against user humanrightsfoundation on: August 28, 2019, 12:43:07 PM
So he deleted all his comments here (or had them deleted for him) and is now attempting to tag team Bitcointalk with game-protect in Scam Accusations: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5179453
It's a match made in heaven. Or hell. You know, one or the other.
Teaming up with GP, that speaks volumes.
I'm actually surprised there is a second person who could rise to that level.
Didn't think we'd find one that quickly, if ever.

That's what I love about this forum: I could have never dreamed this kind of entertainment up on my own in a thousand years.

I'm archiving this page because this is too good to not.

If its just fucking opinion of a few than remove this thread! Anyway it is off topic, one sided and it is defamation. What all this has to do with scam? Absolutely nothing. No proof of scam whatsoever. Just accusation and talk shit without knowing anything... Google will not help you to understand what is going on for years... Only I can talk about but you messed that up...

Well, guess you should just fuck back off to Switzerland then, huh bud. Here's a few free tips:

- come up with your own name.
- actually demonstrate that you can do something for anybody.
- stop being such an entitled, insane dickhead.

You're welcome.
6612  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: August 28, 2019, 12:22:06 PM
The testimony is 'false' but just in case there is a 'Tulip Fund' he is still on the hook for the $2 Billion Dollars in BTC if he has access to such funds?

or

He has to pay the estate $2 Billion Dollars because they can prove he ripped off the Bitcoin?

It's actually $5 billion, and whether he has it (or will have it) or not, he's on the hook for it. The judge said that Craig and Dave had bitcoins at one point, but that's as far as he would go commenting on the specifics. My thinking is that either the judge or Ira Kleiman himself is actually trying to force Craig into a position where he has to admit there are no coins because he is not Satoshi. That's the only way that Craig can wriggle out of this. He'll still be on the hook for the plaintiff's lawyers fees.

Nothing comes of this, because when the time comes to pay (after 1/1/2020) Craig Wright (FakeSatoshi) will announce the 'evil' trustees of the

'supposed' Tulip Fund, has run off with the private keys and as such, as usual, he will 'claim his bad luck and innocence and move onward and ever forward

Judge also said he doesn't believe the Tulip Trust exists, or at least it didn't when Kleiman was still alive.
6613  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: August 28, 2019, 12:14:21 PM
The judge also ruled that if Craig mined any bitcoins as of 2013, half of them belong to Kleiman.

I don't remember reading that but I did read the whole thing and put my commentary here.

In short, the judge basically called Craig a liar and a fraud. Peter McCormack's got to be pretty stoked right about now.
6614  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: Bitcoin SV (BSV) - fake team member and plagiarized white paper on: August 28, 2019, 11:50:25 AM
Ira will not get the keys for the bitcoins, he will only receive the bitcoins, so all BSV and BCH will remain whis Craig

Not true. We've been over this already in 2 other threads. Kleinman estate gets all forks.

Here's a breakdown of the judge's findings released yesterday, I'm cross-posting this from the BSV thread:

Quote
For purposes of this proceeding, the Court accepts Dr. Wright’s representation that he controlled (directly or indirectly) some bitcoin on December 31, 2013, and that he continues to control some today.

"some bitcoin" =/ "Satoshi's bitcoin"

Quote
I completely reject Dr. Wright’s testimony about the alleged Tulip Trust, the alleged encrypted file, and his alleged inability to identify his bitcoin holdings.

So, let's break down what the court ruled is true vs. what is bullshit.

Craig and Dave had bitcoins: true.
Tulip Trust: bullshit.
Private keys in Shamir's scheme: bullshit.
Craig doesn't know what a public address is: bullshit.

Quote
Dr. Wright’s story not only was not supported by other evidence in the record, it defies common sense and real-life experience. Consider his claims. He designed Bitcoin to be an anonymous digital cash system with an evidentiary trail. He mined approximately 1,000,000 bitcoin, but there is no accessible evidentiary trail for the vast majority of them. He is a latter-day Dr. Frankenstein whose creation turned to evil when hijacked by drug dealers, human traffickers, and other criminals.

To save himself, he engaged David Kleiman to remove all traces of his involvement with Bitcoin from the public record. As part of his efforts to disassociate from Bitcoin and “so that I wouldn’t be in trouble,” he put all his bitcoin (and/or the keys to it – his story changed) into a computer file that is encrypted with a hierarchical Shamir encryption protocol. He then put the encrypted file into a “blind” trust (of which he is one of the trustees), gave away a controlling number of the key slices to now-deceased David Kleiman, and therefore cannot now decrypt the file that controls access to the bitcoin. His only hope is that a bonded courier arrives on an unknown dated in January 2020 with the decryption keys. If the courier does not appear, Dr. Wright has lost his ability to access billions of dollars worth of bitcoin, and he does not care. Inconceivable.

drug dealers and human traffickers using bitcoin in 2010: bullshit.
Craig doesn't know what bitcoin he mined: bullshit.
his whole story: bullshit.

Quote
During his testimony, Dr. Wright’s demeanor did not impress me as someone who was telling the truth. When it was favorable to him, Dr. Wright appeared to have an excellent memory and a scrupulous attention to detail. Otherwise, Dr. Wright was belligerent and evasive. He did not directly and clearly respond to questions. He quibbled about irrelevant technicalities. When confronted with evidence indicating that certain documents had been fabricated or altered, he became extremely defensive, tried to sidestep questioning, and ultimately made vague comments about his systems being hacked and others having access to his computers. None of these excuses were corroborated by other evidence.

Summary: Craig is a liar.

Quote
While it is true that there was no direct evidence that Dr. Wright was responsible for alterations or falsification of documents, there is no evidence before the Court that anyone else had a motive to falsify them. As such, there is a strong, and unrebutted, circumstantial inference that Dr. Wright willfully created the fraudulent documents.

Summary: The judge is basically calling Craig a fraud at this point. No wonder Peter McCormack is pretty happy about the outcome.

Quote
There was credible and conclusive evidence at the hearing that Dr. Wright did not control Tulip Trading Ltd. until 2014. Moreover, computer forensic analysis indicated that the Deed of Trust presented to the Court was backdated. The totality of the evidence in the record does not substantiate that the Tulip Trust exists. Combining these facts with my observations of Dr. Wright’s demeanor during his testimony, I find that Dr. Wright’s testimony that this Trust exists was intentionally false.

Summary: again, the Tulip Trust is utter bullshit. There are no coins. There is no trust.

Quote
The Shamir scheme divides a single encryption key into multiple key slices; some subset of the total key slices is needed to decrypt the file. Dr. Wright testified that 15 key slices existed for the outermost file, only eight key slices were needed to decrypt this file, but he only had access to seven key slices. DE 236 at 125-26; see also DE 236 at 114 (“The eight of 15 is the key that we’re talking about to regenerate all of the addresses”). After observing Dr. Wright’s demeanor and the lack of any other credible evidence in the record that this file exists, I find that a preponderance of the evidence establishes that no such file exists and that Dr. Wright’s testimony was intentionally false.

Summary: again, Shamir's scheme is utter bullshit. There is no encrypted file and no private keys.

Quote
Counsel has unfailingly been candid with this Court, even when Dr. Wright’s conduct and conflicting statements have created awkward situations for counsel. I find that counsel reasonably relied on Dr. Wright as a source of information. I find that Dr. Wright, alone, is fully responsible for any evasion, incomplete or false representations to the Court, or non-compliance with the Court’s orders.

Summary: Craig's lawyers did the best they could despite Craig insisting on fucking them and himself over.

Quote
I have found that Dr. Wright intentionally submitted fraudulent documents to the Court, obstructed a judicial proceeding, and gave perjurious testimony. No conduct is more antithetical to the administration of justice.

Summary: ouch.

Well i think this is an interesting find about the humanrights.foundation owner Zoltan Konder about his behavior towards other people. here is the 4 page exclusion order came from USPTO: https://www.uspto.gov/sites/default/files/documents/Exclusion%20Order%20-%20Zoltan%20Konder.pdf in that order explains why he was expelled just read it yourselves and you will know that he is a self entitled human rights advocate who doesn't know how enforce human rights on others.

Wow, he is such an entitled asshole that its comical. He apparently tried to sue the actual Human Rights Foundation in 2016 as well:

6616  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is In Peril Due To The Centralization Of 2nd Layer Scalability Solutions on: August 28, 2019, 06:13:49 AM
Well OP there's a thousand altcoins out there that are all trying to be better than bitcoin. Many of them are attacking the scalability problem, from every conceivable angle. You can take your pick from any of those if bitcoin isn't doing it for you.

This is very great. I also wanted to live in Philipines for some time and still do. I think it must be a great experience after all. But honestly, I didn't know that it was so dangerous there. I guess it's relatively safe anyway, compared to most of the part of South America or Africa. So yeah, you just need to be a bit cautious, and nothing bad will happen

Yes, you pretty much summed it up. Just don't be an ass, which includes being a dick or getting too drunk in public, and also be mindful of your surroundings, and you'll be fine. I highly recommend trying it out.

I also recommend everybody get out of their comfort zone from time to time and travel somewhere completely foreign to them as its an eye opening experience and gives you a newfound perspective on things. People who sit around the house all day, all year, year after year, just telling themselves that they know things, don't actually know much of jack.

Or as Henry Rollins once said, "Knowledge without miles equals bullshit."

.

The site you linked to above - https://universaldeclarationofhumanrights.info/ - simply hosts a document written by the UN (without any attribution, I may add).

None of those documents written by UN, it is written by me and these are the only linguistically valid translations in the entire world.

Dude, you've already exposed yourself as being completely nuts, but you keep getting nuttier. This text is the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, written by the U.N.

Quote
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) is a milestone document in the history of human rights. Drafted by representatives with different legal and cultural backgrounds from all regions of the world, the Declaration was proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly in Paris on 10 December 1948 (General Assembly resolution 217 A) as a common standard of achievements for all peoples and all nations. It sets out, for the first time, fundamental human rights to be universally protected and it has been translated into over 500 languages.

https://www.un.org/en/universal-declaration-human-rights/

It most certainly is NOT written by you.

You must realize by this point everyone here thinks you're a lunatic. Do you not understand this?

IT IS WRITTEN BY ME! HOW MANY TIMES I NEED TO TELL YOU YOU RETARD?

So you were not only alive in 1948 but of an age where you could pen something so profound and transformative? You must be at least 100 years old.  Cheesy
6620  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: Bitcoin SV (BSV) - fake team member and plagiarized white paper on: August 27, 2019, 03:37:31 PM
I see you weren't very cautious when reading, so I will put it for you again:

Quote
And again, shouldn’t that include the BTC, BCH, and BSV and every other fork of Bitcoin? All of those had to replicate the original blockchain starting from zero.

According to the judge it’s only from before Dave died, so only BTC. Sorry BTC.

It would appear this assertion is incorrect:
